I first discovered Claire a number of years ago when I was looking for somebody to bring the beautiful wisteria on the front of my house back to life. It really was in a bad way after a tough winter and had only had one flower the previous Spring. Claire pruned it expertly and gave it a good feed. The following Spring, it was back to its former glory. Claire has returned to prune it every winter since and each year, the wisteria is bursting with bloom. I love it so much! Claire is lovely and has also helped me transform my little garden by digging beds and introducing plants which have really thrived. I can’t recommend her enough. Get in quickly though as she’s so popular, she’s always super busy!

Claire has looked after mum’s garden for the past couple of years. She is friendly, professional and reliable. She has worked out a maintenance schedule for the garden but is also happy to undertake specific projects such as designing and planting a flower border. The garden now always looks good, we would definitely recommend this business.

When a very large garden takes over the borders and life doesn’t allow for you to get out there and do the hard heavy work at the beginning of the season, the help and advice from Stuart has been invaluable and what was achieved by him and Claire in a short space of time motivated action on our part and we look forward to an ongoing working relationship with them. Matt and his team at Cowen Landscapes have created a stunningly, beautiful garden for us, totally transforming the mainly unusable space with all new hard & soft landscaping. The work consisted of retaining walls, ground levelling, sleeper walls, raised beds, fencing, porcelain patio & path, new lawns, plus design and planting of shrubs and trees. Our site came with plenty of challenges which were dealt with without a fuss and no issue was insurmountable due to Matt’s ‘can do’ attitude. The whole project was carried out to a very high standard and completed on time and no budget, working through some terribly challenging weather conditions! Matt worked collaboratively with us from the outset, always coming up with great ideas including lovely planting designs, which is an area he is passionate about and extremely knowledgeable. We found Matt easy to work with due to his excellent level of communication on and off site. The whole team are professional, organised, dedicated and courteous, as well as being genuinely nice people who were a pleasure to have around. Wonderful job completed by Cowen Landscapes. The brief was to make my small sloping plot wheelchair friendly with raised beds for ease of maintenance and no lawn. There was a lot of 'hidden' work involved and Matt and his team were superb - hard working and approachable and took great care with all aspects of the job. Many thanks to you all, you're amazing.

Matt and Jordan of Kemps Landscaping did an excellent job transforming 3 areas of our garden. They consistently worked hard and diligently in all weathers and were always polite and good humoured. We weren’t the easiest of clients, we changed our plans twice as the works progressed. Matt took it all in his stride though, achieving our final plan to a high standard. They also left everywhere, including our drive where all the materials were delivered, in its original state, no mean feat!! We would highly recommend Kemps Landscaping and would not hesitate to use them again ourselves.

I had a porcelain patio / artificial turf and aluminium pergola instalation with some wall rendering and other finishing touches from Kemps Lanscaping. Matt and his crew have been tidy, easy and an absolute pleasure to have working away in the Garden. Everything handled with care and consideration, and the communication has been excellent throughout, where I knew exactly what was happening and when. It was easy to run through different ideas with almost immediate quotes and even when I changed some of the plans as Matt was here, he remained flexible and accomodating. Sometimes you just don't know what kind of finish you want in some areas until you start seeing everything come together so this really helped us get the best result possible. After work was complete, Matt was reassuring that if any snags were found, he'd come and clear them up and this has absolutely been the case. He takes pride in his work and has an obvious passion for it which you can clearly see when you talk to him and see him work. Will absolutely go with him again for future phases of the garden design.

My wife and I cannot praise Matt Kemp and his young team enough for all their hard work laying an extension to our patio. They were polite, efficient, hardworking and paid great attention to detail. Matt was flexible and helpful when unexpected construction issues were encountered and, after consultation, offered remedies and advice. Compared with all other contractors we've had working at our home, Kemps Landscaping was the only one that we had no issues with the result on its completion. These guys are fantastic! Previously, several companies had turned up to quote & not one of them offered a price or was contactable afterwards. By chance , I was recommended to Lee, from then on nothing was a problem and all the worry was taken away from us. The price was reasonable, Lee had some really good suggestions and ask questions about what we wanted. I can't thank Lee, Harley and Sam enough for all their hard work. Working in all weather's to get the garden finished. They were polite and respectful of our home, taking off their shoes when coming in, which we greatly appreciated.

We're really pleased with Lee's hard work in landscaping our garden. He was very flexible and patient with us as we made a few tweaks to the design as we went along, and he used his experience to make some great recommendations along the way. The weather was very unkind and reduced the site to a bit of a swamp at times, so the project took longer than expected - but Lee's communication was great throughout so we always knew what was happening and when work was likely to resume. We're thrilled with the end result and are looking forward to enjoying the space for years to come!

I spent a lot of time having the work I wanted to carry out being priced making sure it would be completed to the vision I had in my head, I also wanted to meet who would be doing the garden as I travel for work so had to feel comfortable with the workmen being in my home with my partner and 1 year old son. Lee was not the cheapest quote we obtained but was the best not only on personability, nothing was too much and if he thought something would not look right he would try and offer an alternative which worked out amazingly. Lee replaced the sleeper wall and created a new step as we had the ramp removed to create more floor space, he suggested we add a small raised area where the back gate is located so the drop from the driveway into the garden was not so deep, we agreed and it looks great. All other changes you can clearly see from the before and after shots. Apart from the work Lee carried out, he struck up a bond with my 1 year old son over the time he spent with us and often let him sit and watch what Lee was doing, this was the icing on the cake for what in our eyes is the perfect transformation of our garden. I will wholeheartedly recommend Lee to anyone who enquires, price, manner & workmanship are 10/10 for us. You truly get what you pay for with Lee, do not hesitate to use his talents in your landscaping endeavours.

I knew that my landscaping my garden was going to be a challenge as it is not the easiest space but Lee and the team transformed my garden into a low maintenance, useful, beautiful space that myself and my family can now enjoy. They worked so hard, started early and finished the project early despite some challenging weather as you would expect in February! I would highly recommend them to anybody and would certainly call upon them again.

Thoroughly recommend Terry and team, my mothers garden was very overgrown and they had it looking great in a short period of time, they have also taken up her patio slabs both top and bottom of the garden cleaned and relaid, also have turfed areas of the garden as required, we will definitely carry on having Terry to carry out any work

We have been supplying turf to Terry at Grassy Bank for many years now. He is always professional and very reliable. I have come across many local gardening companies over the last 15 years I have worked for a Landscaping company, and Terry is one of the good guys.

The guys turned up when they said they would, did what they said they would and delivered a fantastic end result. We are really happy with what Terry and Mitch achieved in our overgrown and unruly garden. The cherry on top was the fantastic job they did with the existing patio and the new patio at the bottom of the garden. Highly recommended.

Terry has recently transformed our garden with removal of a huge hedge split with a neighbour and replaced with a solid fence. Great piece of work, everything removed and waste dealt with. They’ve been great to deal with and will have more work done by Terry and his team in the future.
