Such an amazing dental practice! My first visit here was in March when I was booked to have fillings done. I missed those appointments. I had a horrible toothache overnight and I called for an appointment to be seen. I was treated with such kindness and professionalism. The female dentists who treated me showed me such empathy! I was in so much pain and they took care of my pain. I am needle phobic and extremely afraid of needles but they were so professional with me and helped me. I was adamant about the tooth being extracted because of the pain I was feeling but I was treated and given options that could save my tooth. Thank you to the 2 female dentists that saw me! Thank you Gabriels Hill Dental Surgery! You are truly amazing!

Great practice I have been going to this dentist for years. The whole experience is great the receptionists are always very welcoming and chatty. The dentist is very professional and friendly. I have found all treatment reasonably priced. Strongly recommend!

As a patient of more than 10 years I can recommend the Gabriel’s Hill Dental Practice without reservation, both for dentistry and dental hygienist services. My experiences there have always been positive and the preventative / proactive approach to dental care is well judged in my view. Excellent service.

My daughter (10) has been attending here for a couple of years now. She was extremely nervous and scared to start with but now she actually gets excited and loves seeing her dentist. I’m so happy that I found this practice. The reception staff, dentist and nurse were all really kind and made me feel welcome. I was very impressed with the treatment I received. The dentist carried out a full examination and explained everything that needed to be done. I felt confident that I would get the best treatment for my problems and will definitely come back to have the work done.

Unfortunately a few days before Christmas a front tooth filling decided to make a break for freedom. Not a good look for Christmas! Luckily the lovely team managed to get me an appt the same day and fixed my tooth. They were so kind and polite, and took their time making sure the colour of the filling matched my teeth. I had been a little concerned I’d be walking out with an outrageously white tooth but I shouldn’t have even been a little anxious. It looks so much better, especially considering the original filling had been put in over 20 years ago! I’m never disappointed when I use this dentist service. Highly recommend.

Had an appointment with Rebecca (hygienist) 5-8-24, and the advice (as well as mouth/teeth clean) was so helpful. Came home with a few freebies that will also help with routine hygiene, but the advice I was given with regard to some quite complex problems will really help over the longer term. Visited the Orchard Dental Practice hygienist today. Jess and Lesley were very efficient and very professional and yet very friendly. I received more sound advice during this one visit than I have received from other practices over the last 40 years. And everything was done with a smile to make me feel very much at ease. This is the first time that I have walked out of a dental practice very much looking forward to my next visit !!!

As someone who is incredibly (and irrationally)nervous of the dentist…having part of a tooth detach was my worst nightmare…I needn’t have worried…all the staff are incredibly calming and got me in for assessment and reconstructed filling within such a short space of time…no pain.. no fuss… absolutely brilliant! From signing up and booking appointments was very easy with friendly staff, initial check up was thorough and informative also honest. I had not been to a dentist for around 10 years and had just chipped a tooth so I had expected a few fillings and some sort of repair but he was straight up about what was actually needed and I have just returned from one filling with a scale and polish and a 'see you next year'. Very happy with the service and the actual procedure was virtually pain free, especially compared to my last two at another practice. Definitely reccomend.

I have only recently started going to this dentistry and it is absolutely by far the best place to go. As soon as you walk in you are greeted by a lovely receptionist, the man who checked over my teeth was also very lovely there was no harsh or uncomfortable moments at all when he was cleaning my teeth.unlike other places I have been to this has to be the best due to its calm atmosphere, amazing staff and service. They make you feel really welcome so I definitely recommend going here!

I think this is the first dentist I wasn't scared of. Very professional, friendly. Didn't try to force me into getting a treatment I did not want to take like other do which is seriously annoying. Already made a follow up appointment which took me not even 2 minutes to book. Definitely recommend.

Kent Smile Studio (Maidstone) provides an excellent service and I would highly recommend. Having Dentophobia and avoiding dentist for years, I can honestly say I feel much more at ease here. In particular, Dr Melody Prado is incredibly professional, supportive, and makes you feel comfortable at all times. Xin is the friendliest, most knowledgeable dentist I have ever visited. I have never felt comfortable in the dental chair but she makes you feel so at ease, checks if you’re ok every step of the way and also has a great sense of humour. I do not dread my visits anymore as I know I’m in good hands.

I recently had a root canal procedure done by Dr. Melody Prado, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience! Broke the tooth off a denture. Visited the lab, very friendly, busy place. Very happy with the prompt repair/ replacement at a very good price, a fraction of what even an NHS dentist would charge, for the same thing! Cut out the middle man/ person! Highly recommended.

Get the best treatment possible and very respectful to those who have suffered from a traumatic experience leaving some people with confidence issues and insecurities and have been able to help others through their own experiences of loss or the main features that the body cannot reproduce naturally i have never had any problems or disappointment with any of my visits or experiences with my purchases and treatment and I would recommend anyone that is experiencing and suffering with teeth floss having to use dentures to use this clinic even if it's an emergency can you explain your situation stev call understand and do is best to get it resolved as soon as possible. I had some damage to the bottom of my top front teeth that two previous dentists have been unable to fill (the fillings fell out within hours). I have had a very different experience with this dentist, and people have been commenting how they can't tell there are fillings. My bite was carefully considered and worked around so they feel very much part of my mouth instantly. And the best thing...the fillings are still there...Thank you!

I had a check up today, I saw two different doctors, X-rays done, all for a decent price. The doctors were brilliant, took their time to patiently answer all my questions and make me feel more relaxed. The receptionists were very polite and nice too, the place is clean and welcoming.
