Even called a few days later to make sure I was very happy baring in mind we had just had a overnight storm. Clean workmanship and left the place spotless. Very happy would highly recommended..

Brilliant work on a first floor leaking roof at a wood burner chimney exit point. Two previous roofers failed to solve the problem, but after a thorough inspection, the problem was identified and speedily rectified. Thoroughly recommend this competent family business. Dream team!

All Roofs did an excellent job replacing a ridge air vent (from an old boiler) with normal ridge tiles, and also repaired the associated damaged roof lining underneath from when the flue was removed. They managed to get a near perfect match of recycled ridge tiles so you hardly notice the repair, and even fixed another issue they spotted elsewhere on the roof while here. Team were polite, friendly, professional and superb at their job.

Lee and his team are brilliant. We have used them 3 times now for work including a roof repair when we first moved in, new gutters and fascias and now a full new roof. Photos taken and texted through each day of work, drone footage and videos taken to see all the areas we wouldn't usually see, insulation in the loft added to comply with regulations and building control signed off. Work is always completed on time, the team are polite and clear up after themselves and Lee and Amy in the office are patient no matter how many times I text them asking more questions!

Lee and his team are very professional and polite, A high standard or work was carried out, explaining everything they were doing and why they were doing it. Like most jobs there were extras when found and they went above and beyond to get the work completed by brining in other trades to help get the work completed in a timely manor. Tom and Kevin fixed my leaking garage roof. They removed the existing gully and replaced with new and replaced all rotten felt. They did a grand job and were very tidy. They took on the extra unexpected work without drama once tiles were removed.

Nick and his team carried out a significant amount of work on our 1850 Kent Peg Tiled, cottage. We had a roof valley completely stripped and retiled, 3 of 4 tile-hung top floor elevations stripped, insulated and retiled and a leak around a chimney fixed with new lead flashing and tiles. From the moment I met Nick I had complete confidence and trust in him, both in terms of his knowledge and experience in working with heritage properties, but also his professional and friendly manner. Nick has professional and personal integrity and is as honest as they come. No corners were cut, everything was done as it should be and lots of repair short cuts that had been taken over the life of the house were put back to how they should be. They encountered a few additional problems throughout the project, but Nick’s comment was always, ‘don’t worry, you’re in safe hands’ and, indeed, we were! Nick’s team are superb and adhere to his requirement for everything to be done correctly and neatly, as if they were working on their own properties; particular thanks to Tom who did a superb job for us. Nick’s team were extremely polite and respectful to us and our property, they turned up exactly when they said they would and kept us fully informed at every stage of the work. MAT came to look at the work, offered some good advice on what needed doing and submitted a competitive price. They also undertook to investigate some original errors in 1960s construction which have been a problem throughout the building's life. They arrived and programme and despite horrible weather, worked around the rainy days finishing in around a week. What more could you ask?

We discovered after the storms we had a ridge tile blown off but sitting on the roof. I called Affordable Roofing and call was answered and was told somebody would be round to quote, i got a courtesy call back to let me know someone would be with me within 30 minutes to quote, withing 90 minutes i had the quote which was very reasonable and they were able to repair the ridge tile on same visit.
