One if the things we liked about Adam of Greaby roofing was when he came to quote for a new roof. He came looked at what needed. He then left without giving us the hard sell as we had previously experienced. We can highly recommend Grasby Roofing. His workmanship is excellent. He worked diligently every day he was with us.

Upon recently moving into our new home we shortly discovered signs of leaks coming into the bedrooms. We were recommended to Adam at Grasby Roofing from a family member, who came round a couple of days after contacting him to have a look at the problem. Adam provided us with a detailed explanation of what our problem was and what work would need to be done to rectify this. From quote to finish we found Adam to be extremely professional, trustworthy and very reliable. We are very happy with the work we have had done, and would happily recommend his work to anyone.

I have no hesitation in recommending Adam Grasby Roofing to anyone who needs roofing work. The service I received was amazingly professional from the outset. The quote for the work was very competitive compared with others we received and it is also very helpful that Grasby Roofing can provide a scaffolding service as well if required.The whole process was super efficient. Although this was a relatively small job, the scaffolding went up, the work was carried out and the scaffolding came down within a period of one week. The quality of the work was excellent and I intend to use Grasby roofing in the future which is highly likely as we have a period Georgian house with the original roof which is susceptible to tile and Kent peg slippage in high winds. On a personal level, Adam is a thoroughly nice and genuine guy. His advice in general reflected his years of experience and very importantly I felt confident that he was the man for the job.

John was quick to provide a quote.Materials,skip and scaffold all in place by an agreed start date. The team of workers are a credit to him.They arrived on time were courteous and polite.Soon set about their task and in no time had all roof tiles,baton and old roof felt removed. I have to say that Tony and his men are nothing short of being restorers; not only of a completely bodged roof, but of faith in human beings who can do the job they say they can do. They are polite, punctual, efficient, tidy, hard working and highly professional. Workmanship is second to none and we are confident going into the next storm that it could 'do its worst' and we would still be dry. Tony is very professional and pleasant to deal with. He is very straight forward and kept me well informed during the roof/outside repairs of my property. He and his team did a great job at fixing some rendering, replacing some tiles and changing the whole guttering! I'd bear them in mind for any future works we might need.

Tom and Kevin fixed my leaking garage roof. They removed the existing gully and replaced with new and replaced all rotten felt. They did a grand job and were very tidy. They took on the extra unexpected work without drama once tiles were removed.

Nick and his team have carried out several roofing jobs for me, all of which I have been extremely happy with the end result. One of the past lead projects that was done unfortunately the lead came loose and fell out, after I contacted Nick he immediately came and repaired it, insisting the work was guaranteed and there would not be a charge, which I appreciated his integrity

Nick and his team carried out a significant amount of work on our 1850 Kent Peg Tiled, cottage. We had a roof valley completely stripped and retiled, 3 of 4 tile-hung top floor elevations stripped, insulated and retiled and a leak around a chimney fixed with new lead flashing and tiles. From the moment I met Nick I had complete confidence and trust in him, both in terms of his knowledge and experience in working with heritage properties, but also his professional and friendly manner. Nick has professional and personal integrity and is as honest as they come. No corners were cut, everything was done as it should be and lots of repair short cuts that had been taken over the life of the house were put back to how they should be. They encountered a few additional problems throughout the project, but Nick’s comment was always, ‘don’t worry, you’re in safe hands’ and, indeed, we were! Nick’s team are superb and adhere to his requirement for everything to be done correctly and neatly, as if they were working on their own properties; particular thanks to Tom who did a superb job for us. Nick’s team were extremely polite and respectful to us and our property, they turned up exactly when they said they would and kept us fully informed at every stage of the work. I wholeheartedly recommend Nick and his company: extremely knowledgeable, professional, reliable and honest- a ‘safe pair of hands’!

Excellent service from start to finish. I came home to find bits of my roof had fallen into my upstairs hallway. Mark and his Team were absolutely amazing from start to finish. Mark has worked on our property previously. Part of the cottage Little Impetts is a self contained holiday cottage, so the project was time sensitive to be completed for guests arriving Easter weekend.
