Locked my car keys in the boot (with my doggo inside) and called PavLock. Fantastic service. He answered the phone straight away. Extremely quick response, quick fix, professional, friendly and polite throughout all communications. Also kept me informed when he was on his way and how long he would be. Wasn't kept waiting. I was back in my car within the hour from calling. The price is very reasonable too. Brilliant service thankyou so much, you saved the day!

I had to cancel Alan’s visit three times but he was still happy to do the work for me on the fourth occasion! As others have said, a Master Locksmith and worth every penny. He successfully reset six Kaba Mas locks for me and was a pleasure to chat with too. Would recommend to anyone needing a professional service. Thanks Alan.

Alan saved me! My key snapped in a safe. 7 locksmiths looked at my key and said no chance. 2 tried to do it and failed. Alan was recommended to break the lock, told me he thinks he could cut the key and he did. He could’ve easily not done that and come and drilled the lock and charged me multiple figures more than he did by cutting the key! Cannot recommend him enough. He’s clearly a specialist in his field and on top of that, he has integrity and that is hard to come by! I will now only use Alan for any cutting/lock/safe issues going forward

What a refreshing change to have a genuine and honest engineer/locksmith., Alan responded to me late at night and early hours as I was locked out my safe, I needed to my safe before a flight. GB Lock & Key Locksmiths great service, highly recommend them! Gave them a call and they managed to book us the very next day! We had them replace our door handle and door mechanism. Locksmith, Gal, answered the phone promptly and was able to get to us pretty quickly. He discussed various options for new locks and explained the merits of the different locks which he fitted efficiently. I was very pleased with the service and he even cut me a new car key whilst he was there. Overall a great service, would recommend and use again.

Gal responded quickly and was very helpful when my door lock failed to open and I found myself stuck outside of my house. He arrived within the hour, got me into the house and helpfully sent the information about what he had done and his recommendations for a long term fix so that I could take them to my landlord. I recently contacted Sure locks after my friends house was broken into and the locks snapped, and I was searching for a decent locksmith who would be able to come out to us quickly. Sure locks surprised me with how professional, efficient and knowledgeable they were! After speaking to one locksmith who wouldn't/couldn't come out, we were put over to Peak Auto Locks, who were able to help us. We were on holiday in Derbyshire and I had locked my car up and for extra security I had put a disklok on the wheel. The next morning went to go out, and I had forgotten the key to open it(silly me). Ash came out and after we were warned that there could be damage to my steering wheel if he had to use an angle grinder to get it off. I was nervous, but after trying without one, it failed to come off, so the angle grinder had to be used. In the end, all was well. It came off with no damage, and we were able to carry on with our holiday. He came out very quickly. Thank you very much for your quick and professional service. Richard fitted a replacement front door lock for me today. I was impressed with his attitude and general demeanor. It was good to experience customer service of this quality - when many companies have forgotten the importance of treating people courteously. And he did a first class job very quickly. Thanks very much to Richard! The service was extremely professional from start to finish. My grandma, (in her 80s), had a problem with her window locking late on a Friday night. We were asked to provide photos to confirm if the parts would be available. We were given an update on the Monday as promised! Then Richard went look at the issue himself as promised and on time. The issue wasn't as bad as first thought. He found a solution and charged an extremely reasonable price. My grandma was very happy! Thank you! We would definitely recommend this company! Had a problem with double patio doors since they were fitted. Difficult to open and lock. Finally one of the locks failed. Contacted Jonny and made an appointment with him, he was very accommodating as we had various commitments. A visit to see what was needed, then new locks fitted and doors adjusted to boot. Excellent outcome from a nice guy and tradesman.
