Second time having a service, Glyn is always great at his work, and Sue does great and prompt admin. Had some heating issues easily solved by Glyn and a service too, was able to fit me in very quickly given it was December when I made contact! Great service once again!

Glynn has done a fair bit of work for me over the years, including sorting leaks, servicing and sorting out issues with my boiler, fitting a gas hob and more recently putting some radiators back on and installing a towel radiator. Glynn is friendly, professional, reliable and trustworthy and I shall continue to use him for any plumbing work.

Mike Oliver came to deal with three plumbing issues. He sorted out substandard work to a toilet cistern done by another plumber, repaired a tap and then replaced a stopcock where a previous plumber had previously declared it couldn't be done. The bill was extremely reasonable. He is very straightforward to deal with. Highly recommended.

I have contacted Arton for two separate issues over the past few months. Once for a shower leak and the second a leaking toilet. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, particularly Luke for any plumbing requirements. When reviewing the toilet unfortunately Darren couldn't resolve the issue at the time of diagnosis, so Sue and Jess (in the office) arranged to get a new plumber out the next day, to avoid a delay. A big thank you to Sue and Jess for all their help! The plumber sent was Luke, who was absolutely fantastic and I cannot praise highly enough for his work and how he went above and beyond to help! He came to fix a leaking toilet and during his visit he also resealed around the toilet, replaced the toilet seat, removed sealant from around our bath and sorted out our bath. I cannot thank Luke enough for his effort, time and help! Thank you Luke! Nothing was too much trouble and he was willing to go the extra mile, which was greatly appreciated! I wouldn't hesitate to call Arton again in the future and request Luke again! Thank you Arton team ☺️!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Plough at Langley had an excellent experience with Arton Plumbing! They responded to my call and within 3 hours were at the door! Sue and Karen provided such supportive assistance over the phone. Callum arrived promptly and resolved our plumbing issue quickly and efficiently. Thanks to their teamwork, The Plough was back up and running just in time for our lunch service. I can't thank them enough! Highly recommend!

I needed a complete bathroom refurb, Great service from beginning to end. he gave me pointers of what I could and couldn’t have with my system. James gave me lots of ideas from previous jobs. I told him what I was after and he has gone above and beyond with great attention to detail. He altered existing pipe work to bring it in line with current regulations. The ceiling had a poor touch up previously which James brought back to an amazing standard with some amazing lights that he had recommended. Really happy with everything and would highly recommend him to anyone

James, Konner and Jasper did a wonderful job of turning an outdated ensuite bathroom into a very smart modern walk in shower room. They arrived on time every day, worked continuously, checking we were happy every step of the way, and were extremely polite and exceptionally clean workers. This was my first time of using the company. I need a Radiator valve replaced plus a new PRV. Ryan attended and speedily and efficiently did both. He didn't need to drain the system so the price was then adjusted to reflect that. An honest, efficient and trustworthy company that I'd absolutely recommend.

At last a plumber you can rely on! Arrived on time, every time. Assessed what had to be done and carried it out in a timely and efficient manner. All work areas were left clean and tidy. Craig was a fantastic tradesman, I called him in a panic needing a power flush for the hot water system before I could get the boiler repaired by the manufacturer and he agreed to squeeze us in at short notice. An emergency call out to Craig at Linked Plumbing and Heating resulted in saying a long overdue farewell to our horrible 16 year old boiler (aka frankenboiler). Craig lead us through our options and was able to fit us in as an emergency job while we were away for a few days. His team took two days to install a modern Vaillant combi, with a new flue though the roof of our townhouse and Nest thermostats. They were neat and tidy throughout and Craig's communication before, during and after installation was outstanding. He even popped round a couple of days later to give us a guided tour of everything he'd done. This was a faultless experience and I would highly recommend Linked Plumbing and Heating to anyone in need of boiler installation and servicing in Kent.
