So glad I finally plucked up the courage to visit the implant experts. From the very first visit Dr O and his team put me at ease and were very re-assuring throughout the whole process. All staff were warm, friendly and helpful . Treatment was not as bad as I first thought and wished I had visited much sooner.

During the entire course of treatment I enjoyed a very caring, stress free and professional experience from the whole team at The Implant Experts. From the initial consultation through to the final stage of treatment I was assured that I would have pain free sessions and that is exactly what I experienced. I have been a patient of Dr Jr for about 20 years now, and find the practice extremely welcoming, and it always puts my comfort and needs first. Appointments are easy to make and when you call Wendy she will always recognise you. I had major work done some 4 years ago - and then moved to Sweden, but i always fly back to have my dental maintenance at JR dental practice. Hygienist treatment by Diane is always reassuring. You can be assured of a professional friendly service. I would highly recommend the practice, especially if you are apprensive. .

Jay has been looking after my teeth for over 10 years now and I can highly recommend his professionalism. When he gently suggested that I might require veneers to correct decades of grinding my teeth at night he said I should wait until he had returned from a course in the US to learn a new technique that would allow him to install a temporary repair that should last a few months. Several years later the 'temporary' repairs are still working fine and he has said that there is no need to progress to the much more expensive permanent option for the foreseeable future. Highly recommended.

Such an amazing dental practice! My first visit here was in March when I was booked to have fillings done. I missed those appointments. I had a horrible toothache overnight and I called for an appointment to be seen. I was treated with such kindness and professionalism. The female dentists who treated me showed me such empathy! I was in so much pain and they took care of my pain. I am needle phobic and extremely afraid of needles but they were so professional with me and helped me. I was adamant about the tooth being extracted because of the pain I was feeling but I was treated and given options that could save my tooth. Thank you to the 2 female dentists that saw me! Really find all staff here great. Have had recent fillings, crown fitting and Enlighten whitening done. All excellent. The dentists take time to make sure all is pain free. And the results from Enlighten whitening have been brilliant.

I was due to go away on a 10 day holiday and two hours before departure a tooth came out! Disaster loomed! But no, Atkinson Brignall reception immediately found me an appointment time 20 minutes later. I arrived, with tooth in hand, and after a rapid examination of the problem, my dentist Jay took action. Dr Patel and team were extremely kind, sensitive and respectful of my younger one’s moods and feelings, they didn’t give him any pressure during his first ever dental check up to ensure it remained a positive experience throughout. They also encouraged my son to come back on a visit when my daughter was having her teeth filled, he became much more comfortable with being at the dentist and was able to cooperate with the team to finish his dental assessment. The green dinosaur in the examinations room and the kids exploration dentist room (the one next to reception) was also very helpful in terms of getting my kids calm and ready for their appointment. Would definitely recommend this dental practice for young kids. Not to mention that my daughter was also at ease when she had her fillings done due to how friendly the staff were.

Without doubt this is a quality caring dentist, from the moment you walk through the door and are greeted by the warm reception team I have just finished my invisline treatment, it was so much easier and quicker than I thought it would be , it was followed by teeth whitening and 2 porcelain veneers on my front teeth. This was all completed in under eleven Months and carried out by the very skilled caring Ian Brignall. My smile is now transformed giving confidence. I am so pleased I made the decision to have this procedure carried out , it was well worth it Thankyou Ian !

I have always been incredibly nervous when visiting the dentist but from the moment I walked in to this practice I felt at ease. The receptionists were warm and welcoming and I immediately felt in safe hands with Antonio (dentist) and Jo (hygienist). Any anxiety or worries I had were put at ease, especially during my first hygiene appointment where Jo was just brilliant! She kept me calm and was very patient with me and I can confidently say I will have no anxiety for my next appointment. The practice is stylish, clean and comfortable.

The team at this practice are second to none. Having only been to the dentist a handful of times as a child, I was nervous to say the least. However I was put at ease by the reception staff and more so by Antonio. I was conscious of my smile (with teeth) due to their shape but now I can't stop! Would highly recommend again and again, the team are understanding, informative and results are outstanding!

I have been going to this dental practice for quite a few years now, with a gap post Covid where I tried a different, slightly more local one. Suffice to say I returned pretty quickly to IQ Dental, where you walk in and feel like you're in a comforting, holistic clinic rather than a dentist waiting room! The service is consistently outstanding, from the welcome you receive from the lovely receptionists to the superb skills of the dentists and hygienists, particularly Antonio, who is amazing. I have recently had a dental implant all carried out by Antonio and would not hesitate to recommend him. A thorough and highly skilled dentist who makes sure everything is done to the highest standards, with outstanding care to attention. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Just visited Tooth Care Dental Rainham and had a fantastic experience with the Hygienist, Charlotte, and her team. Charlotte is such a lovely lady and took excellent care of my teeth. She also shared some brilliant advice, and I left feeling like my teeth were in great shape! The receptionists, Anna and the other wonderful ladies, were incredibly helpful and efficient, making me feel so relaxed—even though I’m not the biggest fan of dental visits. I had my first appointment with Louise Yates at Kent Smile this week. I felt welcome from the moment I stepped into the centre and greeted by the reception team. Louise took her time to listen to everything and make sure she had all the information, as I have a complex dental case. She then proceeded to carryout the most thorough dental exam I have ever had which included xrays. Louise and her dental nurse are absolutely lovely, they answered all my questions and I left feeling knowledgeable and confident about my treatment plan going forward. Came home with a few freebies that will also help with routine hygiene, but the advice I was given with regard to some quite complex problems will really help over the longer term. Best dentist I’ve ever been to. I was terrified to go to the dentist after a terrible experience in 2019 at a different practice. I tried last year with a different dentist but walked out refusing treatment on a very painful tooth as I felt dismissed, but now I am so glad I have found this dentist! I had an appointment with Nadia and she was absolutely fantastic!! I have never felt more listened to and had genuine compassion and understanding shown to me. I was very anxious going in and completely overwhelmed to the point of crying and my husband having to force me to go, but after sitting in Nadia’s chair and having her show me so much understanding, listening to my concerns and explaining everything for me very clearly with what was going to happen and with no judgement, it was such a good experience. I had to be referred for treatment in the end, but I would have gladly allowed her to perform work on me if it had been possible (this is a massive deal for me!). I left feeling so much happier and actually got into the car smiling and said to my husband what a great experience it was, and that was all thanks to Nadia’s fantastic patient care. The other staff I came into contact with were also very friendly and welcoming and the whole experience was great, 100% I would recommend this dentist to friends and family. My fear has definitely been lifted and I will have no problem going back in the future for my checkups now. If you’re terrified of the dentist like I was, this is definitely the place that can help you!
