Absolutely Fantastic Company to deal with. 10/10 We had to have a new Pitched roof as well as a new flat roof for our House. After receiving quotes from a couple of other roofers, who had not filled us with confidence, we contacted JTF Roofing Ltd. Jordan Jones visited us and gave us an in-depth assessment of the work required, which he followed up promptly with a very reasonable quotation. Once we awarded the job to JTF, they agreed a start date and started promptly. We dealt with Jordan and Rob. Throughout the job they have been extremely professional, polite, courteous, as well as clean, tidy and considerate of our neighbours. I phoned and spoke to Jordan about the problem I had regarding a leak and that I wasn’t sure where it was coming from. He said he was in the area and that he would be round in twenty minutes to take a look. Once he arrived he took a look then asked if his work colleagues could join him. On entering my home they were extremely polite and they all removed their shoes, even though I said it would be okay. Jordan was able to find out where the problem was and sorted It straight away. I cannot praise them enough, they were professional, polite had good banter and worked well together. I will recommend Jordan and his team at JTF Roofing to anyone who needs a job doing. Fantastic company. I bought a house and the garage needed a total reroof. I got 4 companies round to quote for the work. Liam attended my property the day after I contacted him and got his quote across very promptly after that. The quote was considerably the cheapest quote. After accepting his quote, Liam thoroughly ran through the technical aspect of the job and the time frame involved on the project. Total Flat Roofing then turned up on the agreed date, completed the job within the time frame suggested and the installers were very considerate and polite to my wife who was at the property all the time whilst they were working. After completion, Liam then sent me across the guarantee as promised. I have dealt with a quite a few locally based construction companies in the past and I can’t think of many if any that were as easy to deal and as professional as Total Flat Roofing.
