Matt came out very promptly to deal with our rat problem in our garden. He was very friendly, understanding and explained everything thoroughly. Plus he was a quarter of the price I was quoted from another pest control company! Highly recommended.

Charlie was very professional and very knowledgeable about vermin control, he was absolutely amazing. He has sorted out our issues without hurting any animals which is very much close to my heart, so I am really grateful, also something he told me which I didn’t think about was if he puts poison down there is a possibility that my cat/dogs could eat it or they could eat the dead animal which would be a hefty bill at the vets. I would definitely recommend him to everyone as his knowledge and work are second to none. Just call him!

Sian promptly assessed and identified all possible entry points and sealed off all problem areas, which still allowed ventilation but not access to pests. Sian was considerate by not using poison with traps as she didn’t want them my two dogs getting second hand poisoning in case one of them caught a rodent - I greatly appreciated Sian’s care with this. Finally Sian showed integrity with her treatment plan and the costs involved, as well as being on hand and available for any advice I needed related to the rodent problem. This showed me that she actually cared about helping us. Hopefully I won’t have to use pest control again but if I do, then I will certainly be coming back to Sian as I know she will deal with the problem in a quick, careful and professional manner. I have told all my friends and family about her and can’t recommend her enough! Thank you Sian.

We had a mice issue but was not sure of the origin as they left traces in different places in the house. Sian went around the property and explained where the problem could be coming from. Amazing service, I would definitely recommend. Salihan was professional, patient, thorough, reliable and went above and beyond to help me get rid of the mice in my house. After just one visit we caught 5 mice and he kindly came over to remove them the next day (he didn’t have to). He was understanding that I was fearful of them and was brilliant about it all. He went out of his way to help, which I really really appreciate. Wouldn’t go to anyone else!

Really great service. He came within the hour of receiving our phone call. He did a very deep investigation of where the rodents were coming from and knew exactly what holes to fill up. We had a bad experience with a different exterminator in the past and Salih fixed all the mishaps. He’s very respectful and he returned after 2 weeks to seal everything. Absolutely thrilled with the work completed by Mark and team today. My roof was an absolutely mess and now I can be proud of it. No pigeons harmed in the process and the mess was cleared from under the panels and from the gutters! They even threw in a bit of driveway cleaning too. Mark fitted Pigeon guards to my flat roof house , replacing pigeon guards that had been poorly fitted by someone else only 6 months earlier. He arrived promptly on time, and provided a professional and friendly service. The work was completed very quickly and to a high standard. The pigeon guards even after a recent strong storm are in tact. Excellent workmanship and service.

Mark was able to come out at very short notice to sort our pigeon problem. They'd been roosting for quite some time before we moved into the property and had created quite the mess but Mark cleaned this all up and installed pigeon spikes on all potential pigeon spots for my peace of mind.
