Bill Cordes and his team recently renovated our garden. This included installing new fences, building decking, removing old concrete and levelling the lawn. Throughout their time with us they were all courteous, friendly and hardworking. They tidied up their equipment every day and were sensitive to the needs of our family. Bill is very knowledgeable about landscaping. He listened to our requirements and suggested good, practical solutions. He kept communication open; not just with us, but with our neighbours too, making it a very pleasant experience for everyone. We are absolutely delighted with the results and very high standard of work, which has transformed our outdoor space. We would recommend Cordes Horticultural Ltd without hesitation.

Bill did a total makeover on our front driveway. The transformation was amazing - with a picket fence, lawn, chippings and fencing being installed. Bill worked hard and was always on time, friendly and polite and worked in a tidy manner - where the work allowed. We would definitely use him again and recommend him to others. Thank you!!

You can't make a silk purse out of a sow's ear? If your name is Bill Cordés you can! The wood supporting my ancient corrugated iron fence had rotted away and the fence was falling into next door's garden. I didn't think it was repairable but Bill proved me wrong. Everything about this job was difficult - small terraced house, access for materials meant carrying heavy planks round to the back of the building via a private car park; no access available to next door's garden so had to hop over the 5ft fence to secure the fence to the new wooden structure; next door's garden overgrown and required fighting against rambling rose bushes and raspberry canes, plus an old rotting shed; old rotten wood had to be removed from the fence without damaging the corrugated iron ... I would have given up. Bill and his colleague did the whole thing in less than five hours and made a truly impressive job of it. They tidied everything up and left it neater than it had ever been. I couldn't recommend Bill Cordés highly enough.

Today, Bill Cordes and his colleague Baz removed an old damaged five-bar gate and fitted a new one. They were both very friendly, helpful, hardworking and professional. My wife and I were very pleased with the end result and would have no hesitation in recommending them for such work.

The seven battered old fence panels were replaced along with the ivy clinging to them and the new ones change the whole appearance of the garden for the better, Very pleased with the work done, all the old panels were removed and everywhere left clean and tidy.

After having a particularly bad experience with another local gardener I contacted Adam. I found him to be very easy to deal with, he didn't overcharge like the other gardener and arrived at the time he said he would. He did a top notch job mowing our lawn and clearing the leaves. He also took a dismantled trampoline at the last minute and didn't make a big deal about it. I would highly recommend Adam and his team!

Tom and the team have undertaken numerous works for us including creating new plant beds, construction of a pergola, replacing paving with turf, and converting a lawn into a wildflower meadow. Tom is thorough in understanding the client’s requirements, pricing these accordingly and delivering as specified. We had BM groundwork’s recommended to us through a neighbour that had worked with this company on a project or there own. After meeting with Jamie and ash and going through the project we wanted doing for a time and looking through there portfolio. We asked for a price to carry out our project. Jamie and Ashley made it very easy and comfortable when talking about price and cost. The men that worked on the project was very courteous and well mannered. Arum landscaping replaced our old and rotten raised beds and shingle with block and rendered beds as picture and repaved surrounding area. We were delighted with the outcome it looks very stylish. The project was well managed and ran to time and cost . The team , ably fronted by Dan , were excellent. Polite, tidy and nothing was too much trouble. We would highly recommend this company and will definitely be pleased to use them again .
