Banning dental surgery is amazing. I haven't had my treatment yet but I am going through my consultations. They have made me feel so welcome and at ease as I do get very anxious. Everybody is so nice right down to the receptionist. I actually look forward to going.

My wife and I have been coming to this practice for many years now, and the professional and personal treatment that we have both received has always been first class. It is a pleasure coming to this office. The entire staff is great!

Excellent, professional, great customer service. I am having full mouth all on 4 dental implants. After losing a top front tooth and an upcoming wedding to attend to, they have bent over backwards to complete my uppers in good time for the wedding to which I am truly grateful. Surgery was swift and painless, fortunately I have no bruising and very minimal swelling which has now gone completely (day 3).

Lucy, the hygienist, efficiently assisted by Alison, did a thorough job of cleaning my teeth. What I especially noticed was that there was absolutely no physical pain in the process- a really precision job! I was also given specific advice regarding care for my wisdom teeth. For those that find visiting a dentist practice daunting, there is the bonus of being in a beautiful and ancient building with the best views of the Cathedral! I recommend this Practice.

The Maryland Bridge that Ioannis at Burgate Dental fitted for my daughter has been superb. Along with the initial fitting we have been given a number of free check ups to make sure the Maryland is performing as it should and that there are no issues. I have no words to describe the exceptional service I receive from the team, and especially from Dr. Ioannis, the dentist. He took on a patient with numerous dental issues and, with patience and perseverance, is working diligently to improve the situation. So far, I am completely satisfied with their services and care. Another noteworthy aspect is that both Dr. Ioannis and the staff are incredibly polite, kind, and always willing to help.

I've had two appointments here so far, and won't be going back to my old Dental Practice. The staff are incredibly nice, thorough and fantastic at what they do! Thanks for sorting me out! Highly recommend.

Once again I received excellent care from the Senacre Dental Clinic. The reception team are friendly and efficient both on the phone and in person. I needed a quick appointment after a toothache came on. I was seen quickly and am currently undergoing treatment for an abscess then a tooth extraction. The service at Simply Bright Senacre has always been good and I'm thankful to be with them.

A very nice experience! I highly recommend! From the first call at Senacre Dental Clinic to the last visit, my daughter and I were treated very nicely. Ladies at this clinic are all lovely. Had a hygienist appointment at this clinic yesterday and it was the most pain free experience I’ve had. The trainee dental nurse was also sweet and knew of all other treatment prices. Would definitely recommend.

My 1st visit to Lenham Dental, after being with my own dentist, for the last 45 years. To say I was nervous is a major understatement! Kate Marshall and Michelle were wonderful 😁 Put me at ease, explained everything and I felt leaving like I had been a patient for years. Can't say I'm looking forward to actually starting a course of treatment, but know I will be in safe hands 👍 I also upgraded to an electric toothbrush, so hopefully will receive some brownie points😉

I had a filling last week and the dentist said this would have to be done by the hygienist which I thought was weird. All I can say is wow I have never had such a pain free, gentle experience at the dentist. I was numb enough not to feel it but not so numb that I was dribbling and incoherent. I have never been a fan of having fillings but if all my previous ones were like this I would not stress in the slightest. I highly recommend her to everyone.

I needed an emergency appointment on Monday of this week and I was seen the following day. The service and dental surgery is absolutely brilliant. We’ve been attending Lenham for nearly 40 years My wife and I and our daughter would all concur that it is an absolute brilliant, first class, exceptional practice All the work we have had done is first class. Lawrence is a very gentle dentist who has painlessly looked after my teeth for 40 years. A dentist who actually makes me smile! I should have given this review a long time ago - sorry. Likewise, Anthea is an excellent hygienist - always leaving my teeth sparkling. Sam is such a nice practice manager taking time to enquire as to my well being. What a great team - more like a family! My son broke the retainers he had after his teeth straightening at a NHS orthodontist, I took the moulds to Steve at Confident, and they made a new set of retainers in an hour and a half! This saved a trip out of town, and about £100. Amazing service.

I would to thank Simon for being so understanding and extremely helpful and giving me the ability to smile without hiding my teeth, I hadn’t been to a dentist for far too long, after seeing an nhs dentist in my younger years left me very traumatised, part 1 of my journey was the courage to have teeth out which was far better than expected in NHS hospital, When I first spoke to Simon on the phone I felt at ease, I was still very apprehensive of anyone going near my mouth, I believe I became a project for Simon because of my difficulties allowing him to do his job, to be honest how he put up with me I don’t know, I very glad that he did and 100% pleased with his work , after me he will be able to help others so much easier. Phoned for an emergency appt at 9.30am and got a same day 12.30 slot...10 mins later got offered a 10.10 slot, popped along, greeted by lovely receptionist, once in treatment room was dealt with my dentist and her colleague, about 20 mins later i left minus a wisdom tooth(pain free) and felt like a proper brave lil soldier 😄(im 6ft and 16 st) thank you ladies.

Recently went to the dentist to get a tooth checked out (that i knew was probably infected) and was hoping it wasnt. Unfortunately turns out it was and it did need to be taken out. I was so nervous because of a tooth i had had removed as a child, and was finding every reason in my head to try and cancel the appointment. In the end i realised i needed to get it done, so just bit the bullet and went in, but made sure to let the dentist know how nervous i was. When i say she put me at such ease and treated me with so much compassion, i cannot stress enough just how much she calmed me down. With how gentle she was i barely felt a thing! she explained the whole process of what she was going to do, but with the perfect amount of ''white lies'' (when she had injected exactly, the type you would tell a child - which i had asked her to do) that by time i was getting ready for the most fearful part of it, she was done! Honestly she made the whole experience sooooo much better, i coudn't be more grateful. 5 stars :)

Really impressed by the team at Carbasse Implant & Dental Centre. Following a laughable experience at a so called leading clinic in Chestfield. I assure you that Carbasse are the real deal. I had an initial consultation with Marc Carbasse during which time he was was able to extract a tooth that had been broken down to gum level in two minutes flat. No drama, no pain and no discomfort whatsoever. I was given a treatment plan that works for me, competitively priced. Two days after the initial consultation and extraction I had an appointment with their Dental Hygienist who was equally impressive. She did a great job. I’m due back to see Marc in around twelve weeks time for CT scans to ensure they have room to carry out the implants without endangering any nerves in my jaw. Fingers crossed they can go ahead with the implants. One lower jaw and one upper on opposite sides of my mouth. Thank you Marc and your team. Friendly reception team and pleasant atmosphere. I was put at ease from the very first moment of the first in series of appointments to have a dental implant. Mark explained every stage of the treatment plan clearly and he and his team provide a very professional and caring service. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

I had not been to a dentist for 4 years and feel lucky that Carbasse was recommended to me. I had my initial appointment with Laura in April where a treatment plan was discussed in detail regarding options available to me. After a number of visits the treatment is now finished and I have the most amazing new smile. I wish I had seen her years ago. I must not forget to mention the other staff from reception to hygienists who are also all amazing. They really are a happy, friendly professional team.

Great communication, kindness and humour throughout my initial consultation and procedure to install posts for implants. Mark explained everything clearly and seemed very knowledgeable and confident. The team assisting him were great ( Sophie and Tim? Sorry bad memory!! ) The procedure was quite long, over an hour but it never felt too long, lots of breaks. No pain at all. Good instructions for post operative care at home.

I went to the dentist with a very painful gum infection which I needed to be treated very urgently due to imminent surgery! Balsam was absolutely fabulous! She was very thorough and understanding and treated me with such compassion. Treatment was successful and I was able to go ahead with my surgery as planned! I cannot thank her enough!

I recently visited for a routine check-up and cleaning, and I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and at ease. The front desk team was friendly and efficient, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The dentist's was also amazing, she took the time to go over my X-rays, explained my oral health in detail, and gave me helpful tips for maintaining better dental hygiene. I never felt rushed, and I appreciated the personalised care and attention to detail. The dental hygienist, was fantastic—she explained everything she was doing during the cleaning and made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. The office itself is modern and spotless, and I felt confident in the quality of care I was receiving. Highly recommend!

Everything about this Practice is excellent. I have been a patient there for many years, over 20 of which have been with dental surgeon Ian Small who is brilliant. Additionally, my hygienist Christina is first rate, and all the nursing and reception staff are always very professional, friendly and helpful.

I have been going to St Dunstan's for 3 years and have found them to be on the whole, very professional. Dr Batti, my dentist is a skilled dental surgeon who has produced good work on my teeth. This last time, I needed a tooth rebuilt and the result was fantastic. Cosmetically beautiful, it is a robust addition to my dental assemblage. Although professional, he is conversationally engaging and has a good sense of humour.

After Martin Kelleher, the senior consultant dentist for restorative dental treatment at Kings College Hospital London, retired from private practice, he highly recommended Ian Small at St Dunstan’s. I couldn’t be more pleased with this recommendation. After an absolutely shocking poor level of service and communication from a different private dentist it was a huge relief to find the St Dunstans Practice. In particular, all the receptionists, dental nurses and Dr Surinder have gone out of their way to accommodate us. Perhaps most importantly there has been clear concise communication resulting in real trust leading to excellent outcomes and some very timely pre Christmas treatment. Apologies for accidentally only giving a one star review first time...5 star is order of the day....
