Had Kent Pest Control come out to sort out a large wasp nest I spotted at the back of my garden. So polite and helpful. Would recommend to anyone.

Jimmy has understood my rather complicated drain layout and as part of the initial visit, lifted the manhole and cleaned out underneath. It may well solve the problem but if not, l can call Jimmy back knowing that hes now familiar with the complexities. So £60 well spend for piece of mind and hopefully a problem sorted.

I called Kent Pest Control recently, because I have been seeing rats in my garden for the last week or so!!! The service was excellent from start to finish. A quick response to my phone call. A quick visit and a very good service. I would like to give a special mention to Frankie. He was polite and supportive. He was considerate of the fact I have a dog and explained how the rat box would work. It has been one week since his visit and "no rats". Called in Nate of GEM Services as it appears we had rodent issues in our loft. Nate came out very quick and took a look and quoted us a price. I cannot recommend GEM Services enough as he attend our address many times to ensure that we finally got rid of the rats + mice and did not charge us a penny more. Lovely bloke and excellent service. Hope I don't have to use him again but have his number saved. Highly recommend.

Gerald came to the house promptly at our request and dealt with 2 wasp nests quickly and safely. He was back 2 days later at our request to remove a third one that we found. I used this business to rid myself of 3 wasp nests, they were very easy to deal with, great on communication, effective - no wasps now and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them after trying to deal with other companies for this problem who demanded credit card details before they had even attended and could not give a time to visit. This business gave me a 2 hour time slot and I paid once the work had been completed. The wasp man was very smart, respectful and professional, why go anywhere else? I used Mike from innovation pest control because I was concerned that I may have bed bugs although I had not seen any but had been bitten and only explanation I could find was bed bugs as I had not been anywhere. Mike came and looked around my home but could not see any signs of an infestation but as I was very concerned that I had them I asked him to treat my home as a precaution .. He did 2 treatments 3 weeks apart and I am now happy to say that if I had bed bugs I should be free of them . Mike was an absolutely lovely man who talked me through all things bedbugs and what I could do to help eliminate them with also me having the treatment even though he thought I did not have them it was peace of mind for me . I cannot express my thanks to Mike and I would highly recommend him for anyone found in a similar situation.First class company 👍🏻😊

Cannot thank Rob from Kent Pest Services enough for responding quickly and helping us out when our dog came home from the groomers with fleas. He was friendly and gave us lots of information regarding the treatment he was carrying out and was very professional. He made sure we knew what to do prior to his arrival and after, to ensure that his treatment worked effectively to get rid of the fleas. Mark was very thoughtful, planning our job in so that the wasps would be gone by the time schools open as our nest was by a public footpath. As advised the wasps were all gone within two hours and our garden is safe again, very pleased with the service!

Mark visits us virtually every year to get rid of regular wasp nests and is always really reliable and accommodating. After getting rid of a hornets nest for us a couple of weeks ago, he came back to shift another wasps nest I'd not previously noticed prior to him arriving. My first call was answered quickly and someone came out the next day. The gentleman called John, walked around the house inside and outside to assess where the rats can get in and where he could lay baits. He was quite a cheerful man. As he promised he returned the next day and done the job. He was quick and clean. He seemed to know well what he was doing. Came back in a week time to check and lay more baits then at the third visit he said we are cleared. Pricing was excellent, way less than I expected. Done a great job, will call him again if we have problem in the future.

Sean was recommended to me via my letting agency. He has good communication and is very is reliable. Reliability is rare in this day and age. I'm used to being let down by businesses not coming out when they say they will and not even bothering to communicate this. Therefore reliability is appreciated. Sean turned up when he said he would.
