I had a broken front door stuck in locked position. After a quick search I found Acorn and called Ashley who returned my message within half an hour. After talking through the problem and Ashley assuring me the property was secure due to the lock failing, he described next steps arriving first thing Monday morning. After gaining access he then managed to obtain the required parts, replace them and leave me with a fully working, upgraded lock by lunchtime. Ashley was great to deal with, explained everything and costs very clearly. I was due to go away for a couple of days and managed to rearrange his day to ensure I got sorted. 10/10 great guy, quality work, very reasonably priced, would highly recommend to anyone needing locksmith services, whether an emergency or routine work. Fully recommend Acorn Locksmiths; Ash didn't just do the job but resolved a problem. I needed him to open an existing lock and replace as we didn't have the keys anymore. He explained what he would need to do and cracked on without any fuss. He was clear about the pros and cons of the different options and upfront with the costs. The door, when it was opened, had warped/expanded and wouldn't close properly. Ash didn't want to leave us with a lockable door that we couldn't secure. Ash turned up exactly when he said and replaced my door lock with a much better model with three keys at a really good price. He was miles cheaper than the other quote I'd had and is happy to come out to give a no obligation fixed price quote. Very nice man. Highly recommended.
