Had the absolute pleasure of having DKA treatments to lay artificial grass in our small back garden. Dean provides bespoke, high quality service and professionalism throughout. He took time and care to get to know our individual needs and made recommendations with his expertise. It is evident that he is passionate about his work conducts it to the best standards. Despite adverse weather conditions, Dean and his team were able to improvise, make adjustments and think of creative solutions in getting the job done. We are very pleased with the quality results, the grass looks very natural and our toddler is eager to play on it. Can't speak highly enough of the whole experience with Dean and DKA. We contacted 3 companies at the start, two wanted me to send measurements and pictures via whatsapp to quote from. Dean was the only one who took the time to come out and see our garden. He took time to understand what we wanted to achieve and then worked out how to make it happen, and when we changed our mind a bit, he came out a second time to quote again. He clearly has a passion for what he does which comes out in conversations and his work. He made sure we understood the process and how he goes about the installation. Dean had a team of 3 others working with him and as a whole, DKA were punctual, hard working, professional and polite. The job came in as quoted....... no nasty surprises! I got good vibes from Dean as soon as I met him. He was friendly, chatty and very knowledgeable and passionate about his job, which is demonstrated in his work.
