Excellent service from Steve and the team, following our discovery of a leak around the chimney. As demonstrated by the photos, there was significantly damage to the chimney brickwork and the valley was filled in with a mixture of rubble and moss, giving significant drainage issues. Steve was able to quickly visit the property, assess the issue and quote for us. He recommended that we have the entire chimney removed and have the valley adjusted to allow for proper drainage. His team were able to visit and quickly sort the problem, with clear updates as to their work and rationale given. For anyone considering employing B&S Roofing, I can only recommend them.

Very happy with my roof repairs from B&S. Very quick communication, lovely service. Steve replied to my initial query and email queries very quickly and helpfully, the quote got done quickly, and the roofers who did the work were very friendly and lovely. Even though, once they got up there, they ended up finding more tiles needed replacing than first thought, they had brought spares anyway, and I was still only charged as per the initial quote. Really pleased that a good few years’ worth of storm damage is now fixed. I would definitely use B&S again, and recommend to others.

Had a new garage door delivered and installed on 10/01/2025. Turned up earlier than 0800hrs, and started work promptly, Took down existing door and fitted new door by 0930hrs. Showed me how new door opened and was locked, and if I was satisfied with their work.. I was very pleased with my new door and how clean the job was. I just wanted to pass on my thanks to Luke and Jordon as both of them have been amazing. Luke responded to a call to try to make right what a previous workperson had made an awful mess of with respect to my ridge tiles on my detached dormer bungalow. After a week the mortar started to fall off, and by June everything had fallen off. Worry set in as to the winter coming . Luke fully understood the implications of the problem I’d been left with. So, he came round with Jordon a month ago- they worked early morning to early evening , supplied with sausage rolls and a baguette each and on demand tea. Luke was incredibly knowledgeable about the roof and what was needed. He used a new substance and the reviews are very good. Their workmanship, attention to safety and care and thoughtfulness was brilliant. He even went over and above putting some slipped tiles back into place. What a treat it was to have professionals like them around. And how nice were they with my collie pup? Very. When finished they cleaned up and it was as if they had never been here. Spotless! All I can say is that I would highly recommend the company to anyone. They are top class, take pride in their work, reliable and honest. Good price too. My tiles are firmly fixed and a weight off my mind. What’s not to like? Thanks to you both and take care of yourselves. Alys and Gem the Collie pup.

Luke has just finished replacing my whole roof and it looks amazing. I was given a full quote, which was itemised. I was informed about everything that was happening and when. In addition they cleaned up any debris left from the work and leave as though they haven't been. Luke was recommended to me by 2 different people that I work with and their opinions are held in high regard - they weren't wrong. I would 100% recommend Webster roofing services.

Really pleased with our new roof! Luke advised on choosing materials at the start and then dealt with the awkward access, including carrying heavy timbers up a steep hill when the lorry couldn't get close. Despite challenging weather conditions the works ran to schedule, including completing some extra items that cropped up. The team at Webster's clearly took pride in their work and delivered an amazing result. Would definitely use again.

These guys are amazing. They came at short notice and fitted me in for a full garage roof replacement, removing old leaking steel sheets and replacing with a complete new watertight and lovely looking new roof in two days. They cleaned up all the waste and even fitted in a soffit replacement on the house. They are lovely guys, lots of happy banter and you can just tell how much pride and attention to detail they put into their work. I am so so so happy with the new roof, not only is it watertight, it looks absolutely lovely and has transformed my garage completely. I cannot recommend this company enough and am so grateful to have found them.

My flat roof was in a bad way and leaking badly. I had a few quotes which varied from £700 upwards. Some of the quotes appeared to be ridiculous and unrealistic. I finally made my choice of Jono and partners. What personable gentlemen. They came to my home and quoted me for the job and scaffolding. This was given in writing which made me feel comfortable in their practices, proving that they were not afraid to put money where their mouth is. Trust was both ways as no money was requested upfront. They trusted me to pay on completion and i trusted them to do a fantastic job. Scaffolding went up and in two days a new flat roof was under way. I asked Jono for proof of work by means of photos from start to finish. Jono delivered everything I asked and I was shocked at the state of my crumbling roof. After a full day's work my roof had been transformed accompanied with new facias. I was ecstatic with the end result as Jono delivered on his promise. For anyone reading this don't look any further. Your choice is Jono. You want a good job then I suggest you give him a call. I had two cowboys before Jono as there are too many people out there to take your money. Fortunately Jono is legitimate and honest restoring my faith in tradesmen.

I contacted Simon and he came round to give me a quote on a leaking flat roof. The quote price was as expected. Due to the weather his team could not do the repair on my flat roof straight away, but as soon as the weather improved and he could fit my repair in he sent his team round. 3 of them came and i could not fault them. They were all polite and kept me informed. The job was completed in a day but a a small area was missed. As soon as i spoke to Simon the day after when he came to take payment he understood and sorted the missed area straight away with no issues and before i had to pay. His team came round within half an hour and fixed the missed area. Brilliant. All rubbish was cleared from my drive as promised and the flat roof looks so good now.
