The vets was amazing! They were the only vets around that had the second vaccination to what my breeders told me to get Came in and the reception loved my puppy Rosie haha, she wanted a cuddle and had a lovely chat Then met the vet person himself, full of information, really interesting things, also done health check on Rosie which was all good Overall, so much information, but amazing visit ! Thank you so much 🐶😁 has been an amazing experience and would recommend! Wished I known sooner as this would be my main vets haha but who knows I might switch

John and his staff have looked after Bella and Tilly for over 6yrs now and I truly would not take them anywhere else! Caring, professional, reasonably priced and damn bloody good at what they do!

Have always had excellent experience at the vets, always friendly & very happy to give advice when needed ,every single member of staff are very approachable, would recommend to any pet owner who wants a good caring vet.

Great experience friendly super helpful staff. I was able to book my kitty cat in for the same day as she had hurt her leg treatment was thorougher and quick. Very gentle with her and gave us loads of information to help support her recovery.

Our cat was recently registered at Beacon View and we have been very impressed by the excellent standard of service and care provided by Claire and her team. We took Dinky in for boosters and annual health check initially and Claire was so patient and kind, taking time to make Dinky feel comfortable and relaxed, the experience was entirely stress free for all. There is a designated cat waiting area and the surgery is welcoming and spotlessly clean. Highly recommended

Our new little Puppy Winnie had her jabs and was very settled and calm with the lovely vet on her first visit. The vet gave us lots of advice and booked Winnie in for her next 4 week check. A very pleasant and lovely visit.

5 star treatment at Beacon View Vets. Had an emergency visit on Christmas Eve and the team there did a fantastic job of looking after the family pet dog following a seizure. They kept us fully informed during the few hours she was there, ensuring they updated us when they said they would and making sure we knew what to do if it happened again.

My cat was referred to Beacon View for dental surgery. All the staff were super friendly and attentive - great communication, including pre-op call and post op check in to see how she was recovering. Surgery seems to have gone well with no complications. If I lived nearer, I would definitely register with them!

Got an appointment within 30 minutes of me phoning them for my cat. The lady vet was lovely and caring. Highly recommended.

Fantastic new vet practice in Chartham. Clean and modern facilities and friendly staff. I urgently needed an appointment for my dog but was registered at a different vets. Despite this they gave me an appointment at very short notice. The veterinarian Charlotte was fantastic - she did a thorough examination, explained her observations clearly and gave useful and practical advice. After a stressful few days she really put my mind at ease. A big thank you to the Vet Shack team!

Rob and Rachel are fantastic , caring and make you feel so confident they put the well fare of your pet first. My little Pip gets so excited when we visit. They are the best and I would go nowhere else I recommend Rob and Rachel they make you and your pet feel like part of their wonderful family.

I took my guinea pigs there and everyone was so accommodating and friendly. Jack was so knowledgeable and really cared for Piggy Smalls - I felt that I could trust them and I couldn’t recommend a better vet.

Faultless service from first contact. The kindness and support shown when my lovely old boa constrictor sadly had to be put to sleep was amazing, right up to and including when he was collected for cremation. Would 100% recommend this practice!!

Our lovely cat Rosemary of 18years, health deteriorated quickly and when we reached out to our own vet of 20years we couldn’t get an appointment within reasonable time. We contacted Medivet Evegate- Montgomery, who gave us the opportunity to attend straight away and we were seen within 15 minutes of arriving. The whole service and compassion from all staff involved (reception lady who was so kind on the phone when I started crying and she led us into a consultation room and offered drinks and tissues, to the kind vet who was with us till the end with Rosemary ) was second to none. We would highly recommend this veterinary practice. We also received a beautiful card in the post today which meant so much to us. Thankyou from the bottom of our hearts!

Best vets I have ever joined! Took our cat to have him neutered and they looked after him so well! Receptionists were lovely and the vet explained everything simply and clearly! Such a lovely bunch, like a little family who really go the extra mile to care for your pet. Definitely would recommend 😄

We went to Little Hoppers Animal hospital yesterday to see our regular doctor Dr Sara Levy. Sara has been taking care of our cats for many years and she's an expert in the field. She always explains things in detail and answers all of our questions with expert knowledge. The practice is lovely, clean and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend Little Hoppers Animal Hospital.

Little Hoppers have been brilliant since transferring to them from our previous vets, our 16 year old dog is on a particular medication and Little Hoppers went above and beyond to find her medication despite it being out of stock everywhere! We are really grateful for their help so far and huge thank you for making our little lady so happy! Big shout out to Hayley and Gemma x

Very friendly and efficient service. The vet has explained clearly on examining my pet it’s general health and what it might need in the future regarding his teeth.

Unfortunately we had to have our beautiful boy Charlie put to sleep yesterday. Craig (our vet) was absolutely amazing. The love, care & compassion was above & beyond. I would highly recommend ALL of the staff who work within this practice. We were given time to say goodbye & felt at ease. Thank you Craig & team…. You were fantastic!!

Friendly and professional service received as I always do from here. This time was for a prescription enquiry. Thankfully (in the sense of my cat staying well and injury free) I don't have to visit very often and it's mostly routine checkups, but every time I do, the service is impeccable 😁

This is the best vets. I have nothing but positive things to say about Bobbing Hill vets. All of the staff here are fabulous. Kind and caring and the most personable and the best at what they do. They have looked after my cat's bad eyes for two months with a very lucky outcome. We have visited today, a nice visit with a nice cup of coffee and a Christmas present for the boy 😻. The best vets!! My dog use to be petrified at his old vets. Would shake uncontrollably and run for the door. Which gave me major anxiety at the thought of taking him to the vet with how he behaved. Now at bobbing hill he pulls me to the door, goes in and makes himself at home. Lays right out on the floor, has to say hello to everyone in there. He thinks of it as a day out even after surgery there which I thought would change his mind. Everyone he’s seen just love on him, get down to his level and play and give him attention which I think is what’s won him over. They all love him as their own. It’s such a pleasant experience for the both of us. They are super transparent with prices, there are no hidden costs like other vets. Yes slightly more expensive compared to other vets but I would pay that and more for the treatment me and my dog get. After his surgery in the following days I’ve had calls to check up on him and ask if I need anything etc.. they want to see him post opp 2 times before giving him the all clear and these are FREE!! I would have paid anyway but it was such a nice surprise as other vets would certainly charge for check ups. It just shows they care. It’s beautifully decorated and feels super homely. Always so so clean. Thank you for everything so far in the 3 months we’ve been with you. I so wish I had moved him sooner! Glad we have found a vets for life💙

This is, by far, the best veterinary service we have ever known. The vets, nurses and receptionists work as an amazing team and provide the best care we have ever experienced. All of our animals are registered here and have all received excellent care and attention, especially in the saddest of circumstances where we had our elderly lab, Maia, put to sleep. The compassion shown to us and her was exemplary and we received a beautiful handwritten card, signed by all the team, which included her nose and paw prints for us to keep. The vet, Tim, made a very sad situation so much easier by explaining everything and letting us take as much time with her as we wanted. We received her ashes back within two days in a beautiful photo frame and some "forget me nots" to plant for her. Lovely location, lovely vets and total value for money for the excellent service received. Thank you so much for taking such care of our lovely Maia. Xx

Bourne Veterinary Practice is an outstanding practice. After a lifetime of animal family members, I have been a client for many years since the practice opened, and during that time I cannot think of a single thing to fault. The vets and nurses are professional and clinically brilliant as well as kind, approachable & genuinely caring about your animal companion. The reception staff are amazing, kind, welcoming and extremely efficient. I do not hesitate to recommend this Veterinary Practice.

Been with this Veterinary Practice since it opened for routine cat health checks and vaccinations but it is so reassuring to be able to book an emergency appointment online at night to be seen first thing the next morning. All staff are welcoming and caring. Good to be told costs throughout consultation so that there isn’t a shock when going to pay. Thoroughly recommend this veterinary practice.

All the reception staff are so helpful on the phone and when I take my dog. The vets and the nurses are fantastic. Always feel very welcome and informed. Like a family practise. Highly recommend Bourne.

We have been very lucky to have this vet close to us and they have always provided excellent care for our four cats including directly, through referring and through helping with tests. I was compelled to write a review after 8 years however because we had to make the very hard decision to have our cat put to sleep after a very sudden illness and Vicky was a fantastic support during this time. She did what she could to make the process calm and reassured me throughout. They also arranged for the cremation and saved me a little clipping of fur and paw print to keep which has meant the world. Whitstable Bay also liaised with a specialist vet to ensure that they had all the right info to provide us and to help us understand what was happening. They have always helped with any concerns that our cats have presented with including eye conditions, weight loss and we have never felt judged about how we treat our cats (one of ours is very anti-brush/groom and does get very matted and the nurses have supported us with this at times).

Having been accepted with a 13 year old dog with terminal heart problems, can’t fault the care and compassion shown by the vets and all the staff. The way the at home PTS was handled will always warm my heart. So no question where our new rescue (Penny) would be registered. Three years on, we have recommended many, even though we have to travel 9 miles to get to the vets, would not consider changing. My only concern is over the new booking system “PetsApp”. Adam, Vicky and their team are absolutely amazing. They have two of our dogs on pet plans and are amazing with them. They have also recently helped us say farewell to our other dog. Everyone who dealt with us was amazing and empathetic, nothing was to much to ask and they are without a doubt the best vets any where. Thank you for all you do and thank you for helping us through a tough time. Special thanks to Vicky and Emily who were so amazing, to the point that Emily stayed with our dog until Treasured Friends collected her. We are forever grateful.
