Yet again in my hour of need and in extreme pain Romney House Dental Practice were there. So understanding and professional. From ALL on Reception, to Dr Raza & Amad the wonderful team ensured I was seen quickly and literally got to the root/s of the problem and got me out of such excruciating pain so so quickly. You are all absolute superstars and I just cannot thank you enough again!!!

A horrific experience as a child I grew up terrified of the dentist. Since Dr Raza took over the practice I have even paid for extra treatments as they really make you feel at ease. No longer am I taking medication before a visit. First class dentist I would recommend to all. The team are all amazing. š

Not the usual thing that I'd review, but it's worth doing for Pennypot. I use both the hygienist & a dentist, and they are both excellent. The service is really good as well. Reminders are sent, appointments always available (sometimes need to wait a little) and staff are always pleasant. It's such a relief to have a great dentists to go to in the current climate.

Myself and my children have seen the same dentist for years now. He is great with all of us. My children have a mix of adhd, asc and anxiety, but none of them are scared and are happy to go in. Receptionists are polite and welcoming to us,and I can highly recommend them all

I first came to Wye Dental Practice earlier this year as a nervous patient. From my very first visit, everyone made me feel so welcome and at ease. From the periodontal treatments with Nidhi to the cosmetic work carried out by James, I honestly canāt put into words my gratitude to the team for not only getting me over my fear of the dentist but for also giving me a beautiful & healthy smile that I can be proud of. I first joined Wye dental surgery to have my teeth straightened and whitened but, in the process, found my top incisor was fractured due to a root canal I'd had many years before. The advice and treatment I received throughout the process of getting my tooth repaired and the root canal redone, and having a crown fitted to look EXACTLY like the other tooth was phenomenal. I can't recommend Wye dental surgery enough. James and Aliz are friendly, patient and understanding and will make you feel at ease whatever treatment you have done. A very professional, yet friendly service.

Literally the best dental hygienist and fellow staff. I am usually a nervous and rather cynical patient having had some rather painful and expensive dental appointments at my old dentists in London in the past. However, I have been totally and very pleasantly surprised. The staff are so friendly, kind and reassuring. They gave very clear information. Best of all I didn't experience any pain at all. Visited the Orchard Dental Practice hygienist today. Jess and Lesley were very efficient and very professional and yet very friendly. I received more sound advice during this one visit than I have received from other practices over the last 40 years. And everything was done with a smile to make me feel very much at ease. As someone who is incredibly (and irrationally)nervous of the dentistā¦having part of a tooth detach was my worst nightmareā¦I neednāt have worriedā¦all the staff are incredibly calming and got me in for assessment and reconstructed filling within such a short space of timeā¦no pain.. no fussā¦ absolutely brilliant! So coming from North Devon to take the tunnel ferry to Calais on the next day we went to the pharmacy shop in Tesco where one of the employees recommended your practice. I never liked going to the dentist and avoided it for a while until now when a tooth started causing me a lot of pain. I found this dentist and saw the positive reviews so decided to go with them, it was the best decision. Everyone here were so calming and nice, they got me an appointment same day with no issue. The dentist could tell i was nervous and was so informative and reassuring. I don't think I've ever left the dentist smiling before especially after an extraction. I will definitely be back for my check ups now, thank you for being so kind and caring.

I have suffered with major anxiety and fear of dentists since I was very young. However, I had a bad tooth that I had to get looked at and I was recommended Pennypot Deal. I can honestly say this is such a lovely surgery, all the staff I encountered are kind, caring and helpful. I had to have a tooth removed which I've never had done awake (only under sedation) and they talked everything through with me, held my hand and made it as easy as possible for me to cope with it. The two dentists who did my procedure are superb and I really felt looked after. Highly recommended.

Great practice. The receptionists are always very friendly and chatty and go out of their way to welcome you. The dental practitioner and hygienist are always very friendly and keep me up to date with prices/treatments, and also sympathetic towards me with any dental problems. The surgery is always very clean, with a pleasant and warm atmosphere. Plenty of onscreen information for patients to watch, as well as good products on sale. I wasnāt feeling very well after my treatment on Wednesday after all the anaesthetic and the receptionist was very caring and made sure I was ok before I left.

After experiencing problems with a lower molar I have received excellent service from the practice in New Romney to try and rectify the pain. Several appointments to try and retain the tooth were arranged but sadly and finally I had to have it extracted today. The senior partner arranged a special appointment and took the time and trouble to deal with it himself going over the history before the extraction took place. I was very impressed with their professionalism and speed of action and would highly recommend them.

Great clinic! Really glad I found this clinic after moving to the area a little while ago. The dentist was excellent - extremely gentle, knowledgeable and gave excellent advice and options for some cosmetic treatments which I have been looking for. The hygienist and assistant were also excellent - gentle, efficient and quick. They both made me feel comfortable and I felt well looked after. I will continue to go here for my dental needs.
