Thank you to James for another great experience! We've now had two landscaping projects delivered (over a year apart). One patio and gazebo (removing all the old concrete etc,) and one new gravel with brick edged driveway . On both occasions we had great customer service, delivered exactly what we asked for and great value for money. So many people have commented on how great it looks. Cleared up and left the place pristine and the dogs loved him too! Highly recommended.

Landscape job - clear garden then lay lawn. Hayden and his team turned up on time, within the 1st day they had cleared all the mess from the garden - soil heaps, building rubble and an old masonry pizza oven. Hayden in his digger had also levelled the garden as the old lawn had been laid incorrectly on top of existing lawn with the all the soil being taken away. Day 2 was final prep of levelling and top soil then after lunch the turf went down. Very happy. They worked very hard, Hayden was very approachable, all the team polite and at the end they tidied up. Hayden even went as far as replacing two fence boards that had split when they removed a fence panel for the digger access. Also came in at a good price.

Had the absolute pleasure of having DKA treatments to lay artificial grass in our small back garden. Dean was incredible from the initial quote, communication all the way throughout and during the install process. He is very knowledgeable about the product and is happy to advise on all aspects of how you want the garden to look. They were very clean and tidy through the whole process. Can't speak highly enough of the whole experience with Dean and DKA. We contacted 3 companies at the start, two wanted me to send measurements and pictures via whatsapp to quote from. Dean was the only one who took the time to come out and see our garden. He took time to understand what we wanted to achieve and then worked out how to make it happen, and when we changed our mind a bit, he came out a second time to quote again. He clearly has a passion for what he does which comes out in conversations and his work. He made sure we understood the process and how he goes about the installation. Dean had a team of 3 others working with him and as a whole, DKA were punctual, hard working, professional and polite. The job came in as quoted....... no nasty surprises! The end result has been exactly what we wanted and more thanks to Dean and his team. If you're thinking artificial grass might be for you, make sure you speak to to DKA before committing to anybody else!

I got good vibes from Dean as soon as I met him. He was friendly, chatty and very knowledgeable and passionate about his job, which is demonstrated in his work. We are extremely happy with our artificial grass and are looking forward to our daughter being able to play out there in the summer. To top it all off, his quotation was also very reasonable. Dean provides bespoke, high quality service and professionalism throughout. He took time and care to get to know our individual needs and made recommendations with his expertise. Despite adverse weather conditions, Dean and his team were able to improvise, make adjustments and think of creative solutions in getting the job done. We are very pleased with the quality results, the grass looks very natural and our toddler is eager to play on it. Like others, my nearly new build had a large patch of land behind the house which was jokingly called a garden. Following recommendations, Shane and his team took on this almost impossible task. Now 2.5 weeks later, the first three people who walked into my now courtyard garden started with the same words …. Wow, wow wow. And it is. Worth every penny. We used Shane and his crew when we moved in to a new build . The house was quite small and we needed to extend a summer extension to provide a seating and dining area to create more depth to the house without losing the sense of a garden . The water feature and green tropical plants complimented the garden furniture that added the space and lost no sense of the outdoor area . We had a few changes about storage , but managed to create a space that kept the lines and elegance of the garden , which is enhanced even more when the lighting is put on and does not lose the sleek look we were after . Shane came in on budget (but we did have to make a few changes ) and more importantly on time for completion (although a few return trips were needed) but this was mainly down to it being a winter build and the conditions his men worked under were pretty miserable , but they cracked on and got the job done . I would whole heartedly recommend KBL for vision and creativity. We love our Garden and the time we spend in it . The only complaint I have for this year is the lack of sunshine and even Shane can’t be held to account for that - again thank you for our beautiful garden and all the best in your future projects

I cannot praise Shane, Keith and his team enough!! During our design consultation, Shane came up with some good ideas and I'm glad I went along with them, as my patio is now a very special place for us, where we can just relax or entertain. Shane and his team are just basically amazing! They are very professional (know what they are doing…), punctual, tidy and committed to the job at hand and in a nutshell they want to create your dream. I cannot tell you how much I love just looking at my new patio, I now have my very own little piece of "Love Island" yes I love watching Love Island :) The porcelain slabs have been laid to perfection and I get so many positive comments on how well the slabs have been laid. Keith built my cedar wood pergola and it looks amazing (one of Shane's ideas….) and I have to agree with Shane it really does set of the patio. Shane is always contactable, when not on site, which we really appreciated. The quality of workmanship is outstanding and we are so over the moon that we choose Kent's Best Landscapers to build our super patio (one of the best decisions we have made!).
