Spent a good half hour trying to get in my front door to no avail. Emergency call to them and 20 minutes later he was here. 60 seconds and sorted, lock fully operational and he fixed the handle too. All at a very fair price. Thanks for a good job!!

The steering crook lock on my car would not unlock and the key was stuck in the lock, therefore the car was going nowhere. I made various telephone calls to breakdown services, garages, locksmiths, even the lock manufacturer but to no avail. I was informed by my niece to try Barkers and what a refreshing phone call that was. Mark was absolutely fantastic! We accidentally got locked out of our house and he drove from Cardiff within 40 minutes to come and sort out our door lock yesterday at our home 25 miles away. Required assistance when my door wouldn't lock correctly at approximately 9pm. the technician made sure everything was safe that evening and arrived in less than half an hour. he was incredibly efficient and considerate, and for such a late call, the cost was extremely affordable. it's a huge relief to have such a trustworthy locksmith near ilkeston train station. access locksmiths is highly recommended!

When a key broke in the lock at around 9:25 a.m., access locksmiths were able to help. They arrived within the forty minutes that were promised. It was promptly fixed at 9:55 a.m. It was reasonably priced and the locksmith was friendly and efficient. It's great to have such a trustworthy service close to Ilkeston Community Hospital. An absolute lifesaver! Came home at 4pm, put the key in the front door (Ultion lock) it was stiff, managed to unlock house but the lock proceeded to fire out the barrel and spit bits of metal all over the drive. Couldn't lock the door, now have an insecure house! Rang Simon, proper nice chap, he was here within the hour and replaced the whole lock at what I think is a very very reasonable price given the speed of the service. An easy 5 stars!

Simon was very good at what he did. He explained the whole process to me and why my old lock wasn’t working properly. He also showed me how it was a cheaper and less secure type of lock. He replaced it with a much safer one. Simon cut the keys in his van and brought them back, when he was done. Simon was efficient, good value for money, friendly, professional and I would recommend him any day.
