Friendly, and very efficient staff. Have been going to Lenham dentist since I was old enough to legally go. My allocated dentist is always lovely and talkative, very easy to speak openly with and very kind. Nothing bad to say at all. Keep up the phenomenal work 🙌🔥

I needed an emergency appointment on Monday of this week and I was seen the following day. The service and dental surgery is absolutely brilliant. We’ve been attending Lenham for nearly 40 years My wife and I and our daughter would all concur that it is an absolute brilliant, first class, exceptional practice All the work we have had done is first class. I would like to add the balance to this review but can’t think of anything that’s negative. Thank you to all the Staff.

My 1st visit to Lenham Dental, after being with my own dentist, for the last 45 years. To say I was nervous is a major understatement! Kate Marshall and Michelle were wonderful 😁 Put me at ease, explained everything and I felt leaving like I had been a patient for years. Can't say I'm looking forward to actually starting a course of treatment, but know I will be in safe hands 👍 I also upgraded to an electric toothbrush, so hopefully will receive some brownie points😉

I had a filling last week and the dentist said this would have to be done by the hygienist which I thought was weird. All I can say is wow I have never had such a pain free, gentle experience at the dentist. I was numb enough not to feel it but not so numb that I was dribbling and incoherent. I have never been a fan of having fillings but if all my previous ones were like this I would not stress in the slightest. I highly recommend her to everyone.

Visited the Orchard Dental Practice hygienist today. Jess and Lesley were very efficient and very professional and yet very friendly. I received more sound advice during this one visit than I have received from other practices over the last 40 years. And everything was done with a smile to make me feel very much at ease. This is the first time that I have walked out of a dental practice very much looking forward to my next visit !!!

Over the moon with my experience! I went for a hygienist appointment with Jess and Kerry. I had a lot of staining in between my teeth and thought it was a lost cause. I could not believe my results after just 1 visit. Thank you so much!

As someone who is incredibly (and irrationally)nervous of the dentist…having part of a tooth detach was my worst nightmare…I needn’t have worried…all the staff are incredibly calming and got me in for assessment and reconstructed filling within such a short space of time…no pain.. no fuss… absolutely brilliant! Sejal and Billy are a fantastic team !

My daughter (10) has been attending here for a couple of years now. She was extremely nervous and scared to start with but now she actually gets excited and loves seeing her dentist. I used to find it hard to visit the dentist but all the staff are very kind and understanding and make me feel at ease. Now my visits are much easier. The dentist is really kind, patient and reassuring, explaining everything to me so I'm able to make an informed choice for my treatment. The actual treatment is very professional and done with care and sensitivity. I feel much better when I leave after my appointment.

Unfortunately a few days before Christmas a front tooth filling decided to make a break for freedom. Not a good look for Christmas! Luckily the lovely team managed to get me an appt the same day and fixed my tooth. They were so kind and polite, and took their time making sure the colour of the filling matched my teeth. I had been a little concerned I’d be walking out with an outrageously white tooth but I shouldn’t have even been a little anxious. It looks so much better, especially considering the original filling had been put in over 20 years ago! I’m never disappointed when I use this dentist service. Highly recommend.

Kent Smile Studio (Maidstone) provides an excellent service and I would highly recommend. Having Dentophobia and avoiding dentist for years, I can honestly say I feel much more at ease here. In particular, Dr Melody Prado is incredibly professional, supportive, and makes you feel comfortable at all times. It’s really nice to now have some positive experiences and know that I’ll feel confident returning for future appointments. Thank you!

My dentist is Dr K. Mahal. He is very professional and very gentle when doing any treatment. Always puts me at ease. My 8 year old son sees him too and really likes going to see him for checkups. I'd highly recommend the practice.

Xin is the friendliest, most knowledgeable dentist I have ever visited. I have never felt comfortable in the dental chair but she makes you feel so at ease, checks if you’re ok every step of the way and also has a great sense of humour. I do not dread my visits anymore as I know I’m in good hands.

I had a check up today, I saw two different doctors, X-rays done, all for a decent price. The doctors were brilliant, took their time to patiently answer all my questions and make me feel more relaxed. The receptionists were very polite and nice too, the place is clean and welcoming. I am so happy with my experience there, I highly recommend it.

Absolutely fantastic experience with Dr. Oday and his team! From the moment I walked into the clinic, the warm and friendly reception staff made me feel welcomed and completely at ease. They’re not only professional but also genuinely kind, which made a big difference. Dr. Oday was incredible—he took the time to explain every step of my treatment in such detail, making sure I understood all my options and what to expect. I felt he really cared about my comfort and well-being, not just the procedure itself. His attention to detail and thoroughness are truly impressive. This sounds oxymoronic but what a fantastic surgery!! I called Sunday morning due to a broken tooth and raging toothache. They fitted me in and extracted the tooth in the same appointment. The dentist (Dr Khan) was sensational and the dentist (Dr Awais Ali) who took care of my follow up was equally fantastic. Dr Ali was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable and competent which helped put me at ease and reassured me the pain would subside! A huge shout out to the lovely receptionist who gave my baby boy a goody bag too! Thank you for a great service

The staff were very reassuring and helpful when I called to enquire about solving the problem with my teeth. Went for an emergency appointment for a chipped tooth and ended up needing root canal, my dentist Jason was beyond amazing, at every opportunity he could he would squeeze me in to continue work on my teeth, always asking if I’m doing okay and honestly one of the most polite person I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting if it wasn’t for Jason i don’t know if I could of carried out the extensive dental work I needed with anyone else truely a spectacular dentist, I’m truly forever grateful and indebted to you good luck in your future endeavours I’m going to miss your, “ your my best patient “ comments a lot

Six months and still smiling. I suffer from hereditary gum disease and crooked front teeth. For many years I have had a recurring problem with abscesses on the crooked teeth. Last year antibiotics finally could not solve the problem so reluctantly I had the tooth removed. Unfortunately I then had to have the next tooth removed, both teeth were at the front of my mouth. Hardeep suggested a Maryland crown. I only needed a single tooth made as my teeth had been so crammed in. Now at 70 years of age I finally have a smile to be proud of and more important no more problems with abscesses. I would like to thank Hardeep and his team, and the person who made my new tooth.

I called this morning to get an emergency appointment for my 10 year old son. The dentist and nurse were amazing with my boy he has ASD so isn't the best at cooperating but they did a fantastic job. However, the older blonde lady in reception is not helpful or what I would call a people person. Seemed like I was putting her out wanting to register my other son on the phone, and she told me we could do it another time, I could tell it was her I spoke to when I walked in she had the very same attitude. Not welcoming or friendly. I will be returning because of the dentist and nurse only. Maybe Franklin House should rethink their receptionist as she is letting you down.

My experience at the practise has been absolutely amazing with both the dentist (Dapo) and my hygienist (Ayanda). Both have worked with me to truly make a difference in the health and quality of my teeth and I can't thank them enough. You'll get excellent service here, specialist treatment from professionals who really care about the result and how you feel throughout whatever procedure you're getting done at reasonable prices. You'll love coming to the dentist after meeting with them.

Prompt service by dentist, especially as I had requested an appointment for same day in afternoon, because of a tooth ache. I was advised that I required my wisdom tooth to be extracted. Fortunately, the surgeon was available at the surgery and I had it done straight away. I was handled with care, especially as I do not like injections. The dentist surgeon was great and did the tooth extraction within 10minutes.

I have been with this dentist for around 4 years and nothing has been too much for them. I recently had a tooth out and soon after still in a lot of pain. I rang that morning, as I was in severe pain, and was told to come in at 4.00 that day. A temporary filling was done and X-rays to finally identify the tooth and was told to come back in 6 days for a proper filling but the pain came back severe again after 2 days and another phone call saw me back to the surgery at 3.00 on that day all sorted. I cannot thank the surgery for the compassion they have for their clients.
