I rang about trying to get into my van as I need to get to my tools as I had lost my keys, he asked for a couple of photos to se what he was dealing with and within half an hour he was here, he knew what he was doing and within 20 minutes I had access, very professional, very polite and a VERY good price 100% recommended. Rang and made an appointment for a replacement car key. Fitted me in a couple of days later. Took half an hour to sort out the key. The guy was really friendly and professional and the key works fine. Takes cash, card or bank transfer payments. Much cheaper than going through car dealership too. Would definitely recommend.

Dropped in today to get some Master padlock keys cut. Service was exceptional. Great care taken to ensure the correct blanks. Never been here before, but I will certainly be back. Excellent range of locks and padlocks available, engraving and other services. Even footwear and insoles available (might be back for a pair of those for ski boots!).

He came the day I called and fixed my broken lock. He needed to get a new part and was back that day to complete the job. Very good quality key cutting for car keys, they have done 6 sets of keys for 4 cars which one was a new case. The others I bought decent cases of eBay and they cut them and I swapped over the internals. No issues at all with the keys working in the locks and they were all friendly and great prices. I only did 2 out of emergency really but since they were great I followed up buy doing the others since the other 2 cars are 07 and 08 so the original Vauxhall fobs were collapsing on the buttons making them hard to use. Not now, all my cars have as new fobs :)

Visited the Allenton store with a friends watch that had had a battery change elsewhere and now couldn't be wound after the clocks went back. The watch was fixed in a couple of minutes and the cause of the issue was demonstrated to me. He clearly knew what he was doing and talking about. Thanks for your help. Excellent Customer Service. Thanks very much to Richard! The service was extremely professional from start to finish. My grandma, (in her 80s), had a problem with her window locking late on a Friday night. We were asked to provide photos to confirm if the parts would be available. We were given an update on the Monday as promised! Then Richard went look at the issue himself as promised and on time. The issue wasn't as bad as first thought. He found a solution and charged an extremely reasonable price. My grandma was very happy! Thank you! We would definitely recommend this company! After speaking to one locksmith who wouldn't/couldn't come out, we were put over to Peak Auto Locks, who were able to help us. We were on holiday in Derbyshire and I had locked my car up and for extra security I had put a disklok on the wheel. The next morning went to go out, and I had forgotten the key to open it(silly me). Ash came out and after we were warned that there could be damage to my steering wheel if he had to use an angle grinder to get it off. I was nervous, but after trying without one, it failed to come off, so the angle grinder had to be used. In the end, all was well. It came off with no damage, and we were able to carry on with our holiday. He came out very quickly. Thank you very much for your quick and professional service.
