Myself and my children have seen the same dentist for years now. He is great with all of us. My children have a mix of adhd, asc and anxiety, but none of them are scared and are happy to go in. Receptionists are polite and welcoming to us,and I can highly recommend them all

Not the usual thing that I'd review, but it's worth doing for Pennypot. I use both the hygienist & a dentist, and they are both excellent. The service is really good as well. Reminders are sent, appointments always available (sometimes need to wait a little) and staff are always pleasant. It's such a relief to have a great dentists to go to in the current climate.

10/10 – 100% Highly Recommend! Tom is honestly the best dentist I've been to. From the very beginning, he was patient, kind and professional, and thanks to him, I'm not embarrassed by my teeth anymore. I’ve always been anxious about going to the dentist, but Tom changed that. I had a broken crown and some noticeable marks on my front teeth that made me feel self-conscious. (My old dentist told me I’d need a false tooth, not ideal at 35!) Tom looked and said he could put on a new crown and clean up my teeth. He took the time to explain everything in detail, answering all my questions and making sure I understood everything. In a world where many doctors and dentists seem eager to get you in and out, Tom was the complete opposite, he took his time and I didn't feel rushed. Now, not only am I more confident with my teeth, I'm also far less anxious about future appointments. Thank you, Tom, for your exceptional care and to the awesome nurses and reception staff. I highly recommend Tom to anyone in need of a kind and skilled dentist.

To best dentist I ever been too. Tom 100% recommend as can be fully trusted unlike Dover Priory Dental Surgery. Tom professionally cleaned my teeth the best result I ever had. Didn't need any treatment but gave me advice and tips on improving my daily routine, as plaque was showing. Review for recent treatment by Dr Siegfried Aylward. After a couple of bad experiences in the past I had put off seeking the dental treatment I needed and was extremely nervous. First time visitor after requiring emergency treatment following a bad experience at an NHS dentist; 2 of my fillings needed removing and replacing. From the initial consult to the treatment I was thoroughly impressed! I was welcomed into the practice and everything was fully explained. The dentist was extremely reassuring, explained every step and was very gentle. He considered my previous reaction to the anaesthetic and made adjustments when it was required for the filling. Although I am now paying for private treatment over NHS, it is true that you get what you pay for. I felt in much safer, friendlier hands and will 100% be back for checkups and hygienist appointments. Thank you for making the experience more bearable!

I have suffered with major anxiety and fear of dentists since I was very young. However, I had a bad tooth that I had to get looked at and I was recommended Pennypot Deal. I can honestly say this is such a lovely surgery, all the staff I encountered are kind, caring and helpful. I had to have a tooth removed which I've never had done awake (only under sedation) and they talked everything through with me, held my hand and made it as easy as possible for me to cope with it. The two dentists who did my procedure are superb and I really felt looked after. Highly recommended.

I am very grateful for the speedy, amazing treatment I have received at Pennypot Deal. I have now had to have several emergency appointments over the years and I am always amazed at how they have managed to get me sorted and pain free very quickly. My husband was so very grateful to have been seen today, not once but twice. First appt was 8.50 to assess a broken tooth and then asked to return at 11am to rebuild the broken tooth. Great clinic! Really glad I found this clinic after moving to the area a little while ago. The dentist was excellent - extremely gentle, knowledgeable and gave excellent advice and options for some cosmetic treatments which I have been looking for. The hygienist and assistant were also excellent - gentle, efficient and quick. They both made me feel comfortable and I felt well looked after. I will continue to go here for my dental needs.

I have no words to describe the exceptional service I receive from the team, and especially from Dr. Ioannis, the dentist. He took on a patient with numerous dental issues and, with patience and perseverance, is working diligently to improve the situation. So far, I am completely satisfied with their services and care. Lucy, the hygienist, efficiently assisted by Alison, did a thorough job of cleaning my teeth. What I especially noticed was that there was absolutely no physical pain in the process- a really precision job! I was also given specific advice regarding care for my wisdom teeth. For those that find visiting a dentist practice daunting, there is the bonus of being in a beautiful and ancient building with the best views of the Cathedral! I recommend this Practice.

This was my first visit to Alpha House. I’m a very anxious patient, but Mr Hussain and Katie were very kind, and patient. The practice itself is very attractive, and welcoming, as are the reception team, and the treatment room looks out onto a garden. I felt more relaxed than I’ve ever felt at the dentist. I had an extraction, and it was completed before I even knew it had started! Hopefully I won’t be as nervous on my next visit. Thank you so much.

From Dread to Delight: I Wish I Had Done This Sooner! I can't believe I waited so long to get my crown done! My experience with Alpha House Dentist was amazing from start to finish. Over the weekend, my front tooth filling fell out, and I was honestly quite traumatized by the sight of what was left visible. I dreaded having any treatment because I was sure it would be a gruesome experience, but I couldn't have been more wrong. I called them first thing Monday morning, and they managed to squeeze me in, which was a huge relief. The team even stayed late to make sure I didn’t have to walk around looking unsightly, fitting me with a temporary crown while my permanent one was being made. To my surprise, the whole process was completely painless and went so smoothly—I didn’t feel a thing! On top of that, the temporary crown looks a million times better than my original tooth! I really wish I had done this years ago. If you’ve been putting off dental work because you’re worried it might be uncomfortable or scary, don’t wait. I can’t recommend the team at Alpha House Dentist enough. They gave me my confidence back, I can show my teeth now, and I’m so happy with the result!

The professionalism of the staff and the treatment and advice received at the Practice here is outstanding. I have seen both Mubariz and Michael and have been really happy with the outcome. Their communication skills are excellent. They explain and discuss things and, as a patient, I felt I had time to ask any questions without feeling rushed. Haven't been to dentists in over 35years..went for a check up in October this year and I was shaking I was so scared had to be sick because it's just that I get myself in a state over the dentist. There was nothing to it. He made me feel comfortable and calmed me down a bit. Anyway I got to go back on 13th December I need 2 fillings a tooth taken out and a scalp & clean does anyone know if I will or can have. All work doing at the same time or will it be 1 treatment all on different appointments?? I am usually a nervous and rather cynical patient having had some rather painful and expensive dental appointments at my old dentists in London in the past. However, I have been totally and very pleasantly surprised. The staff are so friendly, kind and reassuring. They gave very clear information. Best of all I didn't experience any pain at all.
