Jonny completed a number of small jobs, including laying stepping stones, setting some sleepers and laying a base/gravel. He was punctual, polite and professional, as well as great value for money. He went above and beyond, even identifying some sub standard work that had been done by someone else previously, which he rectified. A pleasure to deal with and will be using him again for all future landscaping projects.

Abel Landscapes transformed our existing single driveway with a new double-width block paved driveway and path. The work was carried out within time and with no hidden extras. The finishing touches really add to the overall appearance of the driveway, and this makes a difference. People now slow down to admire it, which is testament to the quality of the work. Wonderful job completed by Cowen Landscapes. The brief was to make my small sloping plot wheelchair friendly with raised beds for ease of maintenance and no lawn. Claire has looked after mum’s garden for the past couple of years. She is friendly, professional and reliable. She has worked out a maintenance schedule for the garden but is also happy to undertake specific projects such as designing and planting a flower border. The garden now always looks good, we would definitely recommend this business.

I first discovered Claire a number of years ago when I was looking for somebody to bring the beautiful wisteria on the front of my house back to life. It really was in a bad way after a tough winter and had only had one flower the previous Spring. Claire pruned it expertly and gave it a good feed. The following Spring, it was back to its former glory. Claire has returned to prune it every winter since and each year, the wisteria is bursting with bloom. I love it so much! Claire is lovely and has also helped me transform my little garden by digging beds and introducing plants which have really thrived. I can’t recommend her enough. Get in quickly though as she’s so popular, she’s always super busy!

When a very large garden takes over the borders and life doesn’t allow for you to get out there and do the hard heavy work at the beginning of the season, the help and advice from Stuart has been invaluable and what was achieved by him and Claire in a short space of time motivated action on our part and we look forward to an ongoing working relationship with them.
