Thank you for looking after phoenix our 2 year old cat who lost weight and was poorly after we came back from holiday. She was given such care and attention and you were always on the end of the phone or app to give reassurance. Thankfully she is all better now

Pennard vets are great. Really friendly and helpful. I recommend the health club. The vets & nurses take their time explaining how best to look after your pet through illness & post surgery. They are caring & compassionate. Our dog & cats always have a stress free time at their appointments.

Pennards have been extremely caring with our cat Pixel. He’s had a lot of problems but overcomes them with the vet’s expertise, with a special mention to Joanna for helping Pixel so much. Pennards in my opinion is outstanding and I am glad I chose them.

I moved to Pennard vets recently, and I have never had a better experience with pet care as I have done with Pennards. They give each animal 100% care, and meet their needs. My boy is a very nervous dog. And they go above and beyond anything I could ever ask for, to ensure he doesn't get stressed or agitated. He is given so much love when he visits and they really do take so much pride in what they do. I couldnt recommend pennards more highly if I tried.

I rang today because my kitten had an issue with a wound which was bleeding. Despite closing in 15minutes I was told to bring my kitten along to be seen. When I arrived I was seen after the vet should have closed but was reassured that this was not a problem and that they were more than happy to treat my kitten despite this making them late finishing. I was very grateful to the staff for all the care they took of my kitten and would happily recommend them to anyone.

Took my 3y old cat to this Vet because my regulat vet had no cover over Christmas.they diagnosed my cat an hour later and gave him some treatment( throat infection ) . My boy still recovering but I'm so happy I left the vet with answers and solutions which most of the time is not the case. Thank you to the lovely lady Vet xx

My poor boy (British shorthair) has been suffering for a while with no solution from a previous vet. Took him to Pinebank and they identified the issues immediately. A week later, his infection is clearing up, 10 teeth removed and he is finally doing so much better. I can't thank you all enough. The entire team are absolutely fab. Knowledgeable, kind, and so helpful. Thank you!!! I won't go anywhere else. 5*****

I took my dog there to have her yearly jab and kennel cough vaccine. They was very good and quick the reception team was very nice and polite. The only bad thing was the vet didn’t give my dog a treat to try and calm my dog down when she was anxious about the jab.

Pennard Vets are amazing. My cat was recently spayed. The care she received was outstanding. We had phone calls on the day after the surgery and the day after. We have had 2 follow-up appointments, and we're left knowing everything and what to look out for. All the staff that came into contact with Lettie gave her the best care. I genuinely felt they had her best interests at heart, and I knew I was leaving her in their capable hands. I really can't praise the team enough. Thank you for all you did. 5 stars isn't nearly enough for you

I cannot fault the care my old dog received taking him to the age of 17 years . And now I have a new pup who also is receiving excellent care .who is now 14 months. The staff are very patient and professional and will take the time to advise owners and calm nervous animals . I highly recommend Pennards veterinary services . A big thank you to all xx

Really impressed with the vet I saw yesterday at Allington. Her name was Joanne and she was very kind and calm with my dog Poppy. She was very patient. It made for a really great experience!

We cannot recommend Caron the physio at Pennards highly enough! Her expertise, patience, and care have made an incredible difference in our dog’s mobility. From the very first session, it was clear that Caron not only understood canine anatomy but also had a deep compassion for animals. Each session was tailored to his needs, with clear explanations provided so we could continue exercises at home. Caron’s gentle and encouraging approach put him at ease, and it has been a joy to watch the progress over time. This is the first vets practice that has offered us a physiotherapist service and we really cannot recommend Caron highly enough.

Langley park vets have look after our 2 dogs minnie and Hallie for years now. They are always great and so helpful on the phone. New staff lately; but still friendly and helpful. Last week my dog dog poorly after a spay and we had to go for numerous appointments to help her. The vets, receptionist and everyone was amazing and had her best interests at heart. Yes the tablets and products weren’t cheap, but they helped our dog so much and I’m so grateful for this! We have the pet plan where we get discount today which really adds up. The vets loved my little Hallie and really looked after her. Thank you all for looking after our doggies xxx

Lovely service here today from the lady I'm reception, she was really polite and accommodating to our pet. The vets is so clean which is very noticeable, such a good vets to be part off. Definitely will be renewing the insurance with them!

Pluto gained some vet trauma from other veterinary clinic and we went to Pennard vets for help. They were very comprehensive and caring from the beginning. We started our behaviour consultations with Sophie who was amazing and so patient with him. After a few months we managed to get him vaccinated. One of our dogs Roman has arthritis, and we always take him to see Alberta. She is an amazing vet and always has time to make sure you are happy with the treatment, Alberta has also looked after our pug Ebony. Pennard vets are the best.

Bought my childhood dog here 10+ years ago, always a great experience then and recently my new puppy had a fall and fractured his leg, the whole team have gone above and beyond for us making sure he got what he needed as soon as he possibly could, such a warm welcome and all our questions are listened to and answered no matter how small. It was a quick and efficient service. Staff were friendly and did what was necessary, during our quick visit. Vet was friendly too, although couldn't find anything wrong with the pooch. Maybe he was faking his limp!

Excellent vet's we had an emergency with our cat and they fitted us in sadly it was a one way trip for our cat but the vet confirmed what we already thought and reassured us we were doing the right thing. I couldn’t ask for a better vets for my beloved dog. They have looked after her for years and when it was time for her to pass on they treated us with the up most compassion. They made such a painful time as easy as possible. The vet gave us as much time as we needed with our girl after she passed and she reassured us that we’d made the right decision. They worked well as a team, arranging payment in the room to give us privacy and showing genuine care for us and our dog. From her younger years our dog benefited from the companion plan where you have flea, worm and vaccinations for the year plus 10% off treatment and a free health check once a year. She was spayed here years ago and received great treatment back then too. Every member of the team we have encountered over the years were outstanding. Our girl looked forward to meeting Jason and getting a treat from reception. Every vet I visited with her explained everything, taking time to discuss different options. Our dog needed pain medicine which the vet prescribed and dispensed. The pictures are of my beautiful girl and updated with what the lovely staff put together for us. We received a sympathy card in the post from them after we collected our girls ashes. I really cannot fault their service.

I can’t speak highly enough about this vet practice. Receptionists are always friendly and welcoming. Nurses and vets are caring and provide the best advice and five star treatment. I wouldn’t take my dog Nellie anywhere else. The most genuine place.

Amazing staff , receptionists are always warm and welcoming , the vets Richard, Harriet and Alex have all been amazing with all our animals ( MAINLY BEARDED DRAGONS) , as we rescue them we do t always get the good news we want to hear but all staff here are always there for a hug 🫂. All I can say is thank you all so much for what you do and your lovely condolence cards we receive. Highly recommend Trinity vets 😊😊.

I have visited Trinity Vet Centre several times and they always provide such a fantastic service. The staff on reception are always incredibly friendly and helpful, both in person and on the telephone. Also, the Surgeons, Nurses and Assistants are knowledgeable, caring and empathetic. I can see why so many people travel such large distances to visit Trinity Vet Centre, as they have such a fantastic reputation - I can see why. Vets are nice and treated me and my tortoise really well, always had a pleasant experience with them, apart from today. After telling the receptionist I was there to drop off my tortoise to be cremated, she proceeded to say "Perfect, which plan are you choosing for the cremation?!" With the cheeriest of voices. Surely she could have followed with an "I'm so sorry" or something like that, but no. It was extremely transactional, she didn't even say anything remotely nice to a person who was on the verge of crying because her pet passed away. I wasn't happy coming here, and I'm leaving a bit worse.

Our rabbit was very poorly. Reception staff were fantastic and upfront about costs. George the vet was incredibly knowledgeable about rabbits, probably the most expert we've met. Lovely place, staff, environment and particularly knowledgeable about exotic pets. I know my animals are in safe hands.

We've had a couple of interactions now with Newnham Court Vets. From signing up, being late for our first check up due to traffic and a couple of check ups with the vets and nurses it's been a great experience so far. Also had a chat with our local pet shop that backed up the good reviews I'd heard elsewhere. Great stuff so far. Thanks.

The whole team at Wigmore Vets couldn't have been more helpful. The Vet Lydia understood our cat's problem and dealt with it professionally. She explained the treatment plan clearly. All my Family that have or have had pets, have used this Veterinary practice. They are always professional and the Staff are friendly and will listen to us Owners to get our views on the care and treatment of our pets. They also offer an annual membership Healthy PetScheme which can make regular worming and de-fleaing etc, a little cheaper.

The only reason I’m not giving this vets 4 stars is because one of the receptionists is incredibly rude with ABSOLUTELY NO PEOPLE SKILLS.! She is quite slender with a monotone voice and a hard bitter face. Why oh why this lovely vets has this woman working as a receptionist is beyond me. All the other receptionists are absolutely lovely and welcoming. And the vets are AMAZING. I would 💯 recommend this vets. Hopefully they have got rid of misery head by the time you go. But as I said, everyone else there is lovely..

I called and got an emergency appointment almost immediately. Within twenty minutes of the call I was in the vets getting my cat checked out. The receptionist was incredibly nice and helpful and showed such an interest in my cats health. The vet was so helpful and checked my cat over thoroughly and reassured me and gave her a treatment plan! He also seemed very interested in my cat and was super gentle and nice to her and this relaxed her. She is usually a biter and gets distressed but she was completely fine!

Both my cats seemed at ease when they met the vet. The female was a little more nervous but the vet was very kind with her. As for the male he was happy to lay down and let the vet look him over. Both cats did not even flinch when they were given their injections which was nice to see.
