Very professional service! George and Keiran visited and looked at a couple of items that needed doing (radiator replacement and water leak) quickly and efficiently. There was an unrelated issue that they looked at and resolved quickly too. Another unrelated issue cropped up after they left and George came back straight away and resolved it. It's refreshing to find a plumbing company that really understands customer service. Shame there's no way to give more than 5 stars!!

George is an absolute life saver. I don’t know what my house would be like without him. He’s helped my kitchen renovation from start to finish, including identifying a leak, disconnecting and reconnecting Gas, new pipes on the boiler, sink connections and completely fixing my dead boiler. My house was in shambles before I found him. He’s very responsive, always cost effective, and his work is second to none. He’s never left mess, never complained at my questions or extra challenges. I would have no issue whatsoever recommending George to anyone and them being in safe hands.

Absolutely brilliant service. We called them out on Tuesday, they arrived on Wednesday and diagnosed the problem with our shower and fitted a new one on the Thursday. Considering the price of complete showers on their own the price was very reasonable. A good efficient service.

At last a plumber you can rely on! Arrived on time, every time. Assessed what had to be done and carried it out in a timely and efficient manner. All work areas were left clean and tidy. Installed 4 radiators, gas oven, hob and sink. I do not normally leave reviews, but felt that that the standard of service received warranted it.

Had Kev renew a mixure tap and a shower screen retainer/support . Really pleased with the results. Initially he popped round and looked at what needed to be done and explained what he needed to do. He gave a price which we agreed to and a date for the work was set. Will definitely use again.

Definitely recommend Kevs plumbing. We contacted Kev out of the blue to ask if he could do a job for us in between Christmas and the New Year. He came at short notice and we appreciate that he came during the holiday time. Kev was polite, a nice bloke, did a great job and we felt his charge was really reasonable.

Steve came recently and fixed the soil pipe and leak underneath the bath. He explained how he was going to do it . He did a fantastic quality job , everything was left clean and tidy. He also went the extra mile, like mending a faulty pipe that he noticed. Steve is a likeable, professional , down to earth honest person. He genuinely cares about his customers . Called Steve on Monday afternoon and he managed to fit me in on Wednesday afternoon, within the hour of Steve’s arrival he had diagnosed the issue, a new programer installed, hot water and central heating all working 100%, Steve was very friendly, helpful & knowledgeable, I would highly recommend Steve and would definitely use him again.

The work was completed satisfactorily but communication with the customer needs to be improved. I originally had a time of 12:00 to 18:00 which was fine. I then received an email saying 15:30. I then received another email saying 14:00. I queried this with the office and was told to ignore those emails! Then when Luke was on site at about 15:40 I got a text saying he would be here at about 16:30! This is the reason for 4 star review. Get that communication sorted and it will be 5 stars

We've used Guscott Heating Services for over three years for various things ranging from new outside taps, problems with cisterns, boiler issues and now a new boiler at my mums. Guscott came to the rescue and from quote to boiler being fitted it was less than a week. I called Wednesday morning and spoke to Jack who then arranged for Lewis came out the same day to quote and then Harland moved things around so that my mum wasn't without hot water. Lewis and Ryan fitted it on Tuesday, and are a credit to Guscott Heating Services. Amazing service all round that cannot be faulted. We will always highly recommend. Thank you

I decided to get in touch with John at Bees Knees Plumbing after reading many positive reviews. I had been having issues with an unvented heating system and John was very prompt in booking me in to diagnose the issue. John was very professional and his knowledge is evident. Really good service, John is efficient and friendly with excellent subject knowledge and happy to explain all the options available. We have had a new boiler fitted with pipe work as well as a water softening system. John is reliable, arranging times and dates to suit and is happy to undertake both large plumbing jobs such as new boilers and also smaller jobs like replacing broken sink wastes. Would definitely recommend bees knees plumbing.

Thank you Jon and Tim for fitting us in so quickly after being let down by so many others. The old owners had absolutely bodged plumbing in the house and covered it up, leaving us with a huge damp problem that has stopped us being able to use quite a large part of our home. Everything was explained to me and I was shown the issues so I felt confident that it would be fixed.
