Excellent, 5* all round. Empathetic, professional, knowledgeable, gentle and friendly. I called my usual surgery in Wadhurst, the receptionist and I agreed an appointment for the following day. About 10 mins later she called me back to say that she had spoken to a vet and their advice was to come earlier. I really appreciate the fact that she took it upon herself to seek out this information. I went to the Crowborough surgery. Jennie, nurse practitioner saw how nervous my dog was and went out of her way to befriend him. Our appointment was with Dr Evans who was extremely thorough in both her examination and advice. She was really kind and patient. Thank you Culverden Vets, Wilfred and I would not go anywhere else.

Always a good experience with welcoming staff and kind vets. My dog is pleased when she sees where she's going and knows there will be a tasty treat after treatment (she's mainly Labrador so no surprise)

I have been using this veterinary practice for many years. I wouldn't trust my dogs with anyone else. The advice and treatment are always considered and thorough. The staff are polite and well organised and helpful with any enquiries.

Took my poorly dog to the vets. They have been sooo helpful and patient about the whole process, medication and post op care. I dealt with a wonderful lady at the reception (called Jenny), she is one of the most pleasant and happy people you would ever come across in a veterinary clinic and she will make your day :) We dealt with vets Vicky and Philip and both have been amazing. Vicky has been following up with her care of our dog (he was in a cone for over a month). I was very worried in the beginning, but there was no fuss with the vets completing the insurance paperwork, so its been a smooth journey. My dog is all recovered now, thanks to everyone at Culverden Vets :) If you are looking for reliable Vets, i would highly recommend this place.

Today was my first visit to Heronden Veterinary Practice with my dog Teddy. Very easy to find, good size car park. Receptionist was very welcoming and friendly, made a great fuss of Teddy, which he loved. The vet was also very friendly and helpful. He was great with Ted. I'm so glad I made the change 😊

After having bad experiences at another local vets, I transferred to Heronden and it was the best decision I have made for my two dogs! The team were all so welcoming and accommodating with my many requests and concerns and always made an extra effort to make it a positive experience for my dog. The vet (Katie) took time to explain everything to me in detail which really helped ease any anxieties caused by previous vets. She was patient and kind to my dog and paid great attention to his reactions to ensure that he was comfortable. Would recommend this practice 1000%.

One of the most compassionate yet professional vet practices I have come across. The staff are lovely and my dog loves going in there. We had an excellent experience with his neuter surgery where he healed beautifully. And more recently a last minute need for travel paperwork and they went above and beyond to help get what was needed. Highly recommend this non corporate practice. Michele and Maui

Professional service all the way through. From the initial registration, to booking the appointment, to explaining different options best suited for our pets requirements,to the Vet really caring for our little fur baby, and again sharing experiences of different training techniques for our puppy without forcing them upon you, a great balance in my opinion. This is the best vets. I have nothing but positive things to say about Bobbing Hill vets. All of the staff here are fabulous. Kind and caring and the most personable and the best at what they do. They have looked after my cat's bad eyes for two months with a very lucky outcome. We have visited today, a nice visit with a nice cup of coffee and a Christmas present for the boy 😻. The updates we received while Mr Grey was in their care were refreshing to say the least. The prompt treatment and after care he received could not have been better. This is, by far, the best veterinary service we have ever known. The vets, nurses and receptionists work as an amazing team and provide the best care we have ever experienced. All of our animals are registered here and have all received excellent care and attention, especially in the saddest of circumstances where we had our elderly lab, Maia, put to sleep. The compassion shown to us and her was exemplary and we received a beautiful handwritten card, signed by all the team, which included her nose and paw prints for us to keep. The vet, Tim, made a very sad situation so much easier by explaining everything and letting us take as much time with her as we wanted. We received her ashes back within two days in a beautiful photo frame and some "forget me nots" to plant for her. Lovely location, lovely vets and total value for money for the excellent service received. Thank you so much for taking such care of our lovely Maia. Xx

The best vets!! My dog use to be petrified at his old vets. Would shake uncontrollably and run for the door. Which gave me major anxiety at the thought of taking him to the vet with how he behaved. Now at bobbing hill he pulls me to the door, goes in and makes himself at home. Lays right out on the floor, has to say hello to everyone in there. He thinks of it as a day out even after surgery there which I thought would change his mind. Everyone he’s seen just love on him, get down to his level and play and give him attention which I think is what’s won him over. They all love him as their own. It’s such a pleasant experience for the both of us. They are super transparent with prices, there are no hidden costs like other vets. Yes slightly more expensive compared to other vets but I would pay that and more for the treatment me and my dog get. After his surgery in the following days I’ve had calls to check up on him and ask if I need anything etc.. they want to see him post opp 2 times before giving him the all clear and these are FREE!! I would have paid anyway but it was such a nice surprise as other vets would certainly charge for check ups. It just shows they care. It’s beautifully decorated and feels super homely. Always so so clean. Thank you for everything so far in the 3 months we’ve been with you. I so wish I had moved him sooner! Glad we have found a vets for life💙

I can't thank our local vets enough for the incredible care they provided for my dog. My dog had a persistent eye issue that took a long time to heal, but the team was patient, compassionate, and thorough every step of the way. They went above and beyond to ensure my dog was comfortable and well-cared for, and their expertise and dedication truly made a difference in my dog's recovery. I'm so grateful for their kindness and professionalism. Five stars doesn't seem enough to express my appreciation!

My second time visiting with my super nervous rescue pup. Both times they’ve been amazing and really taken the time to gain his trust. They haven’t been the easiest appointments (jabs and eye problems) but both were successful and I came away feeling like they actually care about him rather than just a money making machine like our old vets. So glad we made the move to here and would recommend it to anyone! Actually makes me feel at ease taking them to the vets!

Very professional, from counter staff to the vet that did attend to my young dog. I very pleasant experience for me as well. The only downside was the lack of buses.....but it not there fault !!!! Car next time as parking available, but as first time I was unsure. A good selection of treats & toys leashes at very good prices 🙂🙂🙂

My little friend Maximus, working cocker, decides to chew and swallow my wife’s sock. On phoning our vet, George answered and without any hesitation asked me to bring him in. This was an out of hours call, 9.35pm. In short, the calm and immediate response from George saved my friend, I am in your debt and extremely grateful as always. Mum has been using Pattenden Vet Clinic since they started and she cannot praise them high enough. We recently took her new puppy there for her jabs and a few other things, they are really friendly, helpful and polite whilst remaining professional. They are not overly expensive and we can definitely recommend them for all of your pets needs.

After being failed by our previous vets, Polly saw my Anatolians and her guidance and medical knowledge has been a game changer. From having conversations of planning for the end, to now talking about how my girls run around the house and have never been happier.

We have been using Pattenden Vets since they opened but have spent a LOT of time there since 2nd August with 2 poorly cats. I cannot recommend Rob the vet enough and am so grateful to him for all the care we have received. Said a very hard goodbye to my 15 year old cat this morning and wouldn’t have wanted anyone else to take care of him. All reception staff have always been so lovely too and me, Thomas & Freddie are very grateful to you all. Thank you x

Amazing service in a time of extreme stress. The calming nature of the team diffused all worries and provided excellent care to a beloved pet. On returning for a check up multiple members of the team remembered Pumpkin and showed genuine care over her wellbeing. I can't recommend these vets enough. I felt listened to and not rushed to complete the appointment when addressing issues and was given advice that would benefit my cat outside of the services offered. Chloe's bedside manner was amazing, a champion for poorly pets.

The reception team and any nurse / vet I have dealt with here are wonderful. They are sensitive to yours and your pets needs, they actually listen, and they're realistic about what is the best course of action, not just offering treatments for the sake of it. They are sensitive to different circumstances, busy lifestyles and affordability concerns too. This is through personal experience and hearing conversations with others. Vetinary care is expensive, and this is expected for all of us, but I find the costs quite reasonable, and because you can become a member of The Healthy Pet Club, this provides a discount and includes vaccinations and flea and worm treatment. Also, as long as your pet is insured, the team will go out of their way to help you with any claim and offer advice based on their past experience. Finally, it is not always possible at short notice to see the vet/nurse you prefer, but mostly you can here, and to be honest where I haven't, the alternative available person actually read in depth the ongoing issue with my pet so I didn't have to start from scratch explaining everything. This alleviates a lot of stress and I think is very important. Other Vetinary Clinics have not done this for me in the past. You can feel confident that any pet under the care of this clinic would be well looked after, and you and your pet are receiving the best possible care and advice.

Faultless. Sadly, it was time for my beautiful Airedale to go over the rainbow. I was surrounded by compassion, empathy, kindness and really sound advice. What could so easily have been deeply traumatic became an experience that had peace and tranquility. I've only ever had positive experiences in their care of all three dogs.

I cannot thank Green Lane enough for the care they gave my Dear old Annie . She suffered from fits since January . An old lady at 15 , sadly she got a little bit more poorly, but a year on and sadly was her time to run in the field in the sky. She was so looked after by Val and her colleagues. I cannot thank you enough for giving us another year with our dear Annie wobbles. The care till the end was outstanding. We miss her dearly but happy memories a must. Thank you so much all of you . Covid safe (we waited outside till we were called), really prompt and really reasonable service charges. Warm friendly welcome from staff, patrons and their pets. Amazingly beautiful location. We took our Dubai Feral Mau StreetCat rescue, Shadow Cat too Putlands today for a check up for the 1st time. Maria, Shadow Cats physician, was really knowledgeable, empathetic and really understanding of both our concerns and put our minds at rest. We felt immediately that Shadow Cat was in safe hands. We thought Shadow Cat would be nervous and a bit grumpy like he normally has been but he took too Maria incredibly quickly like they were old friends and she made him feel at ease as she checked him over and treated him with a bespoke Feline health MOT and gave him a few paws full of healthy treats for being a good Cat. The advice she gave us was incredibly helpful and we were allowed too pay over the phone when we got Shadow Cat home. He's now really chilled out and happy after his trip too Putlands, snoozing in a sunny spot like a mini pan-fur. Putlands and Maria were amazing. Definitely a 10/10 from me, the wife & the Shadow Cat.

My fur babies have been with cinqueports vets since they were 5wks old they are now 13yrs and 5 months old we have never had a problem with them they have always been there for my fur babies, they are very helpful friendly and caring and supportive of you and your fur babies, I would recommend cinqueports vets to anyone looking for a vets they are very good vets and I wouldn't recommend anything that I wouldn't go to myself, so anyone looking for a good vets with great reviews then cinqueports are the best vets I've ever had, so I will say again that I would highly recommend them,

Cinque Ports have lovely vets like Luca and also nurses and staff. They are kind, caring and I always feel my concerns are listened to and acted on, with good advice given. This review is left during lockdown which must be nightmarish to handle but it was done so with sensible and efficient measures that minimally impacted my animals. I always feel they are in entirely safe hands. I could not recommend them more highly. Updated June 2022 Still exactly the same, although Marco also needs to be named as a wonderful caring vet who has helped us deal with difficult diagnoses and decisions of late.

Wonderful ! We needed a rabbies vaccine for our dog to travel to Europe asap - Hannah was helpful and booked us in next day for an appointment - the vet was welcoming and very helpful regarding the passport and paperwork fantastic service 😀 and at a very good price highly recommend
