Visited the Orchard Dental Practice hygienist today. Jess and Lesley were very efficient and very professional and yet very friendly. I received more sound advice during this one visit than I have received from other practices over the last 40 years. And everything was done with a smile to make me feel very much at ease. This is the first time that I have walked out of a dental practice very much looking forward to my next visit !!!

As someone who is incredibly (and irrationally)nervous of the dentist…having part of a tooth detach was my worst nightmare…I needn’t have worried…all the staff are incredibly calming and got me in for assessment and reconstructed filling within such a short space of time…no pain.. no fuss… absolutely brilliant! Sejal and Billy are a fantastic team !

I first joined Wye dental surgery to have my teeth straightened and whitened but, in the process, found my top incisor was fractured due to a root canal I'd had many years before. The advice and treatment I received throughout the process of getting my tooth repaired and the root canal redone, and having a crown fitted to look EXACTLY like the other tooth was phenomenal. I can't recommend Wye dental surgery enough. James and Aliz are friendly, patient and understanding and will make you feel at ease whatever treatment you have done. A very professional, yet friendly service.

I first came to Wye Dental Practice earlier this year as a nervous patient. From my very first visit, everyone made me feel so welcome and at ease. Literally the best dental hygienist and fellow staff. I am usually a nervous and rather cynical patient having had some rather painful and expensive dental appointments at my old dentists in London in the past. However, I have been totally and very pleasantly surprised. The staff are so friendly, kind and reassuring. They gave very clear information. Best of all I didn't experience any pain at all. (The only reason I haven't mentioned a particular dentist, is because I am a new patient and haven't seen one yet!) I would recommend this dental surgery. Thanks Providence Dental!

I am so glad I found this place.I am usually an anxious patient but have been treated so well with everything explained clearly, so that I could relax and completely trust them. I never liked going to the dentist and avoided it for a while until now when a tooth started causing me a lot of pain. I found this dentist and saw the positive reviews so decided to go with them, it was the best decision. Everyone here were so calming and nice, they got me an appointment same day with no issue. The dentist could tell i was nervous and was so informative and reassuring. I don't think I've ever left the dentist smiling before especially after an extraction. I will definitely be back for my check ups now, thank you for being so kind and caring.

So coming from North Devon to take the tunnel ferry to Calais on the next day we went to the pharmacy shop in Tesco where one of the employees recommended your practice. We were very happy you medicated Sandra and released her pain. After taking the antibiotica the inflammation went down and the dentist will have another look next week. Just had some emergency work undertaken on our combi boiler and VSmart connection. Brilliant work by GPS Plumbing & Heating Ltd. They were quick, efficient, polite and extremely helpful. Perry Vincent came out on a Sunday and then again with a colleague on Monday. Both appointments were pre-arranged. Not only was Perry on time but both times he rang 30 minutes before arriving. He also sorted out our related apps on our phones which we both (hubby and wife) had issues with. Perry also rang a day later (today) to check all was ok. I highly recommend. We have no personal connection with the company. We will definitely contact them if needs be in the future and have already agreed to an annual service for the boiler.

Perry and the team installed a new replacement boiler for my mother and did an absolutely first class job for which we were very thankful. I was dealing with Perry on the phone from London and he continually kept me abreast of what was required, when the materials would arrive and found positive solutions for the job in hand. He then came and completed the job over the course of a weekend and allayed any anxieties my mother had. Would thoroughly recommend these guys. Thanks again Perry!

Not the usual thing that I'd review, but it's worth doing for Pennypot. I use both the hygienist & a dentist, and they are both excellent. The service is really good as well. Reminders are sent, appointments always available (sometimes need to wait a little) and staff are always pleasant. It's such a relief to have a great dentists to go to in the current climate.

I would like to firstly thank Lee for his prompt response to my original enquiry and sending out our quote without delay and thank you to the admin team for their calls to confirm booking. Once my husband and I accepted the quote the next steps moved along really quickly. We had the pleasure of meeting both Ryan and Kai who arrived as planned, they prepped my home with floor coverings to protect my flooring, they were diligent in cleaning up as they went along and again each evening ensuring our home was left as they found it. They both worked incredibly hard, and in extreme heat and completed on time. Thank you all so much x We would fully recommend Aquaheat and their wonderful team. Ryan and Ki came last week and over two days fitted a new Worcester Bosch 35 Life boiler. They were very respectful of our property, cleared their mess up as they went. Explained the features and answered all our questions. The boiler has been working perfectly and is very quiet. Radiators are nice and hot. It is so nice to be ready for winter. We have given them 5 stars but would have given them 10 out of 10 for a very good experience. I can recommend Aquaheat New Romney, its been a pleasure dealing with them.

Matt and Archie were here last week installing an air conditioning unit. They were both very polite and worked continuously to make sure the work was completed in one day. I am delighted with my new air con. unit and how well it was installed. Both the young men explained how to operate the unit and set up the app on my phone so I can operate the unit when not at home. They were both very kind to go through the control and operating handset making sure I understood how to operate the new air con. unit. They left the utility room clean and tidy. I would recommend AquaHeat as a company for both heating and air conditioning as I have a service contract with them for my gas boiler. They are a very friendly and reliable company.

Very very pleased with the work carried out by Aquaheat New Romney. Ryan and Ki installed a new boiler for me. They were very polite and friendly and worked efficiently throughout the day. When the work was finished Ryan explained the workings of the new boiler very clearly and they cleared up before leaving the property. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Aquaheat to anyone.

Great clinic! Really glad I found this clinic after moving to the area a little while ago. The dentist was excellent - extremely gentle, knowledgeable and gave excellent advice and options for some cosmetic treatments which I have been looking for. The hygienist and assistant were also excellent - gentle, efficient and quick. They both made me feel comfortable and I felt well looked after. I will continue to go here for my dental needs.
