I took my dog there to have her yearly jab and kennel cough vaccine. They was very good and quick the reception team was very nice and polite. The only bad thing was the vet didn’t give my dog a treat to try and calm my dog down when she was anxious about the jab.

Took my 3y old cat to this Vet because my regulat vet had no cover over Christmas.they diagnosed my cat an hour later and gave him some treatment( throat infection ) . My boy still recovering but I'm so happy I left the vet with answers and solutions which most of the time is not the case. Thank you to the lovely lady Vet xx

My poor boy (British shorthair) has been suffering for a while with no solution from a previous vet. Took him to Pinebank and they identified the issues immediately. A week later, his infection is clearing up, 10 teeth removed and he is finally doing so much better. I can't thank you all enough. The entire team are absolutely fab. Knowledgeable, kind, and so helpful. Thank you!!! I won't go anywhere else. 5*****

Visited today, at short notice and was so impressed by the caring and gentleness of the vet and the lovely kind receptionist too. They treated my cat with such care and softness - l was really shocked - our last visit to Pets At Home was awful. Would highly recommend this lovely practice 100%. Thankyou!

I've not long joined Swale Barn Vets, but so far my experience has been nothing less than fab. Everyone is so caring. I love that they are a properly Vet run practice and not a corporate company run practice that are everywhere these days, this is why I chose Swale Barn. I recently called at short notice as my cat Binx was not himself and off his food, and although there were no appointments they fit him in there and then. The vet, Jane, noted straight away that Binx was a stressy cat, and did everything she needed to do calmly but as quickly as she could so I could get him home ASAP. He was booked in the next day for dental work, i was given an estimate prior so i knew what it would cost. I received a call after the op talking me through the whole procedure and aftercare. They even made sure he was ready for me to pick up early as I was going out that evening. I highly recommend Swale Barn to anyone looking for a caring vets who put the animals and their families first.

First class service. Ronnie is 4 days post op from being castrated, from start to finish they dealt with me faffing and worrying. Due to Ronnie being exempt they adapted to my needs to put my mind at rest, they allowed me to stay with him for initial sedation and then invited me in once op was complete. Their first thought was always my dog and whay made him feel comfortable

Thankyou so much to the amazing team at swale barn vets for giving our Lola the best possible care today! We were so worried about her having to go under anaesthetic being an older dog but Radu was so reassuring and talking us through the whole process. He then kept us up to date once she had come round and explained exactly what he had done and through the aftercare process too! So informative and put me at ease knowing our Lola was in being cared for by such a great team! Highly recommend ⭐️

Great experience friendly super helpful staff. I was able to book my kitty cat in for the same day as she had hurt her leg treatment was thorougher and quick. Very gentle with her and gave us loads of information to help support her recovery.

Staff are always friendly and helpful. We get the best care and the VIP club makes it really affordable. We wouldn't take our pets anywhere else!

John and his staff have looked after Bella and Tilly for over 6yrs now and I truly would not take them anywhere else! Caring, professional, reasonably priced and damn bloody good at what they do!

The vets was amazing! They were the only vets around that had the second vaccination to what my breeders told me to get Came in and the reception loved my puppy Rosie haha, she wanted a cuddle and had a lovely chat Then met the vet person himself, full of information, really interesting things, also done health check on Rosie which was all good Overall, so much information, but amazing visit ! Thank you so much 🐶😁 has been an amazing experience and would recommend! Wished I known sooner as this would be my main vets haha but who knows I might switch

Our rabbit was very poorly. Reception staff were fantastic and upfront about costs. George the vet was incredibly knowledgeable about rabbits, probably the most expert we've met. Lovely place, staff, environment and particularly knowledgeable about exotic pets. I know my animals are in safe hands.

We trust Vanya more than anything with our boys. She is fantastic and always knows the best thing to do. We have been through a lot with our poor dog who was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma and the team at well pets, Vanya & Molly in particular, have been unbelievably understanding and patient. Our boy was diagnosed over a year ago and we were told he would have 9 months - a year but he is still going strong and I truly believe that is through the amazing help and care of this lovely surgery. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts x

Lovely building, love the segregated area for cat owners so they can get some peace. Price was a little high, but that's vet's for you unfortunately. But my cat is well again and staff and service was very good.

Casey, one of the nurses is absolutely brilliant! The staff all seem lovely but Casey is by far the nicest nurse I've ever dealt with at any surgery. She listens to any concerns, handles the cats gentley and genuinely is just a joy to chat to. Thank you! I've had some bad experiences in the past with other vets but this one is great! The only advise I would give people thinking of using this vets is make sure you leave in plenty of time as sometimes parking can be a little tricky (street parking) :)

I just want to say thank you to the staff. My dog has been with this vets all her life and she is still going strong as she is nearly heading towards 18 years old. All the staff love her and its a pleasure to see them love her as much as I do. They take such good care of her. I've grown up with my buddy and she means the world to me. Though my dog can be energetic they are always patient with her. Even though she nearly 18 she still wags her tail and jumps up for a walk. Thank you.

I have used Faversham Vets for 6 years for all of my animals and I wouldn't trust anyone else. The vets, nurses and reception team go above and beyond to make sure my pets have the best quality of care and attention. Service is exceptional and I can always get an appointment and never have any issues. Thank you for everything you have done and continue to do.

We cannot praise Faversham Veterinary Clinic highly enough. Every member of the team is kind, compassionate and understanding. Our three dogs are seen regularly and the care they receive is exceptional, plus they get lots of cuddles too! You are made to feel so welcome and you know your dogs are going to receive the best treatment. Everything is explained in detail, which, as an owner is all that you need to put your mind at rest. I couldn't imagine taking our dogs anywhere else.

Faversham veterinary clinic are amazing. They show care and love for all of our animals. They always do their best for each individual pet. They are supportive and helpful especially in difficult times. The whole team are friendly and professional. Our pets are so lucky to have such wonderful care.

Gave 5 stars but wouldn't say I "loved it" as the results of the blood tests and examination on my cat were not good as I had to have Lucy put to sleep. But all the staff have been very thoughtful and caring. lf I get another companion animal I would us Wigmore Vets

The whole team at Wigmore Vets couldn't have been more helpful. The Vet Lydia understood our cat's problem and dealt with it professionally. She explained the treatment plan clearly. Amazing staff , receptionists are always warm and welcoming , the vets Richard, Harriet and Alex have all been amazing with all our animals ( MAINLY BEARDED DRAGONS) , as we rescue them we do t always get the good news we want to hear but all staff here are always there for a hug 🫂. All I can say is thank you all so much for what you do and your lovely condolence cards we receive. Highly recommend Trinity vets 😊😊.

I can’t speak highly enough about this vet practice. Receptionists are always friendly and welcoming. Nurses and vets are caring and provide the best advice and five star treatment. I wouldn’t take my dog Nellie anywhere else. The most genuine place.

I've been using Trinity Vets for the last two years for my cats. They're always lovely and helpful, listen to my concerns and fit us in same day when they have an issue. Staff genuinely care about animals and it shows! Really recommend.

I have visited Trinity Vet Centre several times and they always provide such a fantastic service. The staff on reception are always incredibly friendly and helpful, both in person and on the telephone. Also, the Surgeons, Nurses and Assistants are knowledgeable, caring and empathetic. I can see why so many people travel such large distances to visit Trinity Vet Centre, as they have such a fantastic reputation - I can see why. I've never used this vets before, I lost my boy Ted a Yorkshire terrier in February 24 not even 11 years old and he was so fit! I said like most I'll never get another as it broke my heart losing my best friend 😔 I was not always confident with the vet I was using for him till his very last day (no names mentioned) I put a post on Facebook for recommendations for a vet in Sittingbourne as I'd organised the adoption of a new puppy girl 'Charlie!' ...90% of recommendations were Sittivets! Within three days of picking her up she got ill! I rushed her to Sittivets with no phone call ahead I was scared something was seriously wrong with her, and after googling her symptoms, It was an emergency visit, I found the staff to be very caring, friendly and helpful... They examined Charlie and gave her an antibiotic injection and some medication...she is now fully registered with them... Thank you to all the staff for seeing her so promptly 👌

Having some drama with doggo, not the sort of stroke that he enjoys. Anyway, Sid, the very was fantastic. She's very friendly and clear in how she deals with people. The reception are a bit slow, but the overall vet experience is still 5 star.
