After using other companies and not being satisfied with the clean of our home, I have finally found Capable Cleaners. I have regular 2 week, 3 hour cleans and am extremely happy with their service. Job is always completed to a high standard and they will utilise the full 3 hours doing extra little jobs if needed. Also great communication system via text and email. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic service! We have Louise regularly, and she is just amazing. Very thorough and I love the special touches she leaves, like the lovely displays with our toilet rolls, reorganising items in our bedrooms/bathrooms so much better than I do, kindly moving and reassembling utensils/blenders from our kitchen drying rack saving me time!!...and to top it off, she's so lovely - always a pleasure when she comes over :) Very happy customers, Ana & Joe

Nicola worked wonders on a property I rent out, at the end of a tenancy the house was really not looking it’s best however Nicola worked her feather duster magic and within a couple of days had the place looking great and I was able to get a new tenant straight in 🙏🥇

My marble floor in the kitchen had scratches and damaged sections across it from cooking etc. I called Rolin who visited and gave me great confidence that their level of work would be excellent, I was not wrong! They completely removed all scratches from the floor and also filled in the damaged sections with perfect color matching. It looks like new again!

Always receive a text the day before to let me know when coming, always on time unless weather conditions are poor which is understandable. I love that I can just pay monthly on standing order, leave my gate open and Sean will just come in get the job done so it’s completely hassle free. Sean is always polite and does a great job of my windows :)

My kitchen looks like new. Everything taken out of cupboards and cleaned. Checked with me first but only put back things that were in date. Outside doors all cleaned. Floors swept and washed, we have tiled floors. Lounge and other rooms dusted and vacuumed, skirting boards cleaned. Today Ernie came to disconnect take out and fit my new dishwasher. He and the ladies that came are from Lithuania. They worked so hard without stopping. Wouldn't even stop for a drink. Well done to them

Sarah and her team were fantastic! From the beginning Sarah was communicative and helpful, and was so accommodating with a last minute date change. We booked a move in clean for a very old property that needed a lot of work to make it safe for a baby to live in, and Sarah was so diligent in the quality of the clean, coming back after the scheduled clean to finish bits off. So happy with the service and can’t recommend them enough. We won’t hesitate to use their regular clean service in the future. Mrs Brilliant has done a wonderful job in our flat. As full-time students, we only had a little time on our hands to maintain a certain standard of cleanliness and were afraid of losing our deposit. I asked Mrs Brilliant for an end of tenancy clean in my flat in Maidstone where I lived with a flatmate for almost 3 years. I don’t even need to mention the state of the flat where two full time students spent most of their time trying to pass their final exams. I have no idea ow they did the cleaning but the end result was impressive! My apartment was spotless; I almost didn’t recognise it. Much better than when I got it.
