The staff at this vet centre are incredible. They care passionately about your beloved pets. They give a 100percent to being friendly helpful and caring and sensitive. I had an elderly Siamese out to sleep during covid. The staff were amazing moving a treatment table to their door way. Masks on doorway open I was able be with my beloved car while she was being put to sleep to say good bye. I was blown away at the trouble the vet and staff went to during such difficult times. Few days later I received a bereavement card from the veterinary and staff the kind gesture brought tears to my eyes. So thoughtful. Years later I have a very nervous Daschund. Once again the amazing vets and staff know exactly how to calm him. So he can receive vaccinations with as little stress as possible. Now despite he is nervous he is so much better as trust has been built between him and the staff. These people really do know their job!! The Best VET CENTRE I’ve ever used. I have no concerns or worries about my dogs as I know they are in safe hands. Thankyou all so much!!

As an Independent vet, wins hands down over against the bigger Commercial vets. They interact with your pets from the time you enter, until you leave. They are so much empathic and compassionate about you and your pet/s. The best practice on the marsh

First class service. Ronnie is 4 days post op from being castrated, from start to finish they dealt with me faffing and worrying. Due to Ronnie being exempt they adapted to my needs to put my mind at rest, they allowed me to stay with him for initial sedation and then invited me in once op was complete. Their first thought was always my dog and whay made him feel comfortable

Wonderful vet he was honest, caring, gentle and kind to my dog during the examination. He explained everything to me clearly. I rang because I was concerned about my dog and although they were closing at 12 oclock they fitted us in and did not rush the consultation even though it was past closing time. The receptionist was very nice and caring as well. Wonderful vet highly recommended by me and my boy 🐕 .

Thankyou so much to the amazing team at swale barn vets for giving our Lola the best possible care today! We were so worried about her having to go under anaesthetic being an older dog but Radu was so reassuring and talking us through the whole process. He then kept us up to date once she had come round and explained exactly what he had done and through the aftercare process too! So informative and put me at ease knowing our Lola was in being cared for by such a great team! Highly recommend ⭐️

Visited today, at short notice and was so impressed by the caring and gentleness of the vet and the lovely kind receptionist too. They treated my cat with such care and softness - l was really shocked - our last visit to Pets At Home was awful. Would highly recommend this lovely practice 100%. Thankyou!

Been with this Veterinary Practice since it opened for routine cat health checks and vaccinations but it is so reassuring to be able to book an emergency appointment online at night to be seen first thing the next morning. All staff are welcoming and caring. Good to be told costs throughout consultation so that there isn’t a shock when going to pay. Thoroughly recommend this veterinary practice.

Lovely staff that truly care for our tortoise’s wellbeing. Very welcoming and knowledgeable. Made it clear we can call anytime and gave us extra information to support with keeping him healthy. Could not recommend more!

Our lovely cat Rosemary of 18years, health deteriorated quickly and when we reached out to our own vet of 20years we couldn’t get an appointment within reasonable time. We contacted Medivet Evegate- Montgomery, who gave us the opportunity to attend straight away and we were seen within 15 minutes of arriving. The whole service and compassion from all staff involved (reception lady who was so kind on the phone when I started crying and she led us into a consultation room and offered drinks and tissues, to the kind vet who was with us till the end with Rosemary ) was second to none. We would highly recommend this veterinary practice. We also received a beautiful card in the post today which meant so much to us. Thankyou from the bottom of our hearts!

Faultless service from first contact. The kindness and support shown when my lovely old boa constrictor sadly had to be put to sleep was amazing, right up to and including when he was collected for cremation. Would 100% recommend this practice!!

Oli came along to my home at very short notice, when it was time for my little cat Mae to be put to sleep . She hated the vets and I didn’t want to put her through that . Oli was so brilliant - kind, professional and respectful . I was dreading the whole thing, but his manner helped to make it all go calmly and smoothly . Thank you Oli 😌

Last week, Wednesday 1st February we had to make the gut wrenching decision to send our 18-year-old cat to heaven after a short battle with cancer. We had already decided that we wanted at-home euthanasia so that our cat Fudge was peaceful and in familiar surroundings. Oli went through the process step by step so that we were aware of the changes that may happen during the process and what to expect. He made sure to let us know exactly what was happening and reassured us that we were making the right decision. Even down to the details of his cremation such as where he was going and who would be doing it. Ensuring us he would be taken care of during his final journey. What was supposed to be a stressful and traumatic experience was turned into a quiet and peaceful send off for our cherished family cat. And for that, we thank you.

We knew it was time to let Roxy go after her diagnosis which was inoperable. She outlived vets prediction by nearly a year but the time had come. I wanted to do it at home so that she didn't experience any stress. For what was the saddest of times, couldn't have experienced a more peaceful send off. Michaela was kind and compassionate, no fuss was made, it was all done very kindly and swiftly as Roxy drifted peacefully away. The crematorium were waiting outside to take her way. Although a heart breaking day it was the best send of for my beloved fur baby and I would highly recommend Silver Gate Vets

Cannot recommend enough. The thought of having to take our beautiful Tilly to the vets (which she hated) for her final moments was awful but she had deteriorated so quickly and on a bank holiday Monday we thought we might not have any choice. The decision was incredibly hard but Silvergate made the whole process stress free. Tilly was at ease the whole time and it was just as though she had drifted into a peaceful sleep, comfortable in her own home, loved and with her family which is all we could have asked for her. Thankyou for making our final moments with her so peaceful.

As always a fabulous visit to Lakeview Vets in Deal, Kent. Eva, the vet I usually see listened and advised a plan to help my cat Lily's problem. Lily-lu was not stressed, even purred and we came home happy and relaxed. Thank you.

Super helpful, friendly and professional staff and vet. The Kingsnorth premises are bright, comfortable and very well laid out, a lovely area for cats tucked nicely away from the main area. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

This was my first visit to a veterinary hospital in the UK with my dog, Skye. She had to have a blood test. Lovely friendly feel to the rooms. Skye was a little unsure at first but soon settled down. Lovely friendly staff made you feel very welcome.

Had a desperate emergency , our beautiful cat had collapsed and was clearly in a lot of pain , rang in panic and they advised immediately and we rushed him there , their care and compassion was exceptional and so kind , thoughtful. The outcome was the worst possible we could imagine but both Lauren and Charlotte could not have done any more, truly exceptional care and kindness. In such an awful situation they helped immensely, which I was unable to convey my gratitude fully due to the loss. True empathy at a terrible time , Thank you so very much , both Lauren and Charlotte

Big thank you to vets Vicky and Johan, and the entire team for looking after our lovely boy over the last weekend. We were shown exceptional care and compassion, we were kept informed about our cat’s progress. Yes, very pricey, but we understand that the staff work nights and weekends, rent cost etc. Thank you team!

My dog ingested a lot of seaweed and was rushed to the practice and my dog would not allow the vets to examine her but they did everything possible considering the behaviourof my dog stella i was give advice and some pro kolin paste and i think it has helped i cant thank the staff enough thank you especially the lady that first triaged my dog i do apologise and thank you
