Couldn’t recommend this company more! We needed plumbing work done at home including a completely new boiler, not only did drips quote us a very reasonable price (cheaper than other quotes obtained) but they where very very professional and polite. Very trustworthy and tidy workforce, by the time they finished and left you wouldn’t of known I had any work done, the boys where immaculate and was sure to clean up all mess made & even washed thier mugs I made them refreshments in!!! I wil, defiantly be using them again whenever & have already recommended them to friends & family. YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!

This is the second time I have used Stuart...110% satified again. Stuart is a totally genuine guy and we happily leave him in the house all day..He is a quick worker and did a very neat job paying attention to all the pipe layouts...all joints properly soldered inkeeping with the 'look' of our heating system. Stuart was recommended by a neighbour. He re-positioned 2 radiators and changed one from a horizontal to a modern vertical one. Stuart arrived on time and worked hard to a high standard. He protected his working area with copious covers and cleared up thoroughly when finished. He will be my go to guy for any future plumbing needs.

Extremely professional and would highly recommend! Contacted Field Plumbing Services on recommendation after an overnight water leak was discovered in our upstairs bathroom. The engineer (Tony) was able to fit us in that day between jobs. He was even kind enough to give me the heads up when he was leaving the previous job. A full, thorough and methodical assessment was completed which established that the water leak was actually the result of a failed valve at the back of the sink unit (not the toilet as was initially first believed). The valve was replaced there and then. Invoice sent out via email the following day with bank transfer details making payment incredibly easy. I will definitely be hiring Field Plumbing Services again in the future.

If you are looking for a cheerful, helpful and 'nothing too much trouble' service (usually a 'rare' thing!) then I 100% recommend Tom at TJD Plumbing, Heating & Gas Ltd. I needed a specialised immersion serviced/checked over quickly and somehow in his busy schedule he fitted me in, was prompt, clean and tidy and took the time to check and do a little repair on my shower too. I highly recommend Tom, nice friendly guy too.

Tom did an absolutely brilliant job switching us over from an old gravity fed system to a new combi boiler. We were without water for very little time.and the hot water was back on incredibly quickly too. Great value and job turned around in two days and left really tidy as well. Tom carried out the installation of a new radiator very efficiently and to a high standard. He also resolved an outstanding issue with the hot setting of our shower. We are very pleased to have found Tom and will undoubtedly be using his services again.

Tom recently serviced my boiler and replaced a seal. Prior to the appointment he took the time to explain the service, and what the noise I could hear would be likely to be. On the day, Tom let me know he could pop round earlier, which was great as it was chilly. He was super friendly and has followed up since to check whether the noise had returned. From start to finish he was excellent and I'd really recommend him.

I have been very pleased with the recent installation of a combi boiler and radiators with Kentish Plumbers. They have provided excellent communications throughout, provided great advice on different options and been very patient with me, quoting these scenarios, especially Will. Joe, who did the installation and made many recommendations, did a really neat job, despite me wanting a radiator in an awkward location! James and his colleague came to fit our new boiler last week that we had purchased via Boxt. I can speak highly enough of the service Acute provided. They were incredible professional and considerate of the Covid situation we are all in. They had to carry out some additional pipe work to convert the old gas pipes, but this was undertaken without any fuss and the work was completed to a very high standard. From a time spent ons site perspective, again, they arrived on time (8am), having called the night before to confirm all details and were finished by around 3pm, having left the work area clean and tidy. I have been using Prestige Plumbing for probably around 15 years now and wouldn’t trust my plumbing jobs to any other company. They have consistently solved all my various plumbing issues and have recently installed a new boiler system. When I had a problem at work I brought them in to help there too. They were able to install a whole new heating system and still get called back each year to service it. I rate the whole team very highly, Dan, Billy, Ross and Jess are an excellent team.

After discussing some issues we were having, he proceeded to do a full service and identified and solved the problem with the heating. He explained actions taken and what would need to be done if the problem re-occurred. Very pleased with the results and the staff are now happy in a warm office.
