Had my Mercedes bumper resprayed here after it received damage in a car park, the paint match and finish was as good if not better than factory! So lucky to have a local garage with such high standards of work, also collecting and delivering back afterwards with a full valet this is an easy recommendation. 👌

Steve and the team did an amazing job fixing the scratches on my car. Admittedly I was slightly apprehensive about using them at first, as I previously had a bad experience at another body repair shop in Sturry. Also, the quote was a lot lower than other places which got me wondering why, but thankfully these worries were unfounded as the car now looks good as new! They were also very quick to finish the job, as I was initially told 2 days at first but it was all done within 24 hours as they had some extra resource on the day. Note that they only accept cash or bank transfer, so be ready to settle payment at their office once done. I'd definitely use them again in the future, thanks!

Always accommodating and polite. You can tell how well thought of the work they do is due to how busy the garage is. It's worth ringing up with plenty of time as it'll often be booked up. Never had any problems after any work that's been done.

Sams is a qualiity garage with great service, excellent mechanics, honest appraisal and very reasonable rates. I've used them for several years now and they have been excellent in dealing with servicing and issues with all our cars from my old Morris Minor, a Skoda yeti and an S max. They know what they are doing, don't sugar coat or over dramatise any issues, whilst providing sensible advice ... and have also saved us in times when the cars have let us down and we need some more urgent help.

Took in Ford fiesta for repair due to leaking coolant. Issue was Diagnosed quickly..I then wanted to use warranty as just bought car, which brought up some issues.. these guys gave me some advice on how to deal with it, and eventually the work was paid for by dealer i bought car from... thankful for your advice. I booked my car in for its MOT and the process was smooth and easy from start to finish. During the day there were a few issues that came up with car. Lou kept me informed of these including the replacement tyre which both herself and Jon went to great lengths to sort out. Jon also sorted out some other problems that needed to be taken care of. Once the MOT was complete Lou talked me through the various advisories clearly and answered my questions. A completely smooth process, excellent communication, an extremely competitive price. Can't fault the service.. Originally booked an appointment online, quick and easy, but needed to expedite it, called up and managed to get me in next day. Gave me realistic potential outcomes on the spot, diagnosed and fixed the problem to enable car to pass MOT, which they did there too, and even more importantly, they've saved my Christmas! Went in today as my cars screen wash wouldn't actually wash my windows whatsoever, and they fixed the issues in under 15 to 20 minutes! They were so lovely... would highly recommend :).

What a great find. I needed a couple of front tyres urgently so a quick google search brought Elite to my notice. They were the cheapest and could fit the same day. The guys there were really friendly and helpful, the waiting area was warm and comfy. I will definitely use them again and would highly recommend anyone else to do so.

Highly recommended this place. Had a problem with the water pump in my van recently. Done perfectly. Matt is the guy need to ask for. He really looks after his customers. If you got any problem at any time, you can just pop in there and talk to Matt , He will look into it and tell you the cause. Very reasonable price too. I cannot recommend Affordable Automotive enough. Having driven 100 miles to Canterbury to catch Le Shuttle the next day, I found one of my brakes had seized and was boiling hot. I called Mat at Affordable Automotive and he got me in that afternoon and cured the problem. Fantastic service and saved me from a big headache. Thank you Mat and the team.

I went into the garage for an emergency as a warning light was on in my car. The mechanic that took care of me was very helpful and friendly. He made me feel comfortable and was able to resolve the issue within the hour. I would highly recommend this garage for any car trouble.

Spoke to Tom about my car making an awful sound. Got me booked in exactly when I wanted to be and fixed it all within 7hours. Replaced my clutch and a few other bits and even showed me the old parts that they took out of my car and I was beyond impressed. Excellent customer service very welcoming environment especially as a woman going into a mechanic it can be quite daunting personally speaking but I felt comfortable. Booked in for my MOT and service and I won’t be using anyone else. 10/10
