We are very pleased with Wayne of the Boiler Engineer who is always on hand to help, and service our conservatory gas heaters. Wayne and his team of engineers are always helpful and arrive when they say they will, unlike some major utility companies! We wish Wayne a continued growing base of customers who will always be pleased they choose the Boiler Engineer for all their gas servicing.

From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and got the job done in just 2 days. I was seriously impressed with their skills and the quality of their work. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Paul as a competent, professional, trustworthy, and efficient plumber. Paul installed our new dishwasher and supplied and fitted a new kitchen tap. Rang Paul at 9.00am and by just gone 10 he rang to say he could fit me in between jobs regarding issues with two toilets we had. He came straight in and fixed both toilets with no fuss. Also whilst he was here fixed two taps that needed looking at. Cannot recommend him enough. Will deffinately use Paul again as most plumbers are only interested in redoing your whole bathroom! Excellent service thank you.

Same day call out for what I thought was damp/a minor leak but turned out to be very (!) cold pipes and plasterboard under the kitchen sink. Fast, efficient, tidy. Highly recommended for emergency and other plumbing work.

Ashford Plumbing Centre listened to exactly what I had in mind and in my vision for my en-suite and downstairs cloakroom. Mark Yeates took the time to visit my home with the bathroom fitter to carry out a detailed site survey to make sure everything was taken into account with great consideration for custom measurements and suitable product specifications whilst remaining mindful of budget at the same time. Even when I changed my mind on the basin at the last minute they found a solution quickly and efficiently, nothing was ever too much trouble. True professionals with excellent customer service and excellent results. Can't recommend them enough!

Just had some emergency work undertaken on our combi boiler and VSmart connection. Brilliant work by GPS Plumbing & Heating Ltd. They were quick, efficient, polite and extremely helpful. Perry Vincent came out on a Sunday and then again with a colleague on Monday. Both appointments were pre-arranged. Not only was Perry on time but both times he rang 30 minutes before arriving. He also sorted out our related apps on our phones which we both (hubby and wife) had issues with. Perry also rang a day later (today) to check all was ok. I highly recommend. We have no personal connection with the company. We will definitely contact them if needs be in the future and have already agreed to an annual service for the boiler.

Perry and the team installed a new replacement boiler for my mother and did an absolutely first class job for which we were very thankful. I was dealing with Perry on the phone from London and he continually kept me abreast of what was required, when the materials would arrive and found positive solutions for the job in hand. He then came and completed the job over the course of a weekend and allayed any anxieties my mother had. Would thoroughly recommend these guys. Thanks again Perry!

Chris did a first class job in installing a new kitchen sink for me. It was not the simplest of installations, but Chris did an excellent job working round the problem. Would happily use Chris again and would recommend his services.

Chris came to replace our broken tap very quickly. Went out of his way to make two trips to the buy pieces that were needed and I hadn’t bought. The job took a longer due to the plumbing being very old he didn’t rush it and did a great job. Very professional and so helpful. He even did a little job that he noticed needed doing. Milcol Plumbing and Heating did a brilliant job of our new bathroom. Joe and Marc are meticulous workers and do put their customers first. Milcol organised all the trades needed to make our installation successful; they also took the time to make a few suggestions they felt would make a difference: this included replacing the rather flimsy bath side panel provided with the suite we purchased with a far more sturdy alternative, they just went the extra mile with everything.
