Really easy to arrange online. Collection was quick, friendly and the document explained as it was our first time travelling with our dogs. Much more cost effective than using our own vet. Would highly recommend and would use again for any future requirements.

Was let down by our vet we thought we had everything covered but we had not phoned easy pet travel thinking we would miss our slot on the tunnel Phoned up he said come now we was 15 minutes away got there he had all the paperwork done and checked. And give us advise about one of our dogs from going there getting to the train and boarding the train 1 hour 30 minutes Can't thank them enough and got to pet check in the lad who was doing the check in saw they had done the paperwork and said that's fine don't need to check easy pet they are spot on every time Thanks again Forgot the cost we had 2 dogs they did both dogs 60% less than our own vet 2 dogs £200 both dogs Price is has October 2024

Absolutely amazing service! They are incredibly responsive and called my own vet to request the details from our dogs, and they were very flexible with the collection time as our ferry got rescheduled. The paperwork was very well explained and we crossed the border without issues. And also important, the price is amazing compared to other vets. We will definitely use them again.

Absolute game changer! The application was easy and quick, the docs I had to upload confirming the vaccination had an error but this was not rejected or passed back as an issue to me. Instead, Christoph contacted me and my vets and got it sorted with them directly! Whenever in contact with me, he was so polite and friendly! The payment options are also very convenient and the cert costs half the price that my vet asks! I was kept up to date and everything was confirmed and ready for pick up. The directions to the place were detailed and we had no issue finding the place,which is so conveniently located just by EuroTunnel. The pick up was easy and quick and again the service we received was second to none. I could not wish for anything more. I will not use any other services ever again! Thank you! PS. at least you know what you are paying for! ;)

I took my dog there to have her yearly jab and kennel cough vaccine. They was very good and quick the reception team was very nice and polite. The only bad thing was the vet didn’t give my dog a treat to try and calm my dog down when she was anxious about the jab.

I rang today because my kitten had an issue with a wound which was bleeding. Despite closing in 15minutes I was told to bring my kitten along to be seen. When I arrived I was seen after the vet should have closed but was reassured that this was not a problem and that they were more than happy to treat my kitten despite this making them late finishing. I was very grateful to the staff for all the care they took of my kitten and would happily recommend them to anyone.

Took my 3y old cat to this Vet because my regulat vet had no cover over Christmas.they diagnosed my cat an hour later and gave him some treatment( throat infection ) . My boy still recovering but I'm so happy I left the vet with answers and solutions which most of the time is not the case. Thank you to the lovely lady Vet xx

My poor boy (British shorthair) has been suffering for a while with no solution from a previous vet. Took him to Pinebank and they identified the issues immediately. A week later, his infection is clearing up, 10 teeth removed and he is finally doing so much better. I can't thank you all enough. The entire team are absolutely fab. Knowledgeable, kind, and so helpful. Thank you!!! I won't go anywhere else. 5*****

On Wednesday morning, my doggy was still in a lot of pain with her back from a visit to the seaside the Saturday before. By Thursday evening the treatment had worked and she was able to jump back on the sofa, as well as run around with her brothers and stand up at the window again. We have been using Pattenden Vets since they opened but have spent a LOT of time there since 2nd August with 2 poorly cats. I cannot recommend Rob the vet enough and am so grateful to him for all the care we have received. Said a very hard goodbye to my 15 year old cat this morning and wouldn’t have wanted anyone else to take care of him. Mum has been using Pattenden Vet Clinic since they started and she cannot praise them high enough. We recently took her new puppy there for her jabs and a few other things, they are really friendly, helpful and polite whilst remaining professional. They are not overly expensive and we can definitely recommend them for all of your pets needs.

Bourne Veterinary Practice is an outstanding practice. Been with this Veterinary Practice since it opened for routine cat health checks and vaccinations but it is so reassuring to be able to book an emergency appointment online at night to be seen first thing the next morning. All staff are welcoming and caring. Good to be told costs throughout consultation so that there isn’t a shock when going to pay. Thoroughly recommend this veterinary practice.

Friendly staff and accommodating although, much like everything these days, prices are quite a lot. Although they offer pet plans with discounts. Isn't wheelchair friendly as a large step at the front door, and steep ramp outside leading to the step. Staff will make alternative arrangement though, including taking your pet and returning them at the door, offer seating, water for pets and is clean.

We had an emergency when visiting Camber Sands with our puppy who was bitten by another dog. I called this vet and they saw her right away and our experience was excellent. In what was a very stressful situation, the staff were all amazing and provided exceptional care. We can’t thank the team enough!

First visit with a new puppy and I was very happy. Lovely staff, who were knowledgeable and well informed. We even got a puppy gift bag with the vaccines administered. I have an older dog too and they said I should just bring him in to weigh him to get him used to the place as he hates vets! What a great idea. Thank you to everyone we met today. Amazing staff, all are very friendly and helpful. Have been coming here for the last 7 years and wouldn't use anyone else. My 14 year old cat had a bad experience with another vet and will only trust one vet, who is at this surgery. Definitely recommend.

I usually deal with their sister branch in Ashford but on this occasion used the Lydd location. From beginning to end the service was excellent. I was greeted by very friendly receptionist and we were seen on time by the vet. Our concerns were listened to and appropriate psycho ed was communicated well. We were given a nice little treat for our pup as a thank you for using the Lydd branch given Ashford was our usual and nearest location.

Had a session of hydrotherapy with Caren. Can’t praise her enough. The knowledge and care she has shown Henry goes above and beyond. The work she has done on him has so improved his mobility and the most important thing is that Henry feels relaxed and happy with her. Can’t praise her enough!

Sadly my British shorthair cat Hamish developed a very sudden but short illness which he sadly passed away from over a course of 4 days, but I’ve been absolutely bowled over by the incredible veterinary care from the vets Bonnie, Jasper, Charlotte, the nursing staff down to the reception team at Pennards in Sevenoaks. They kept me updated at every step of the way, they called me, text messaged me, and were incredibly empathetic at a very difficult time for a pet owner. I never ever felt that they didn’t have the best interest of Hamish and I fully trusted them at every step of the way. My boy had a traumatic end to his life but I feel blessed that these vets handled his care with such love and kindness in his final days. There are some good people in this world. 🤍

We have recently joined Heronden Vets after a bad experience at a previous vets. All of the staff have taken time to get to know Roddy and reassure him. He gets spoilt with lots of treats and fusses. We have decided to take Roddy along weekly to try and get him used to it, all of the staff have been so patient and understanding. Thanks to Heronden the vets has gone from being a bad experience, to a much calmer and relaxed environment for him. Today was my first visit to Heronden Veterinary Practice with my dog Teddy. Very easy to find, good size car park. After having bad experiences at another local vets, I transferred to Heronden and it was the best decision I have made for my two dogs! The team were all so welcoming and accommodating with my many requests and concerns and always made an extra effort to make it a positive experience for my dog. The vet (Katie) took time to explain everything to me in detail which really helped ease any anxieties caused by previous vets. She was patient and kind to my dog and paid great attention to his reactions to ensure that he was comfortable. Would recommend this practice 1000%.
