I have contacted Arton for two separate issues over the past few months. Once for a shower leak and the second a leaking toilet. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, particularly Luke for any plumbing requirements. When reviewing the toilet unfortunately Darren couldn't resolve the issue at the time of diagnosis, so Sue and Jess (in the office) arranged to get a new plumber out the next day, to avoid a delay. A big thank you to Sue and Jess for all their help! The plumber sent was Luke, who was absolutely fantastic and I cannot praise highly enough for his work and how he went above and beyond to help! He came to fix a leaking toilet and during his visit he also resealed around the toilet, replaced the toilet seat, removed sealant from around our bath and sorted out our bath. I cannot thank Luke enough for his effort, time and help! Thank you Luke! Nothing was too much trouble and he was willing to go the extra mile, which was greatly appreciated! I wouldn't hesitate to call Arton again in the future and request Luke again! Thank you Arton team ☺️!

I would thoroughly recommend using Arton Plumbing and heating. I was attracted to the company as their reviews were so positive. From initially contacting them, through to having the work carried out was excellent. They demonstrate very good customer service, are friendly and very knowledgeable. Great workmanship. I needed an electrician at short notice and Darren from On-X Electrical came to my rescue. If you are looking for a professional that will complete the work exactly as you desire and provide a high level of service, I highly recommend On-X Electrical for the job. This is a fantastic company. We lost power in our home in the early hours of Sunday morning and Clare spent a good couple of hours calling between us and one of their electricians to try and help us resolve the issue. She was diligent, very helpful and gave the impression that nothing was too much trouble. We eventually managed to get the power back on and identified a faulty socket as the culprit. Clare arranged to get an electrician out to us the following day (we were offered a same day option but decided to wait until Monday). The electricians who came to us were polite knowledgeable and quick workers. They completed the repair with minimal fuss and disruption to us and were completely professional throughout. Clare also completed a follow up with regards to payment confirming that our payment had been received which was appreciated. Overall this company are beyond helpful, very professional, reasonably priced and their customer service is excellent. We will definitely be using them again and we cannot recommend them enough.

We just had Darren check, fix, and finish the entire second fix electrics for our 5 bedroom house and he was excellent. Always shows up on time, works hard, offers help and advice, and the quality of his work is excellent. Would highly recommend and would certainly use him again!

Glynn has done a fair bit of work for me over the years, including sorting leaks, servicing and sorting out issues with my boiler, fitting a gas hob and more recently putting some radiators back on and installing a towel radiator. Glynn is friendly, professional, reliable and trustworthy and I shall continue to use him for any plumbing work.

INCREDIBLE JOB ! I have used Pete on other jobs before so had no hesitation of recommending him to my sister for her complete 'head to toe' rewire. As always Pete was hardworking, punctual, professional, clean, tidy, problem solving, polite and he always went over and beyond on what he had been asked to do to help. GREAT ideas on how to do things cost effectively and reasons behind every decision he made. His finishing is second to none, the work he put into the rewire is impeccable and I can honestly say, without hesitation that I would never use any other electrician again. We are new to the area and Pete has been a godsend. He’s carried out testing and investigation work on the whole house and helped us to map out a plan for tackling our project in phases. So far he’s helped us with two rooms which has included rewiring, moving and adding sockets, recessing sockets and switches (which were wall mounted), and installing spotlights. He’s booked in to do our living room soon. Pete is very transparent with pricing from the outset and is very fair and reasonable. He is also very upfront about what does and doesn’t need replacing / doing to help us stick to our budget. He’s really communicative and helpful (including with helping with our endless queries about the suitability of fittings we’re looking at). The plasterers we had to come round also commented on what a good job had been done on patching the walls back up after the cables had been chased in. I really wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Pete. This is our first project like this and his knowledge and experience has been invaluable and reassuring. He’s also a really pleasant, polite and considerate person to have in the house. He also leaves the place spotless after each visit.

Darren is a very personable and friendly man. I have used him to do numerous jobs, over the past few years, adding and changing sockets, changing and fitting most of our ceiling lights, fitting external sensor floodlights, fitting all of our external Ring security and also adding new external weather-proof sockets. I think on nearly every occasion I have been shocked by the cost, always expecting the work to cost more than Darren charges! Darren always responds to request messages quickly, is relatively quick to book you in, always keeps his appointment and is never late. I have recommended him to friends and neighbours on a few occasions and the feedback is always very positive. Call him, book him, use him, you won't be disappointed.

Christian and Vikki really are great, and we would highly recommend them. They replaced our consumer unit and installed a number of lights and sockets for us, both internally and externally. They were quick to respond to our enquiry and come to quote for the work, reworked things to get the work completed for us before Xmas, and sent across the certificate once the work was completed. We'll certainly be using them again whenever we need more electrical work done!

Over the years we have had a lot of electrical work carried out by different electricians, some better than others. Matt carried out a full electrical survey of the house, identified a few faults, carried out some remedial work and fitted 2 external lights. He is very knowledgeable and meticulous in all his work, and it is nice to have everything working properly and know that it is all safe. Matt is highly professional, turned up exactly when he he said he would, and left all the areas where he worked clean and tidy. I would highly recommend.
