Mike is a superstar! Excellent, friendly service for what was an embarrassingly dirty oven 😬. Booking was simple, as was confirmation. Mike was really punctual and worked hard to bring my Bosch back to life. Mike really deserves his unblemished 5⭐ rating and I highly recommend. 😀

The team were very professional. They cleaned a 30 year old roof and removed some stubborn stains. They had difficulty accessing a part of the roof that the cherry picker couldn’t reach, they came back the following day with a larger machine and finished the job thoroughly. Highly recommend this company.

We were moving house and were delighted by the service provided by All Round Cleaning. The two members of the team arrived on time with all their equipment and started to clean each room in turn as it was cleared by the Removal team. Rooms were thoroughly cleaned expertly and efficiently and each left sparkling. All reasonable requests were followed as per the agreed contract to time and cost. We were delighted with the quality of work, the attention to detail and the calm and friendly attitude of the All Round Cleaning staff. We thoroughly recommend the company without hesitation or reservation.

Alex was extremely helpful in my end of tenancy journey as I contracted him to help with cleaning my flat. The communication process was prompt and smooth with him giving me full assurance that he would get the services done and at a fair price as well. He was able to get the services done perfectly and even helped me on a separate issue regarding a stained carpet. I was able to get my deposit back and remain forever grateful for his services. Complete cleaning was wonderful. Tristan constantly was in contact with us and accomodated our request to provided the service. A true example of a great customer care. Superb deep clean done of a home of an elderly relative which had been neglected whilst they were in hospital for an extended time, and therefore this was a v challenging clean! Handled very professionally, and sensitively which our family appreciated. House now spotless, and this is a weight off our mind. Did a great job on an end of tenancy clean. A ton of stuff was cleared and the whole house cleaned. Looks as good as new. It was at such a short notice but everything was done as promised and to spec. If your short on time then save yourself the stress, just call in Tristan and his team.

I have the most impossible colour to maintain for my carpets when comes about traffic stain. And for who doesn't know this, as thicker the carpet is as obvious the traffic wear and stain will be. For the past 4 years I've tryed numerous methods to clean them myself and failed miserably. My last try was calling professionals and steeam clean before I give up, I thought this could be an expensive "no difference", however for first time I can say they are clean and smell clean! ☺️ Amy and Wes were very helpful and nice... Of course in terms of the wear.... It will still be obvious unfortunately is just cleaning no magic. But I am absolutely confident I'll call them back few times before I through my carpets away. After a while of considering getting a new sofa due to multiple spillages over the years, and struggling to remove the stains ourselves, we decided to hire Alpha cleaning first to see if they could salvage our beloved sofa. The results in the photos speak for themselves! I couldn't believe how good it looked. The colour has been well and truly revived and the patches we hated so much have completely gone! We also had our carpets throughout the house cleaned and although they weren't particularly bad they look like they have a new lease of life. We thoroughly recommend their services!

Alpha came to my house today for an oven, hob and extractor clean. We moved to this new estate in March 2023, after almost 18 months of use the oven was a little over due! They provided a really professional service and Amy and Wes are lovely people too. The oven, hob and extractor look like they did when we moved in to our new build. They also had a spare bulb in stock too, ours had blown a few weeks ago. I really recommend them and have also requested some quotes on some carpet and upholstery! I had Pro Team cleaning Ltd, in to clean my Patio at the rear of my property, we ended up being that impressed with the service i had all my front driveway cleaned along with all the hung tiles on the front of my house. I have just finished a complete refurbishment on the property so you can imagine the mess the builders left on my front drive, Pro Team have exceeded my expectations, and brought everything up like a brand new (drive and patio, windows, tiles.) I have also signed up to have my windows cleaned every six weeks. I also had all my fascias and soffits cleaned. It makes such a change to use a company that are so driven on doing a fantastic job and looking after there customers. I would have no problem in recommending this company to anyone. Our solar panels needed a good clean so we wanted an experienced cleaning company able to safely access the solar panels on the house roof. We also wanted our patio and drive cleaning . We found Pro Team Cleaning and Tom made the sensible suggestion that they could also do a clean of the roof tiles which hadn’t been cleaned in about 20 years. Tom and Toby did a great job. The house roof and garage roof look like new and make the whole house look so much better. Thanks for a great job – will definitely use Pro Team Cleaning again.
