Paul is an exceptional heating engineer. Highly skilled, reliable and punctual and I would not hesitate to recommend Holman Heating. We’ve had a whole system supplied and installed for years and serviced by Paul. It’s been excellent. What surprises me is how reasonable Holman Heating are in comparison to others. Our old boiler expired without warning just as winter arrived. Paul from Holman Heating came round very quickly to quote for what turned out to be a complicated job (condensing boilers have to connect to a drain, we discovered!) necessitating installation in the loft. He juggled other commitments to fit us in, worked hard and did an excellent, tidy job. Starting and finishing on schedule. Would not hesitate to recommend Holman Heating.

I have been very pleased with the recent installation of a combi boiler and radiators with Kentish Plumbers. They have provided excellent communications throughout, provided great advice on different options and been very patient with me, quoting these scenarios, especially Will. Joe, who did the installation and made many recommendations, did a really neat job, despite me wanting a radiator in an awkward location! We've used Wells Spa Plumbing three times recently and the service is impeccable. We would certainly recommend them. Two visits were for emergencies, one in the house and the other in a workshop, the third was also in the house for a mix of improvements involving new and moving units around, adapting and building-in. The visits were arranged quickly by their reception, without a long wait, even on the next day. Three different people, all on-time, polite, tidy and efficient.

Josh was absolutely great - called him in the morning with an F75 boiler error and he attended that same day. I called Josh late on a Friday afternoon due to a leak underneath my boiler. He tried to help over the phone straight away, but due to the issue it couldn’t be done. He then made sure someone came out to me as soon as they could, they were very professional and efficient, cleaned up and everything was restored to the way it was when he arrived, after taking flooring up! Would 100% recommend and would definitely use again!

I've said it before and i'll say it again!! MCS are absolute legends!!!. Mark came round yesterday to fit a new immersion water tank. This is the second time I've called MCS for plumbing issues and they have solved them both. Extremely professional, cleans as he works, very good quotes and Mark is genuinely a lovely guy.
