Marcus came out to repair our boiler at short notice, excellent level of service at a very reasonable price, we would highly recommend his work.

I called Marcus to fix my broken shower waste and pipes, which was heavily clogged. He was also able to fix my leaking basin and properly fit the towel rail to the wall.

We've used Wells Spa Plumbing three times recently and the service is impeccable. We would certainly recommend them. Brilliant service from EcoHeat. I found them via many recommendations on Facebook and they replaced our boiler first and then came back to install a new bathroom. The office staff and the plumbers were all friendly, polite and really efficient. We were very pleased with the fabulous end result - it looks like a luxury hotel bathroom! Cannot recommend them highly enough.

First may I thank Tyrone and Ben for being so efficient in dealing with my plumbing issues haha! I have never in all the time living in Tenterden for 7 years have I had “professionals” arrange to visit and deal with the issues so promptly and in one whole day! I should know as I have had many quotes request for maintaining this home with some so called professionals not even turning up or me waiting with zero communications to actually do the job! This was an unplanned messy job for Tyrone and Ben involving clearing the main drains which they dealt with so efficiently. I told them I had blocked up sink but they discovered that it was much more than that but just went on to deal with it all in the same day along with new kitchen taps/plumbing and installing a long awaited brand new shower unit needed (waiting on other plumbers) . By the way, Ben was as efficient as you Tyrone when left to do the finishing plumbing appliances. Very courteous and arrived ready to show me the product he had ordered and collected (on the same day) for my shower and kitchen sink before installing them. Checking that I was happy with what was ordered. I am a very patient homeowner who understands that contractors are busy all times of the. year. All I ask is that they take the time to communicate instead of leaving me waiting... TG Plumbers and Bathrooms surprised me with their excellent service which involved explaining step by step what needed to be done. I felt so happy to be treated with respect and felt like I had a new kitchen and bathroom again! I will certainly recommend them and use them again.

Josh was absolutely great - called him in the morning with an F75 boiler error and he attended that same day. He was clear, friendly and efficient - we were really impressed with the service and asked him if he could complete a boiler service too which was no problem. Will definitely be calling Josh again for any future boiler issues!

Rang Paul at 9.00am and by just gone 10 he rang to say he could fit me in between jobs regarding issues with two toilets we had. He came straight in and fixed both toilets with no fuss. Also whilst he was here fixed two taps that needed looking at. Cannot recommend him enough. Will deffinately use Paul again as most plumbers are only interested in redoing your whole bathroom! Excellent service thank you.

Same day call out for what I thought was damp/a minor leak but turned out to be very (!) cold pipes and plasterboard under the kitchen sink. Fast, efficient, tidy. Highly recommended for emergency and other plumbing work.

Guy’s have done a lot of work on my home installing a new full heating system and boiler. They also fitted a new bathroom and downstairs cloak room. We are pleased with the standard of work which was efficiently carried out with a friendly, hard working team.

After usual plumber didn't get back to me opted for these guys after a Google search. What I will say is: - They were prompt and clear in communication, in explaining the issue, the cost to fix it, and in booking the day. - The guys that came round to the house were polite (even taking the time to explain the plumbing to my inquisitive 4 year old), they were tidy and they were quick. - And the main reason you ask for a plumber; what was leaking is no longer leaking. So all in all great job and they have become my usual plumber.
