This company is brilliant! Matt and Charlotte are so reliable, professional and genuinely helpful. On many occasions have I had to contact these guys, and each time they've responded quickly, effectively and sorted the problem in a timely manner. Will continue to use Kent Pest Management as I know they're very good value for money, and very passionate about their jobs! Keep up the amazing work and I'm sure I'll work with you again soon! :)

Absolutely Amazing! We had a serious rat problem with the critters nesting in our ceiling and walls. From the initial call to completion, Pest Tech was fantastic to work with. Liam and Matt quickly pinpointed the entry points and provided additional valuable advice on managing the nearby fences and bushes to prevent further access for the rodents who had settled in our home. After just four visits, the rats are completely gone, and it’s a relief to finally have a peaceful home without the constant worry of damage being done in the walls & ceiling. I can’t recommend Pest Tech highly enough, if I ever face any unwelcome visitors again, they’ll be my first call. Thank you Pest Tech for restoring the peace. I can now sleep at night!

Cannot thank Rob from Kent Pest Services enough for responding quickly and helping us out when our dog came home from the groomers with fleas. He was friendly and gave us lots of information regarding the treatment he was carrying out and was very professional. He made sure we knew what to do prior to his arrival and after, to ensure that his treatment worked effectively to get rid of the fleas. Found a hornets' nest in the early hours of the morning outside of one of our bedroom windows. Nine of the hornets had come in through the windows left open due to the heat and were flying around upstairs. After a sleepless night, I phoned Kent Pest Services. Even though it was a Sunday morning and he was out woth friends, Robert came over and sorted out the nest for us. What a relief. Such great service! It is not the first time I have used this company, and the service has always been first class.

Excellent service and excellent price. We had a rat in the loft, Sid arrived one day to set up the traps and came back a few days later to take away the trap and dead rat. Loft has been clear ever since.

Sid is fantastic. I called him out for some pest issues (suspected mice/ rats) he was with her the following day and has made several visits for her peace of mind to ensure the pests are definitely gone. He identified where they were getting in, plugging the gap to prevent further issues. Excellent communication and a really nice, trustworthy guy. Thanks Sid!

Friendly affordable and effective. After finding signs of mice in the kitchen of the house we had recently bought, we got Sid out last summer and he quickly spotted a small opening into the kitchen around the boiler which was padded out. Over winter we heard some noises and noticed some new signs of pests, called him back out to find we had a family of rats in our cellar. Several trips later and another small hole blocked up we are finally free of pests ! Hopefully for good but if they manage through some other way we would definitely have him back and recommend. Very good value cannot fault it in one bit - great communication, honesty, quality, cleanliness, knowledge, all top notch. Thank you so much!
