Everyone involved in the emergency appointment was really helpful by finding an appointment and ringing to confirm my email by far the best dentist experience I have had in the last 20yrs with 3 other practices well pleased.

Always on time. Dentist has always looked after me despite difficult teeth. Have been at this practice for more than 60 years. Same dentist for last 20 years at least. Would not change.

I have a, fear of dentist going back to my childhood. The staff at Welldene are friendly and the hygienist puts me at ease and is very gentle. It has helped to boost my confidence.

Very disappointing. Booked my initial appointment 4 weeks in advance. Welldene sent me a reminder 2 days before that date, but then contacted me the day before my visit to tell me the dentist had another appointment on that day and I would need to rebook. Offered one date initially which I was unable to attend, and when I tried to rebook the very next day was offered an appointment 6 weeks later as 'we are very busy'! Although I was informed they had dentists available if I wanted an 'emergency' appointment. Contacted Patient Feedback team, via email, to discuss and, currently, after two weeks have yet receive even an acknowledgment. UPDATE: Subsequently received an understanding letter from the practice manager, and after contacting him a short notice appointment was arranged with a nice dentist. Review amended accordingly.

Over the moon with my experience! I went for a hygienist appointment with Jess and Kerry. I had a lot of staining in between my teeth and thought it was a lost cause. I could not believe my results after just 1 visit. Thank you so much!

As someone who is incredibly (and irrationally)nervous of the dentist…having part of a tooth detach was my worst nightmare…I needn’t have worried…all the staff are incredibly calming and got me in for assessment and reconstructed filling within such a short space of time…no pain.. no fuss… absolutely brilliant! Sejal and Billy are a fantastic team !

Dr Roma Patel went above and beyond on my first consultation for a dental check-up. She was very professional, reassuring and her knowledge on dentistry is by far the best that I have experienced whilst searching for a dentist. The whole reception and technical team were friendly and the practice is lovely too! I will certainly return for future check-ups and whenever needed!

Mrs Patel was absolutely fantastic. I was very nervous during my first visit, however she made me feel really relaxed and explained everything in great detail. Even when I went back for an emergency appointment, she really looked after me and took great care during treatments.

Halfway through treatment, and from terrified to reassured already. Roma is so patient. She uses a dental wand which is a game changer, no massive needles. Why did I pick ADC, this is a husband and wife team, they don’t hang their reputation on anybody but themselves. Honest and transparent, no pushing more expensive options, patient led. Best dentist I have ever been to, use amazing equipment and the way they can numb just the tooth they are working on instead of the whole side of the face is brilliant. Also get treated like a friend instead of a job

My wife and I went for a assessment for Denplan which was just £45 .00 each. This was a thorough examination and 2 xrays. Judy our dentist explained everything as she carried out the examination and put me and my wife at ease, very professional and friendly as was the receptionist. We have now found our dentist.

Had an appointment yesterday 3/10/24 The receptionist were very polite and kept me informed as Robert Banks was running behind. Wasn’t a problem the attention I received was absolutely brilliant from Robert he actually sat down and explained what treatment he thought I would need in the future. Absolutely lovely man couldn’t have wished for better. I’ve been going to Singleton dentist for years I normally see mrs J .Peirson Webber but at the moment she is undergoing hospital treatment I wish her a speedy recovery as over the years she has really looked after me for which I really appreciate. They got me in as a Emergency on a Saturday afternoon 100% thank you But after £375 I’m still in pain and being told it will be £300 to sort it out

So coming from North Devon to take the tunnel ferry to Calais on the next day we went to the pharmacy shop in Tesco where one of the employees recommended your practice. We were very happy you medicated Sandra and released her pain. After taking the antibiotica the inflammation went down and the dentist will have another look next week. I recently finished my Invisalign treatment here with Shilpa. I am so pleased with the results and how amazing she was with everything. If i wasn't sure on how they were looking I was very reassured and Shilpa made sure I felt comfortable and relaxed the entire time. Im very impressed and the comments on my teeth now are amazing. My case was a little complicated and she didn't disappoint :)

I first joined Wye dental surgery to have my teeth straightened and whitened but, in the process, found my top incisor was fractured due to a root canal I'd had many years before. The advice and treatment I received throughout the process of getting my tooth repaired and the root canal redone, and having a crown fitted to look EXACTLY like the other tooth was phenomenal. I can't recommend Wye dental surgery enough. James and Aliz are friendly, patient and understanding and will make you feel at ease whatever treatment you have done. A very professional, yet friendly service.

As someone who is terrified of needles and injections, I was extremely nervous on the day. But the ladies greeted me and made me feel welcome from the get-go! They numbed my lips and the chair was so comfy! I could have fallen asleep; I felt nothing at all! Dr Priya was so gentle, warm and chatty! I will definitely be returning! I went to Dr Priya after seeing how natural her photos looked. I had Botox and lip fillers during my appointment. Both Dr Priya and Louisa were so lovely and reassuring. They spent time talking through the results I wanted and planning how to achieve them before starting. Everything was talked through with me during the works being carried also and I am so happy with the results. My lips look fuller, with a defined Cupid’s bow and the results enhance my features naturally. My smile lines (crows feet) and forehead are smooth and symmetrical and feel years have been taken off me. I wouldn’t choose to go anywhere else now. My wife and I were recommended to Easysmile after some years of less than effective dental care. The practice in Shadoxhurst is in the style of a stylish clinic - clean and tidy with a restful colour scheme. The reception staff are very helpful and welcoming with a reassuring efficiency. Our first appointments were with Ash, the dental surgeon for an in-depth assessment. Ash is an extremely professional and authoritative dental surgeon. For those with an aversion to dentistry, his practise methods are a revelation, with an innate ability to reassure and explain in detail every aspect of treatment. Indeed, the level of care at Easysmile is exemplary. Easysmile is a private practice, so there is a cost factor to be considered. However, I had a complete course of treatment that should comfortably see me through the next few years, all for the price of a decent 2 weeks holiday. Money well spent and my wife and I have no hesitation in recommending Easysmile. Many thanks to Ash and the team.

EasySmile Ashford have been excellent throughout my course of treatments, from the welcome at reception on arrival, in the modern clean and bright waiting area, to the professional dental attention received from Ben, my lovely dentist and his assistant. I initially had a free consultation, followed by several procedures which were all thoroughly explained to me. I felt very at ease whilst in the dentist’s chair (almost falling asleep on one occasion, I felt so comfortable!) I always left the practice feeling satisfied with the excellent service provided and would absolutely recommend to others, even if they are a bit worried about visiting a dentist in general, EasySmile is the best I’ve ever visited, I will certainly be returning in the future.
