Highly recommended . Great customer service. They quoted a great price for the respray. They kept me informed throughout the process. They did take their time (2 weeks). However, you should never rush a paint job. Before I left, they when around the campervan with me to make sure that I was happy with their work. There was a lot of bodywork (dents) to be corrected and the work was perfect. I will be straight back to them if I ever need any more work done.

I am really surprised by the honesty of this gentleman. I had some clutch issues and I could hardly get the car in gear. I searched online for the car mechanic and the reviews Went straight to him. He gave me time on the spot Diagnosed the problem Fixed it the next day. Really happy with the service will recommend 💯.

I'm so pleased that I chose DVB Automotive for my bodywork repair instead of using my insurer's suggested bodyshop. The team were helpful and communicative throughout the process and the quality of their work is exceptional.

Gareth was excellent when booking my car in for repair. Initially the third party wanted to pay for damage they caused privately and then decided to go through insurance but Gareth and DVB were extremely patient in awaiting confirmation and organising getting booked in. Work was then carried out to an exceptional level and in an extremely timely manner. Cannot recommend them enough after having been recommended them by a friend.

Gareth and the team at DVB went above and beyond for me when a bin lorry reversed into my parked Landrover Discovery on my driveway. Gareth went above and beyond to get a quote quickly to the insurer, dealt with the hire car company and communicated everything as the car was being repaired. The work it’s self is seamless and the finish is superb, looks better that the original paint job. I’d highly recommend Gareth and all the staff at DVB. It’s great garage I have my MOT done there you get your time slot and they are very good at running to time I just wait there for it to be done , no longer than 40 minutes today and your on your way.

Such a friendly helpful garage. Fixed my aircon and wiper motor. £500 quid for original part they helped me source one for 139 instead. Amazing team thank you will definitely be using again and recommending to everyone 👍

That's both my car and then my daughter's car Passed with a few minor issues and the lady on the counter explained that my daughter can book in next year on a day when only female engineers are working to make her feel more confident to bring her car in herself. Struggling with a persistent car issue for four months, I visited three other garages before finding Mick. In just a week after waiting for parts, he diagnosed and fixed the problem. The Customer service was amazing and Mick was readily available and gave me daily updates Mick's expertise makes his garage the best in Kent and will be coming to him from now on!

My car needed a top mount replaced, Luke booked me in a week later for the repair, overall a good experience and a good price excellent service.

After getting a bad experience with a local repair center I checked the reviews for Napier service station got booked in for a full service plugs etc what a wonderful professional job they carried out Luke was fantastic helpful full of knowledge and explained everything I was great full my car had no adviserys after the service I can honestly recommend this place the price was cheaper than I thought so was extremely happy I will be going back to Napier service centre and Luke was happy to help me with some wrap for the car roof and mirrors absolutely fantastic thanks Luke and napier service station they can count on my business

My normal mechanic was not available and it's always a worry going elsewhere, however, my daughter had said good things about this place so I thought I would bite the bullet and get them to service and MOT the Duster and Service the Range Rover. Staff are friendly and helpful, and both cars felt significantly better after the service, they even manged to reset some bits on the Duster that even Dasia struggled with, price was excellent and we will be recommending them and using them again. Kudos to you and your staff, excellent place.

He and the team have done an amazing job correcting the faults that a cowboy garage who had the car was previously had caused!
