I first joined Wye dental surgery to have my teeth straightened and whitened but, in the process, found my top incisor was fractured due to a root canal I'd had many years before. The advice and treatment I received throughout the process of getting my tooth repaired and the root canal redone, and having a crown fitted to look EXACTLY like the other tooth was phenomenal. I can't recommend Wye dental surgery enough. James and Aliz are friendly, patient and understanding and will make you feel at ease whatever treatment you have done. A very professional, yet friendly service.

I first came to Wye Dental Practice earlier this year as a nervous patient. From my very first visit, everyone made me feel so welcome and at ease. From the periodontal treatments with Nidhi to the cosmetic work carried out by James, I honestly can’t put into words my gratitude to the team for not only getting me over my fear of the dentist but for also giving me a beautiful & healthy smile that I can be proud of. I have only just started attending this Dentists and I think that that they have a friendly and professional approach. I was impressed that the Dentist identified an area of my dental care that I had not been addressing appropriately and she was spot on with her diagnosis about what I had and hadn't been doing with my brushing. They are also very gentle and considerate of the patient.

I went to the dentist with a very painful gum infection which I needed to be treated very urgently due to imminent surgery! Balsam was absolutely fabulous! She was very thorough and understanding and treated me with such compassion. Treatment was successful and I was able to go ahead with my surgery as planned! I cannot thank her enough!

I have recently registered with this dental practice after a very traumatic registration and appointment with one closer to my home. I am a very nervous patient when it comes to Dentists and I think the last one I registered with and ended up cancelling my next appointment with left me with such anxieties I can't explain. I attended my registration and check up with this practice yesterday and the staff were so friendly upon arriving, I felt a little at ease when I got in to the waiting room just by the receptionist, then the Dentist came out and called me in, he was so friendly and calming and I felt so at ease from the time I got in there, I was a little tense to start with but both the Dentist and his nurse were so kind, reassuring and professional and I was so grateful to them both and the front of house staff for making my first visit such a relaxed one. I feel I have definitely chosen the best Dental Practice to be with and look forward to having future visits with the knowledge that I am at ease and around a friendly professional service. Thankyou so very much to all the staff and also all the great reviews on here which lead me to deciding to register with this practice. Lawrence is a very gentle dentist who has painlessly looked after my teeth for 40 years. A dentist who actually makes me smile! I should have given this review a long time ago - sorry. After Martin Kelleher, the senior consultant dentist for restorative dental treatment at Kings College Hospital London, retired from private practice, he highly recommended Ian Small at St Dunstan’s. I couldn’t be more pleased with this recommendation. Ian is always thorough, considerate, and takes the time to explain his treatment plan in detail, ensuring I feel fully informed and comfortable throughout each visit. In addition to Ian, Sam, the hygienist, has also been fantastic. She is efficient, thorough, and the attention to detail in her work is excellent and I always feel well cared for. After an absolutely shocking poor level of service and communication from a different private dentist it was a huge relief to find the St Dunstans Practice. In particular, all the receptionists, dental nurses and Dr Surinder have gone out of their way to accommodate us. Perhaps most importantly there has been clear concise communication resulting in real trust leading to excellent outcomes and some very timely pre Christmas treatment. Apologies for accidentally only giving a one star review first time...5 star is order of the day....

I have been going to St Dunstan's for 3 years and have found them to be on the whole, very professional. Dr Batti, my dentist is a skilled dental surgeon who has produced good work on my teeth. This last time, I needed a tooth rebuilt and the result was fantastic. Cosmetically beautiful, it is a robust addition to my dental assemblage. Although professional, he is conversationally engaging and has a good sense of humour.

Just moved to the area and was recommended to the Faversham Dental Practice. Very much like the friendly staff and straightforward service. Superb dental services. I recently joined as a patient, having moved to Faversham in the middle of a programme of dental treatment, and the positive difference is significant. I have had 3 appointments in a month and my progress is amazing. I wasn't aware that a temporary cosmetic solution was an available option for me until I joined this practice and the results are incredible. I am so delighted with how my teeth look now. Everybody at the practice has been friendly and welcoming; I cannot recommend Dr Linton and his colleagues enough.

I have been coming to this dentist since I was a little girl and I’m now nearly 50! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my teeth. The receptionist is always polite and friendly and the dentist, I now see Dr Linton, is highly knowledgable and highly skilled. My daughter suffers with a genetic disorder and so her teeth grow differently to others and after first meeting her, Dr Linton looked up her disorder to understand her more and will be in liaison with her hospital for future dental plans. This level of care and understanding is outstanding!

Phoned for an emergency appt at 9.30am and got a same day 12.30 slot...10 mins later got offered a 10.10 slot, popped along, greeted by lovely receptionist, once in treatment room was dealt with my dentist and her colleague, about 20 mins later i left minus a wisdom tooth(pain free) and felt like a proper brave lil soldier 😄(im 6ft and 16 st) thank you ladies.

I would to thank Simon for being so understanding and extremely helpful and giving me the ability to smile without hiding my teeth, I hadn’t been to a dentist for far too long, after seeing an nhs dentist in my younger years left me very traumatised, part 1 of my journey was the courage to have teeth out which was far better than expected in NHS hospital, When I first spoke to Simon on the phone I felt at ease, I was still very apprehensive of anyone going near my mouth, I believe I became a project for Simon because of my difficulties allowing him to do his job, to be honest how he put up with me I don’t know, I very glad that he did and 100% pleased with his work , after me he will be able to help others so much easier. I have no words to describe the exceptional service I receive from the team, and especially from Dr. Ioannis, the dentist. He took on a patient with numerous dental issues and, with patience and perseverance, is working diligently to improve the situation. So far, I am completely satisfied with their services and care. Lucy, the hygienist, efficiently assisted by Alison, did a thorough job of cleaning my teeth. What I especially noticed was that there was absolutely no physical pain in the process- a really precision job! I was also given specific advice regarding care for my wisdom teeth. For those that find visiting a dentist practice daunting, there is the bonus of being in a beautiful and ancient building with the best views of the Cathedral! I recommend this Practice.

10/10 – 100% Highly Recommend! Tom is honestly the best dentist I've been to. From the very beginning, he was patient, kind and professional, and thanks to him, I'm not embarrassed by my teeth anymore. I’ve always been anxious about going to the dentist, but Tom changed that. I had a broken crown and some noticeable marks on my front teeth that made me feel self-conscious. (My old dentist told me I’d need a false tooth, not ideal at 35!) Tom looked and said he could put on a new crown and clean up my teeth. He took the time to explain everything in detail, answering all my questions and making sure I understood everything. In a world where many doctors and dentists seem eager to get you in and out, Tom was the complete opposite, he took his time and I didn't feel rushed. Now, not only am I more confident with my teeth, I'm also far less anxious about future appointments. Thank you, Tom, for your exceptional care and to the awesome nurses and reception staff. I had seen Basanta from 9 years,I had to see him this time for an emergency appointment as I had severe toothache. I was able to see him within 90 minutes of speaking to the lovely receptionist (sorry I didn’t catch her name). I had my first appointment with Dr. Basanta Shrestha at Sturry Dental Practice on 11th December. Following the extraction of my tooth, Dr. Basanta provided a clear and detailed explanation of my options, including a long-term solution with a dental implant. He was very thorough in addressing my concerns and ensuring I fully understood the process. With Christmas just around the corner, Dr. Basanta thoughtfully suggested a temporary solution using a Maryland bridge. This would restore my smile in time for the festive season—a gesture I greatly appreciated! By 20th December, the Maryland bridge was ready and installed beautifully. It looks amazing and feels like the perfect Christmas present! I couldn’t be happier with the result. A special thanks also to his nurse, Kennis Yuen, who was exceptionally helpful and explained everything in great detail, making the entire experience smooth and comfortable. Fancy not being able to eat over Christmas - I can think of nothing worse. However, that was the position I was in with a fractured upper rear molar. It happened on Christmas Eve and so I sent an email requesting help not expecting to hear back for a couple of days. I was amazed to get a phone call the next day in the morning and giving me an emergency appointment on the day after Boxing Day - 9:30am. I was treated with such kindness and consideration; I cannot praise the attention that was paid to me enough!!! Thank you so much for making my Christmas!
