I called Josh late on a Friday afternoon due to a leak underneath my boiler. He tried to help over the phone straight away, but due to the issue it couldn’t be done. He then made sure someone came out to me as soon as they could, they were very professional and efficient, cleaned up and everything was restored to the way it was when he arrived, after taking flooring up! Would 100% recommend and would definitely use again!

Rob fitted a mixer tap on a kitchen butler sink for me. It was an awkward job but he managed it and did a really decent job. Found Rob to be a nice bloke and professional.He was also clean and tidy with his work. Happy customer.

Couldn’t recommend this company more! We needed plumbing work done at home including a completely new boiler, not only did drips quote us a very reasonable price (cheaper than other quotes obtained) but they where very very professional and polite. Very trustworthy and tidy workforce, by the time they finished and left you wouldn’t of known I had any work done, the boys where immaculate and was sure to clean up all mess made & even washed thier mugs I made them refreshments in!!! I wil, defiantly be using them again whenever & have already recommended them to friends & family. YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!

Water Work Plumbers were absolutely fantastic! They did a superb job on the plumbing and fitting on our new en-suite bathroom! Always on time, made fantastic suggestions and consulted us along the way. EXCELLENT experience all round. Of all the tradesmen I've been getting to know in and around the Medway Fred and Steve were easily the most professional, solid with their work and tidy in their clean up afterwards, and expert with advice about if and what to change about our heating system to make it more efficient. Found them through heatgeek and that recommendation was worth every penny. This isn't just your local plumber that's good for fixing leaks (though I'm sure they do that well). These guys know heating systems inside out, you can talk to them about building heat loss and discuss boiler choice and setting the existing one so as to optimise the system in your house. They even dealt with an emergency when an unrelated electrician damaged some piping they recently worked on. Cannot recommend enough, will 100% return for more in the future.

Fred completed an annual service on my boiler in February 2023 in Faversham. Very punctual, straightforward and easy to work with. Referred by Heat Geeks. Clearly knows their stuff on heating controls, heat pumps and efficiency. If I were looking to replace or upgrade my heating / hot water system I know where I would turn for advice.

I have now used FJM Heating on three occasions and once again the service was prompt, efficient and of a very high standard.

Fred, Darren and the new plumber (sorry don't know his name as yet) have been responsive, helpful and professional. When they have other work commitments they have tried to fit us in and when it's been urgent have giggled their appointments. Very reliable and knowledgeable and reasonable charges.

Excellent service from Liam from start to finish. Communication was perfect and any queries or questions were answered swiftly. Liam first replaced my boiler and radiators which were decades old. The bathroom was then converted from a 1960’s original to the lovely new one. Both projects were fairly priced and completed within the time limit I was given. I highly recommend Liam!

Absolutely brilliant service. We called them out on Tuesday, they arrived on Wednesday and diagnosed the problem with our shower and fitted a new one on the Thursday. Considering the price of complete showers on their own the price was very reasonable. A good efficient service.

At last a plumber you can rely on! Arrived on time, every time. Assessed what had to be done and carried it out in a timely and efficient manner. All work areas were left clean and tidy. Simple job, could do it myself but it would take much longer and no doubt require tools and parts I don’t have. Sherry turned up, got on his knees reaching pipes my hands would not. Amazing! Sherry came round at first as an emergency to check on our heating system. It was clear we needed a new boiler, he made sure we didn’t go cold by giving us some courtesy radiators which was great. He ordered new system and it was available in a few days, fitted it, talked us through every step of what was going on and how to operate it. Now we are in a lovely snug heated home again!
