Fantastic service, from the receptionist and Natalie the vet, looked after my very poorly dog with such compassion. Highly recommend them.

We had our first visit at eagle vets yesterday I did pop in morning to set cats up to plan so got to meet Jack before our appointment who's was very down to earth and happy answering questions when we had our appointment he had cuddles with simba I've not felt so at ease with a vets in many years so thank you Jack reception were very helpful also I just want to say it's been hard to trust some vets and yesterday made me trust vets again we have 6 cats 2 dogs and I will be moving rest over to this vets as they make us feel comfortable nothing is to much and I know I can ask alot of questions thanks again Sharon

Had to have our hamster put to sleep and as quickly as possible. Receptionist was very helpful and understanding and they fitted me in straight away even though I wasn't registered with them.

I highly recommend these Vets.Professional yet a friendly team. So pleased we have such a brilliant Vets local. Easy to find, easy to park, well presented, friendly and professional. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Faversham veterinary clinic are amazing. They show care and love for all of our animals. They always do their best for each individual pet. They are supportive and helpful especially in difficult times. The whole team are friendly and professional. Our pets are so lucky to have such wonderful care.

The team are friendly and welcoming and go out of their way to help - the fuss they make over Millie is always appreciated . The VIP plan means that my indoor car gets regular claw clips and all parasite control - I even get reminders to apply it! Thank you, all.

The vets, nurses and reception team go above and beyond to make sure my pets have the best quality of care and attention. Had a desperate emergency , our beautiful cat had collapsed and was clearly in a lot of pain , rang in panic and they advised immediately and we rushed him there , their care and compassion was exceptional and so kind , thoughtful. The outcome was the worst possible we could imagine but both Lauren and Charlotte could not have done any more, truly exceptional care and kindness. In such an awful situation they helped immensely, which I was unable to convey my gratitude fully due to the loss. My dog ingested a lot of seaweed and was rushed to the practice and my dog would not allow the vets to examine her but they did everything possible considering the behaviourof my dog stella i was give advice and some pro kolin paste and i think it has helped i cant thank the staff enough thank you especially the lady that first triaged my dog i do apologise and thank you

We were shown exceptional care and compassion, we were kept informed about our cat’s progress. Yes, very pricey, but we understand that the staff work nights and weekends, rent cost etc. Thank you team!

Lovely, dog friendly cafe, with gifts and doggy niknaks to raise funds for their rescue centre. Lovely food, great Sunday roasts. Nice garden to sit in the sun and a large car park. A must for dog lovers!

Had coffee and cake here after a walk in the forest nearby. Everything tasted great, especially the ice cream alongside the crumble was the star of the show. Enough shade in the garden for us and the dog on such a hot day.

After calling my local branch unsuccessfully for an urgent matter for my cat Willow, I contacted the Addington branch for help. I have never written a google review before. However, I felt compelled to do so because of the exceptional service received by all the staff at Goddard Veterinary in New Addington. This is the first kitten I have had as an adult, and I wanted to give her the best start in life, so I visited 2 vets in my location. I could not believe how I was totally ignored at the first vet I visited. I thought if they could ignore a human, then I didn't know what they would do to my kitten. So I then visited Goddard Veterinary and was so happy how Marie spoke to me and explained everything to me. First impressions really do count! Since then, I registered my kitten, and she has attended there and is now an adult cat. She has been looked after so well. I would like to say a very big thank you to Marie, Liz, Helen, and Paulo for all their hard work and how kind, caring, and professional they have all been. I chose to write this review 22 months after having my first visit in order to give a true perspective of the service I have received so far. I would not hesitate for anyone to choose this vet to look after their pets.

Amazing care and service given after a worrying weekend with our Chihuahua Sid. We called Corner House Vets at 9.30am on a Sunday morning and within the hour we were registered and being seen. 5-star service from start to finish, Thank you so much ❤️

I have visited Trinity Vet Centre several times and they always provide such a fantastic service. The staff on reception are always incredibly friendly and helpful, both in person and on the telephone. Also, the Surgeons, Nurses and Assistants are knowledgeable, caring and empathetic. I can see why so many people travel such large distances to visit Trinity Vet Centre, as they have such a fantastic reputation - I can see why. I've been using Trinity Vets for the last two years for my cats. They're always lovely and helpful, listen to my concerns and fit us in same day when they have an issue. Staff genuinely care about animals and it shows! Really recommend.

Vets are nice and treated me and my tortoise really well, always had a pleasant experience with them, apart from today. After telling the receptionist I was there to drop off my tortoise to be cremated, she proceeded to say "Perfect, which plan are you choosing for the cremation?!" With the cheeriest of voices. Surely she could have followed with an "I'm so sorry" or something like that, but no. It was extremely transactional, she didn't even say anything remotely nice to a person who was on the verge of crying because her pet passed away. I wasn't happy coming here, and I'm leaving a bit worse.

Amazing staff , receptionists are always warm and welcoming , the vets Richard, Harriet and Alex have all been amazing with all our animals ( MAINLY BEARDED DRAGONS) , as we rescue them we do t always get the good news we want to hear but all staff here are always there for a hug 🫂. All I can say is thank you all so much for what you do and your lovely condolence cards we receive. Highly recommend Trinity vets 😊😊.

Guinevere had a nasty little lump under her lhs leg, been there for over a year, a previously multi national vet company had quoted us over £1000 to remove, the new vet carefully accessed her and I had a quote the next week for a 3rd of the original quote. Nice to be back to a vet owned practice old school!

Very efficient with appointments booking and also on the day. Really lovely vets, who take care with your animals, you really get a sense they love them as much as you do - especially Sue.

We've had a couple of interactions now with Newnham Court Vets. From signing up, being late for our first check up due to traffic and a couple of check ups with the vets and nurses it's been a great experience so far.
