I came to Dafne Vets a couple of months ago for a referal and have never left! I couldnt have found a better veterinary hospital! They are truly kind, knowledge, take the time to explain everything, and most of all treat your pet as if it was there own in such a loving way. The first time I walked I, I was greeted so kindly, by Sara at reception, who was knowledgeable and put me at ease immediately. We had a truely wonderful vet Emilia who I can't thank enough! She looked at Milo referral documents on her day off. Did an altrasound, and investigated throughly, he had a small surgery, the stitches were so neat and he's healed amazingly, she is truly a gifted vet, treating Milo as if he was her own. I now never need to worry, and feel lucky to have found such a great vet and veterinary hospital. Thank you, Milo Robins and his mum ❤️

Dafne vets have always gone above and beyond for my Doggies! They have always been professional but with so much compassion! I am so grateful to Nikos and his team for giving my beautiful Girl Lottie an extra 18months with us! The team and Yoni couldn’t do any more to support us and give Lottie the dignified, compassionate care when it was her time to cross Rainbow Bridge. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts. What a great place & really lovely receptionists. Initially spoke on the phone for advice whereby Jo made some enquiries & called me back within a few hours. Treatment arranged & so I was able to collect for our little Barbie. Very impressed. Thank you for your kindness & understanding.

I signed both our Cats up with Dafne Vets this January after a difficult time with another practice. Our little girl Mabel has been cared for so well. Firstly she needed to have all her teeth extracted which was worrying for us but was carried out with absolute care. She is now a different little cat. Yesterday I needed to take her back as she was very lethargic. Again she was treated with care and professionalism. I highly recommend Nikos and his team at Dafne Vets

Been with this Veterinary Practice since it opened for routine cat health checks and vaccinations but it is so reassuring to be able to book an emergency appointment online at night to be seen first thing the next morning. All staff are welcoming and caring. Good to be told costs throughout consultation so that there isn’t a shock when going to pay. Thoroughly recommend this veterinary practice.

Bourne Veterinary Practice is an outstanding practice. After a lifetime of animal family members, I have been a client for many years since the practice opened, and during that time I cannot think of a single thing to fault. The vets and nurses are professional and clinically brilliant as well as kind, approachable & genuinely caring about your animal companion. Pennard Vets are amazing. My cat was recently spayed. The care she received was outstanding. We had phone calls on the day after the surgery and the day after. We have had 2 follow-up appointments, and we're left knowing everything and what to look out for. All the staff that came into contact with Lettie gave her the best care. I genuinely felt they had her best interests at heart, and I knew I was leaving her in their capable hands. I really can't praise the team enough. Thank you for all you did. 5 stars isn't nearly enough for you

John and Saba were absolutely amazing with our recent tragic and unexpected loss of our cat Bella. John saw us without hesitation and spent 1hr with us 10:30pm to 11:30pm Friday night. He administered multiple medications and pain killers to make Bella more comfortable over night. We then called John and Sabba out for a home visit on Saturday morning when we had to make the devastating decision to put Bella to sleep. John and Saba dealt with Bella and us with great compassion and we can’t thank them both enough for their kindness and efforts to make Bella as comfortable as possible and to allow us to say goodbye to Bella at home rather than having to take her into the practice. We shall be forever grateful ❤️ xx

An outstanding & compassionate service. Our elderly dog needed an emergency vet & from the first phone call to the latest visit we have never felt more at ease or listened to. Due to her age we have had to see vets quite frequently & John and his team are the best you could ever hope for. You truly see the personal touch and the love for animals that chains don't offer. Even for end of life care we could not go somewhere else. The pricing structure is very reasonable and test results explained so well. I will be recommending these vets to everyone we know. A hidden gem and we are so thankful to have found them.

First class service. Ronnie is 4 days post op from being castrated, from start to finish they dealt with me faffing and worrying. Due to Ronnie being exempt they adapted to my needs to put my mind at rest, they allowed me to stay with him for initial sedation and then invited me in once op was complete. Their first thought was always my dog and whay made him feel comfortable

We were so worried about her having to go under anaesthetic being an older dog but Radu was so reassuring and talking us through the whole process. He then kept us up to date once she had come round and explained exactly what he had done and through the aftercare process too! So informative and put me at ease knowing our Lola was in being cared for by such a great team! Highly recommend ⭐️

Visited today, at short notice and was so impressed by the caring and gentleness of the vet and the lovely kind receptionist too. They treated my cat with such care and softness - l was really shocked - our last visit to Pets At Home was awful. Would highly recommend this lovely practice 100%. Thankyou!

I've not long joined Swale Barn Vets, but so far my experience has been nothing less than fab. Everyone is so caring. I love that they are a properly Vet run practice and not a corporate company run practice that are everywhere these days, this is why I chose Swale Barn. I recently called at short notice as my cat Binx was not himself and off his food, and although there were no appointments they fit him in there and then. The vet, Jane, noted straight away that Binx was a stressy cat, and did everything she needed to do calmly but as quickly as she could so I could get him home ASAP. He was booked in the next day for dental work, i was given an estimate prior so i knew what it would cost. I received a call after the op talking me through the whole procedure and aftercare. They even made sure he was ready for me to pick up early as I was going out that evening. I highly recommend Swale Barn to anyone looking for a caring vets who put the animals and their families first.

Unfortunately we had to have our beautiful boy Charlie put to sleep yesterday. Craig (our vet) was absolutely amazing. The love, care & compassion was above & beyond. It was very urgent situation, I booked an appointment online, this was followed by vet reception, which helped to arrange the appointment on the same day. Vet examined my dog very carefully explained everything and prescribed treatment. Prize was very reasonable. Everyone was very helpful. Thank you
