Recently went to the dentist to get a tooth checked out (that i knew was probably infected) and was hoping it wasnt. Unfortunately turns out it was and it did need to be taken out. I was so nervous because of a tooth i had had removed as a child, and was finding every reason in my head to try and cancel the appointment. In the end i realised i needed to get it done, so just bit the bullet and went in, but made sure to let the dentist know how nervous i was. When i say she put me at such ease and treated me with so much compassion, i cannot stress enough just how much she calmed me down. With how gentle she was i barely felt a thing! she explained the whole process of what she was going to do, but with the perfect amount of ''white lies'' (when she had injected exactly, the type you would tell a child - which i had asked her to do) that by time i was getting ready for the most fearful part of it, she was done! Honestly she made the whole experience sooooo much better, i coudn't be more grateful. 5 stars :)

I had to have a 3d image xray here, it was such a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. A lovely receptionist greeted me when I arrived, and my xray went well. I couldn't of asked for a more incredible experience with my appointment. I would highly recommend this beautiful clinic to both my friends and family. Excellent service, prompt and very courteous too. ♡♡

As a nervous and anxious patient I was made to feel most welcome and treated with kindness from stepping through the door and greeted at reception. Dr Sofia went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and provide detailed answers to my many questions. Lilly was also helpful and knowledgable . A wonderful team and very thorough. I have always found the service very good. Whether it has been a routine appointment or an urgent appointment, I have always been seen more or less on time. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Good dentists are hard to find. I have found the impartial advice refreshing. Always a warm welcome greeted with genuine interest and willing to listen not preach. Receptionists very friendly, not the usual stoney face with zero humour. Almost like going....if you know what I mean!

Brilliant service from reception, to the waiting room and the dentists (and dental nurses). Super friendly, willing to talk you through the processes/treatment and literally don't want to rip you off with unnecessary treatments. They come up with alternatives and want to help you. Can't fault the reminders you get too! Can't believe we have this dental surgery in Chatham. Highly recommended

The hygienist Catalina was very kind and understanding as I was so nervous. But she understood how I felt and reacted in a pleasant way. Her nurse too was very caring. I had not had hygienist treatment for over 20 years so Catalina the hygienist put me at ease as much as she could

Had an appointment with Rebecca (hygienist) 5-8-24, and the advice (as well as mouth/teeth clean) was so helpful. Came home with a few freebies that will also help with routine hygiene, but the advice I was given with regard to some quite complex problems will really help over the longer term. This is a super experienced team, thank you so much!

Been a patient here roughly a year now. Had 4 appointments with the dentist and 1 with the hygienist. All round great service. Appointments are well communicated. Polite & friendly receptionists, always have a smile on their face. Dentists, nurses & supporting staff are very professional, understanding and accommodating. Just visited Tooth Care Dental Rainham and had a fantastic experience with the Hygienist, Charlotte, and her team. Charlotte is such a lovely lady and took excellent care of my teeth. She also shared some brilliant advice, and I left feeling like my teeth were in great shape! The receptionists, Anna and the other wonderful ladies, were incredibly helpful and efficient, making me feel so relaxed—even though I’m not the biggest fan of dental visits. I had my upper wisdom tooth and adjoining molar extracted today. From the moment I stepped inside the surgery all staff were helpful, reassuring and polite. I believe my teeth were extracted by Hosam Elmanhawany, who put me (a nervous patient) at ease. He was skillfull and managed to get both teeth out in 10 minutes, causing me no pain, only the expected pressure sensations. Thank you to all the team.

Prompt service by dentist, especially as I had requested an appointment for same day in afternoon, because of a tooth ache. I was advised that I required my wisdom tooth to be extracted. Fortunately, the surgeon was available at the surgery and I had it done straight away. I was handled with care, especially as I do not like injections. The dentist surgeon was great and did the tooth extraction within 10minutes.
