Fabulous place. No such thing as an ordinary bowl of soup or sandwich here- everything had a special touch. Really well presented and tasted as good as it looked. Small, cosy place with lovely atmosphere and excellent staff. I would definitely recommend. The cake and mocha was the best I've ever had too! Delicious:)

Charming cafe with a deli counter during the day time. Offers fantastic fresh and tasty food. Friday and Saturday night it becomes a restaurant with an exceptional taster menu. The staff are all really pleasant. A huge asset to Hythe high street.

Gorgeous little place. We were offered tea and cofee initially coming in at 2:30pm. Then offered lunch by a kind lady. We decided to settle for the cofee and tea. All of it was beautifully decorated and presented, as well as super delicious.

We went here for breakfast before moving home. The Mrs had pancakes and I had salmon on soda bread. We also treated ourselves to some shakes. The food was really yummy and tasted fresh. I can recommend the peanut butter shake. The service was really good and the staff were really friendly. I would like to go back again.

Wonderful host and a joy to be drinking ale with good friends who grow wiser. The warmth of the company distilled the chill in the afternoon air in a most pleasant courtyard.³ Now free from Covid-19 regulations and the courtyard experience consigned to history, the good humour is restored, intelligent debate remains utterly absorbing, and calm has returned to the fold under the control of our genial host Peter. The Potting Shed experience is not to be missed, said a family from the USA my wife and I hosted the other day.

Could not have been more impressed with CSPM, doing a job restoring power to my 80yr old Mum's flat. Darren installed a GIVenergy battery towards the end of July 2024. The installation went smoothly but shortly after it became apparent that there was a problem with theGIVenergy battery. Darren was extremely helpful in liasing with GIVenergy to identify the fault in the battery packs.This led to replacement battery packs from GIV energy which has solved the problems with the system. I can strongly recommend Darren for not only the installation but also the after sales support when it became apparent that the original battery packs supplied by GIVenergy were faulty.

Contacted Darren as he’s a GivEnergy fully trained installer. Initial phone consultation was very helpful and Darren had plenty of ideas. Site survey was carried out a few days later with measurements and plenty of ideas for placement of batteries. Darren then sent a fully comprehensive email with various solar and storage options and estimates of annual solar generation and savings. After deciding what options an order was placed for materials. Darren estimated three days to install solar, batteries and also replacing my old EV charger. I couldn’t be more pleased with how everything went, Darren and his team are extremely professional, all the work was completed on time despite horrendous weather and looks really good, and they were so tidy. Darren is one of the nicest guys you could meet and he should be called a Master Electrician and I cannot recommend him highly enough, many thanks Darren.

We have recently carried out a complete renovation of our flat, and Adam and his team at Electrically Sound have been working here for more than two weeks. In that time, they have always been friendly, approachable, and extremely efficient. Adam particularly is quite a rare find; a consummate "problem solver" who really seems to work miracles sometimes, when all had seemed lost! He is also unfailingly polite and cheerful, and he always does what he says he will do. Thoroughly recommended.

Very nice, cozy & welcoming! Definitely worth going. The owner is so informative and not in a pushy way. Lovely garden in the back with lots of seating area. The soup is delicious very flavouraome and I tried the float which was really tasty with Rubarb drink. The owner let us know his wife makes the ice cream it was soo smooth & just perfect consistency!

If you fancy top quality meal & affordable price NINCOMSOUP is the best option for you. Incredibly delicious food, specialty coffees and amazing cakes - all home made including ice-cream! It's definitely the place you must visit while in Hythe. I must say the locals are very lucky to have NINCOMSOUP in the centre of their cosy town.

We found this little cafe by chance. What a find! We tried their soup, which came with a fabulous chunk of proper sourdough. Can’t remember the last time I had such a delicious soup (Senegalese Vegetable). Also bought a loaf of rye bread to take home which was also amazing. Would definitely return if we come back to Hythe. Very friendly staff too.
