My 1st visit to Lenham Dental, after being with my own dentist, for the last 45 years. To say I was nervous is a major understatement! Kate Marshall and Michelle were wonderful 😁 Put me at ease, explained everything and I felt leaving like I had been a patient for years. Can't say I'm looking forward to actually starting a course of treatment, but know I will be in safe hands 👍 I also upgraded to an electric toothbrush, so hopefully will receive some brownie points😉

I needed an emergency appointment on Monday of this week and I was seen the following day. The service and dental surgery is absolutely brilliant. We’ve been attending Lenham for nearly 40 years My wife and I and our daughter would all concur that it is an absolute brilliant, first class, exceptional practice All the work we have had done is first class. I would like to add the balance to this review but can’t think of anything that’s negative. Thank you to all the Staff.

Friendly, and very efficient staff. Have been going to Lenham dentist since I was old enough to legally go. My allocated dentist is always lovely and talkative, very easy to speak openly with and very kind. Nothing bad to say at all. Keep up the phenomenal work 🙌🔥

First appointments today and saw Chan. I have a lot of dental work ahead of me and knew this. It took a lot for me to walk through the door but didn't want to appear terrified even though I was. Chan put me at ease, talked me through the procedures and was so lovely. She said she will get it sorted and I trust her already. I've had so many bad past experiences but already have great faith in her and the teams ability to reinstate my smile and confidence again

Visited COCO Dental Practice today and I was so impressed by the improvements made to the surgery, Every member of staff were first class. I was treated efficiently and effectively, with respect, dignity and humour. The receptionist went out of their way to ensure my safety on leaving the practice too.

I went to Eastgate dental practice 2 years ago to see what route would be best to take to help straighten my teeth. I was then introduced to Dr Aman and nurse Amber who were very welcoming and professional. They recommended that I have a brace fitted, and talked me through the whole process from fitting, check ups and cost. I proceeded to having it done and every month went back for a check up and tighten up until they were both happy that my teeth were completely straight and ready to remove my brace. I was given a full hygiene clean and opted to have Enlighten whitening to fully embrace my new look. Again this was done with Aman and Ambers guidance and was well worth the time it has taken to get to where I am now.

Receptionists warm and friendly and welcome you on arrival. My Dentist Yasmin and her support assistant were fantastic doing fillings that took quite sometime. Yasmin spoke to me through the dentistry treatment and as a bonus some of her singing!

I highly recommend Eastgate Dental Practice - the professionalism, friendliness, politeness, and helpfulness of the team, exceeded my expectations, in particular Jo the Practice Manager, Stephen & Tilly, and Kerry on reception. The staff were very reassuring and helpful when I called to enquire about solving the problem with my teeth. I now feel that I can have the correct composite bonding treatment that I need and know I’ll get a good job done. Thank you to the friendly staff there and I look forward to seeing you soon. I recently visited Tooth Club for a routine check-up, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the receptionist, which immediately put me at ease. The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and adorned with calming decor, which helped alleviate any pre-appointment nerves. Great service overall!

Had an appointment with Rebecca (hygienist) 5-8-24, and the advice (as well as mouth/teeth clean) was so helpful. Came home with a few freebies that will also help with routine hygiene, but the advice I was given with regard to some quite complex problems will really help over the longer term. This is a super experienced team, thank you so much!

My daughter (10) has been attending here for a couple of years now. She was extremely nervous and scared to start with but now she actually gets excited and loves seeing her dentist. I’m so happy that I found this practice. The reception staff, dentist and nurse were all really kind and made me feel welcome. I was very impressed with the treatment I received. The dentist carried out a full examination and explained everything that needed to be done. I felt confident that I would get the best treatment for my problems and will definitely come back to have the work done.

I used to find it hard to visit the dentist but all the staff are very kind and understanding and make me feel at ease. Now my visits are much easier. The dentist is really kind, patient and reassuring, explaining everything to me so I'm able to make an informed choice for my treatment. Ladies at this clinic are all lovely. Had a hygienist appointment at this clinic yesterday and it was the most pain free experience I’ve had. The trainee dental nurse was also sweet and knew of all other treatment prices. Would definitely recommend.

My daughters were really anxious visiting the dentist but since coming here they have been a lotttttt better!! All staff are friendly and helpful! The dentist is amazing with my daughters! Just visited Tooth Care Dental Rainham and had a fantastic experience with the Hygienist, Charlotte, and her team. Charlotte is such a lovely lady and took excellent care of my teeth. She also shared some brilliant advice, and I left feeling like my teeth were in great shape! The receptionists, Anna and the other wonderful ladies, were incredibly helpful and efficient, making me feel so relaxed—even though I’m not the biggest fan of dental visits. The whole team is genuinely friendly, and it’s such a welcoming practice. Highly recommend to anyone looking for excellent dental care with a personal touch! Would you like any adjustments, Andi?

I recently had a root canal procedure done by Dr. Melody Prado, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience! From the moment I walked into the office, the staff was welcoming and made me feel at ease. Dr. Melody Prado took the time to explain the procedure thoroughly, addressing all my concerns with patience and professionalism. During the procedure, I felt comfortable and well-cared for. The dentist’s skill and expertise were evident, and I appreciated the gentle approach that made the experience much less daunting than I had anticipated. Xin is the friendliest, most knowledgeable dentist I have ever visited. I have never felt comfortable in the dental chair but she makes you feel so at ease, checks if you’re ok every step of the way and also has a great sense of humour. I do not dread my visits anymore as I know I’m in good hands.

We always receive excellent level of care from Kent Smile Studio for many years. All staff are very caring and professional. My son, who has additional needs, is well looked after and he has been referred to service in a timely manner when needed. Dr. Melody Prado has always looked after us very well. Kent Smile Studio (Maidstone) provides an excellent service and I would highly recommend. Having Dentophobia and avoiding dentist for years, I can honestly say I feel much more at ease here. I cannot fault the care and dedication by my dental surgeon without whom I would be in considerable pain and discomfort. He explains everything he is doing during my treatment and what could happen in the future. The surgery is always clean and welcoming. The staff are a credit to the NHS!
