My family of 4 (including 2 young children) and various other members of the family have used Capable Cleaners in our homes for many years now (and hopfully many years to come!). Sophie and her team of exceptional cleaners are always super professional and do a sparkling job. I’ve also used their upholstery and rug cleaning services which were fabulous. Absolutely fantastic service! We have Louise regularly, and she is just amazing. Very thorough and I love the special touches she leaves, like the lovely displays with our toilet rolls, reorganising items in our bedrooms/bathrooms so much better than I do, kindly moving and reassembling utensils/blenders from our kitchen drying rack saving me time!!...and to top it off, she's so lovely - always a pleasure when she comes over :) Very happy customers, Ana & Joe

Excellent service. Tech Matthew was lovely and put in 100%! Our carpets weren’t that old and one room had been used to keep our dog in and he had been doing his business under a table without me realising so we had a massive wee stain to contend with! But Matthew brought the carpet back to how it look when we first moved in (see before and after pics). Had whole house done a well and I’m really pleased with every room, freshened the carpets at a minimal cost compared to replacing the at £2000! Would highly recommend North Star Cleaning.

Had my carpet cleaned today at 3.30 by Matthew a genuine lovely guy who knew what he was doing and left our 10year old carpet looking brand new. Cannot fault this company at all and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get their carpets cleaned.

I have been working with Northstar for over 15 years in a professional capacity. They are ALL extremely pleasant and helpful, their knowledge is second to none, as a landlord my properties are often left in a less than ideal condition but they never complain they just get on with it and the results are always 10/10. I use them for all of my work and recommend them to friends and business associates. Swanny's guys came and cleaned windows for the first time today, it had been some time since I had managed to do them myself, so it was very obvious they were well overdue. They have done an excellent job, to a very high standard. Very efficient and hard working team that take pride in their work for a very reasonable price. Have booked them in for a regular clean and will be coming back for a solar panels and fascias clean. Can highly recommend.

My kitchen looks like new. Everything taken out of cupboards and cleaned. Checked with me first but only put back things that were in date. Outside doors all cleaned. Floors swept and washed, we have tiled floors. Lounge and other rooms dusted and vacuumed, skirting boards cleaned. Today Ernie came to disconnect take out and fit my new dishwasher. He and the ladies that came are from Lithuania. They worked so hard without stopping. Wouldn't even stop for a drink. Well done to them

It was such a treat to have Claire and Tegan come and do a deep clean of our home. I've not been able to keep on top of things recently due to a broken ankle and it needed some serious attention and sparkle - I was so embarrassed at the state of it.
