Nick has done a few jobs for us recently, including draining the system, fitting a new valve and checking pump and boiler. Steve has replaced our very old boiler after it was condemned as unsafe . He upgraded us to a combi boiler and repositioned it in a much better place. He upgraded all our pipework . Steve was very pleasant and very easy to deal with. He turned up each day on time ,explained that days schedule of work . The job was completed on time despite a couple of hiccups due to our system being over 25 years old . Steve took these unexpected problems in his stride resolved them with no issue. Steve left everything very clean & tidy and his workmanship is very neat . I have no hesitation in recommending him, and will call on him again if I have need of a plumber

Just moved in to a new house. The boiler packed up and the kitchen sink was slow draining. Alvin replied promptly, was able to fix the boiler and also cleared the blocked drains. Quick service, very efficient and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend and will be calling him again when needed.

I had been renovating a flat but unfortunately had an issue with a drain blockage. I was in need of fairly urgent assistance. Alvin was on time, polite and sorted out the problem in a quick and efficient manner. He had all the kit that was required to help clear the drains - with his camera (and some dye I put down the toilet) I could see the drains working again and the problem was resolved. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this excellent (and fairly priced) service.

I called Highway Plumbing and Drainage to resolve a blocked drain. They were with me within three hours and resolved the issue quickly. They also checked to see that there were not any potential longer term issues. I recently had Agustin from AGM Plumbing LTD come to fix an issue with our electric shower, sent by our landlord. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. Agustin initially assessed the situation and provided us with several options, clearly explaining the pros and cons of each. He recommended a solution he believed was best for us, which was very reassuring. On the day of the repair, Agustin arrived punctually and prepared the bathroom meticulously, even laying a protective sheet from the front door to the bathroom to minimise dirt. The installation of the new shower was seamless, and we absolutely love it. Impressively, he went beyond the call of duty by replacing the old silicone around the bathroom, even though it wasn't part of the original job. After completing the work, Agustin took the time to explain how to operate the new shower and offered useful tips on preventing mould. The work area was left spotless, cleaner than before he started. Agustin demonstrated key attributes such as punctuality, excellent communication, and consideration for our family schedule, ensuring minimal disruption. He was friendly and approachable, answering all our questions without making us feel like a burden. His knowledge and willingness to go the extra mile truly put our minds at ease. I had a number of issues that needed addressing so I called various local plumbers for help. Agustin (AGM) was very helpful over the phone and visited the next day to see what I required. He was very helpful and just a nice chap. Gave me a ballpark price range that night which was reasonable and told me he was very busy but would try to fit me in quickly. I accepted the price and he did all of the jobs within a few days. Everything is now fixed and his work is to a very high standard. I would strongly recommend AGM for all of your plumbing needs.

James and his colleague came to fit our new boiler last week that we had purchased via Boxt. I can speak highly enough of the service Acute provided. They were incredible professional and considerate of the Covid situation we are all in. They had to carry out some additional pipe work to convert the old gas pipes, but this was undertaken without any fuss and the work was completed to a very high standard. From a time spent ons site perspective, again, they arrived on time (8am), having called the night before to confirm all details and were finished by around 3pm, having left the work area clean and tidy.
