Josh was the only roofer that got in touch to give me a quote for storm damage to my roof. As soon as I contacted him to say the job was his he arranged the scaffolders they was there very quickly. Josh then turned up the following morning to do the job, the work was completed that day. I would highly recommend Josh and I he will be my first call if I have anymore issues with my roof.

My flat roof was in a bad way and leaking badly. I had a few quotes which varied from £700 upwards. Some of the quotes appeared to be ridiculous and unrealistic. I finally made my choice of Jono and partners. What personable gentlemen. They came to my home and quoted me for the job and scaffolding. This was given in writing which made me feel comfortable in their practices, proving that they were not afraid to put money where their mouth is. Trust was both ways as no money was requested upfront. They trusted me to pay on completion and i trusted them to do a fantastic job. Scaffolding went up and in two days a new flat roof was under way. I asked Jono for proof of work by means of photos from start to finish. Jono delivered everything I asked and I was shocked at the state of my crumbling roof. After a full day's work my roof had been transformed accompanied with new facias. I was ecstatic with the end result as Jono delivered on his promise. For anyone reading this don't look any further. Your choice is Jono. You want a good job then I suggest you give him a call. I had two cowboys before Jono as there are too many people out there to take your money. Fortunately Jono is legitimate and honest restoring my faith in tradesmen.

Jono, Rob and Paul, a very personable team that work together well. Their work is to a very high standard with a level of detail second to none. Jono was the only roofer that looked at the existing detailing and offered a solution, most just wanted to use plastic where ours and the adjoining roof next door are aluminium trimmed. A lot of thought went into the fall and drainage of the roof, resulting in a slight redesign which offered better drainage. I would recommend Amber Flat Roofing to all and already have passed details to two neighbours, who are seeking quotes.

We had a problem of leaks from under the ridge tiles of our four year old house. The builders had attempted numerous fixes and eventually washed their hands of the issue claiming it was condensation. I called BRS and Terry came next day to take a look and immediately saw the shoddy job the builders had done. He was able to fit us in four days later to completely replace the dry ridge kit and was helpful enough to take plenty of photos that will enable us to pursue a complaint against the builders. Everything was done quickly and efficiently and they turned up exactly when they said they would. Great service, thanks!

Superb service from an excellent roofer. Turned up on time, quickly to assess damage done by a tree to our roof. Back within the hour with replacement tiles fixing three separate holes in the roof. Very neat job and very reasonable cost. Would recommend them to anyone and will use again if we ever have another problem with the roof.

We have known Anthony for many years. He is honest, hard working and has made an excellent job of releading around our chimney on our 230 year old cottage. Not easy! We had already paid to have it fixed by a different company who left us with a worse leak than we had before! We are now watertight and very happy! He knows his business inside out! I initially contacted Slater and Myles roofing LTD to provide me with a quote for a full roof replacement on my Victorian terraced home. Their communication was absolutely excellent from day one, and they arrived very quickly to provide us with a very well priced quote, alongside their comments on the condition of the roof and what they'd suggest. We decided to proceed with Slater and Myles and I'm extremely grateful that we did! The team were all extremely well presented, organised and always on time, their conduct throughout out of the whole process was immaculate. There wasn't the usual swearing or lingering smell of cigarettes etc. Every single worker was polite and extremely helpful and grateful for the drinks etc. Every single day they were on time, there wasn't any surprising extra costs being forced upon us etc.They always made sure that the site was cleaned up and safe after the day, this was particularly important within our shared yard with our neighbours who have a young baby, plus we habe a dog ourselves. John and Terry were the 2 in particular who carried out the works and the end product is to a very high standard. They both take extreme pride in their work, this was reflected by them even cleaning the gutters out after the work was finished! They were that good that even my neighbours have all commented on how friendly, respectful and professional they were throughout of the whole process, alongside commenting on the high standard of work that they have performed. I couldn't be any happier with the work. If you want a rushed, poor job then these guys aren't for you, but if you want top quality craftsmanship for an extremely good price then you'll certainly find that with these guys. Contacted Slater and Myles for a quote to repair a leaking roof. John gave me several options identifying the that issues he'd found and solutions at different price points, breaking down the work involved with each. More than one problem was found so we opted for a full re-roof and couldn't be happier with the completed work. The team worked hard through the snow, were always on time, we were kept updated on issues that they found and they were very professional throughout the work. I'd happily use Slater and Myles again for future projects.

We moved to Derbyshire in the summer and contacted Safehands Construction for a quote to build a new extension to our house. Marcus responded quickly and provided us with a detailed quote for two new bedrooms and bathroom. The quote set out all works with a clear time frame. We were offered good advice at the planning stage by Marcus. We decided to use Marcus and his team. They carried out the work exactly as quoted and they kept us fully involved throughout the process. We asked Marcus to do some extra work, which was carried out efficiently and without fuss. The building team were excellent throughout. They used quality materials throughout the build and they explained each stage of the project. Marcus and his team spoke to us regularly and they ensured we were happy with progress of the build, design and construction. We enjoyed working with the team and more importantly we trusted their advice and opinions. The finished build is of excellent standard throughout. The team did a great job in matching stone work, Windows and final fixings. The quality of work has resulted in a top class finish to our house. We would recommend Marcus and his team without hesitation. When you employ a build team you want to feel they are knowledgable and honest. We would say that Marcus and his team knew the best ways of achieving our goals, whilst ensuring everything was within budget. We moved into our new build in the November of 2019, just as the build team promised. We would recommend Marcus as he will not compromise on the quality, keeps to deadlines and he is friendly and honest throughout.

Working with Liam and the Lords team was so easy and pleasant, I wish I'd have gone straight to them in the first place rather than getting booked in, delayed and generally run around by other roofers! Liam was easy to communicate with, super responsive and up front about the work, costs and timings. Everything was scheduled in and communicated well by Laura. Any questions I had, they were quick to answer. When it came to the actual work, the team of roofers were fast, respectful and friendly. Led by Alex who was the nicest guy, funny and hard working, the team would arrive around 8ish and made sure they cleaned up at the end of every day to the point where it was actually cleaner than when they arrived! The got on so well with the neighbours, even entertaining the toddler next door who watched them from the window! The work was all completed faster than expected (mostly due to them bringing in extra guys who all worked well together) and to a good standard, the house and garage roofs now look perfect. Both Alex and Liam assured me that they guarantee their work and if there are any issues in the future they wouldn't hesitate to come round and sort anything out. Overall I couldn't have hoped for a better experience from Lords, thank you!

Couldn’t recommend Lords Roofing & Sons enough. We had complications along the way as structural engineering drawings were missing calculations for beams needed. Thanks to Liam and his lads for spotting this, as this would have been a very costly mistake. We are very happy with how the extension hipped roof looks. Liam and his lads have given us loads of tips and advice as this is going to be a self build / renovation project.

Lords have been fantastic once again. I called with a minor tile problem which was causing a leak and Liam managed to fit me in the next day due to a cancellation being in the local area. Allen has repointed my ridge and gable end of the roof for a very reasonable price in comparison to others. He has advised on another issue and is coming back to complete the work. Very polite and tidy. Felt at ease and trustworthy.

Excellent service from Steve and the team, following our discovery of a leak around the chimney. As demonstrated by the photos, there was significantly damage to the chimney brickwork and the valley was filled in with a mixture of rubble and moss, giving significant drainage issues. Steve was able to quickly visit the property, assess the issue and quote for us. He recommended that we have the entire chimney removed and have the valley adjusted to allow for proper drainage. His team were able to visit and quickly sort the problem, with clear updates as to their work and rationale given. For anyone considering employing B&S Roofing, I can only recommend them.
